The girl running the register, who somehow managed to get our 2-item order wrong three times while taking it, refused to allow her a refill. When I asked why not, she stated it was store policy that refills were only allowed for guests dining in. When I pointed out that she was not allowing us to dine in, she smuggly replied "that is correct." Rather than demand a manager, who presumably wadn't present since it was only the two teenagers running the kitchen and register, we've decided this will just be our last trip and advise all of you other yelpers of the substandard service this place has made a practice of providing.

Word on the street is they are selling frozen waffles in stores and will be on OSU's campus... not sure if they will be frozen for OSU, freshly baked and have a pop up shop or more permanently situated there. While there they had a good number of OSU students who wandered down the steps and ordered so they must have heard how delicious the food is.
