While the service was fast, this was by far the worst fish sandwich (Big Fish sandwich, they call it) I've ever had. The last time I had one here was pre-pandemic. The bun & fish are SIGNIFICANTLY smaller. I asked for extra tarter sauce & I'd hate to see what I would've got if I didn't ask for extra. The fish, a skinny, overcooked, dry rectangle. The bun looked fresh but was also very, very dry. I only gave an extra star because the coffee was good. I took 2 small bites & threw the rest away. Extremely disappointed. Years ago I used to go by Burger King and get the delicious whopper! Last month I went by Burger King here in Dallas Oregon to get my delicious whopper... I can't tell you how disappointed I was. It certainly didn't look like the one that's advertised. There's no lettuce on it, barely the tiniest, thinnest sliced tomato (just one)...it was absolutely not what I thought a whopper would look like. This store needs to be scrutinized by the company. It puts a bad name on Burger King! There needs to be more training there! It seems to be run by a bunch of young people who don't care! I'll never go there again! read more

"Bk have it your way" should also state "only if we agree to what you want" because apparently I was told "we don't do that" by some young kid with absolutely no personality when I asked for an upgrade from fries to the cheese curds and more money was not an issue ! We waited 20 + minutes for our food and saw the person taking orders handle cash at the register and then he handled a drink order without washing his hands. Then, my husband went up and said something about people (obviously older as the gentleman had to lean against a wall) had been waiting for over 20 minutes for their food. They handed over the food within 2 minutes, apologized and the couple left. Meanwhile, two other people walked out after paying because they didn't want to wait. Another man, waited almost 30 minutes to get his food...to go! We all we're thinking the drive through had a long line so let's go inside....whelp...we we're wrong. This place is an absolute dump. It's dirty and the food is just plain wrong. Served cold. I should have known since the parking lot and drive through are both almost empty when the terrible McDonalds across the street is busy. How can Dallas get the shaft on two franchises? We pulled into drive thru and ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and a fry. When we got home we had TWO CHEESEBURGERS and a fry. How hard is it to see cheeseburger on the wrap or DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER. And not only did we get robbed by paying more for the double cheeseburgers, the single cheeseburgers we got were only the size of the English muffin at McDonald's. Totally horrible encounter. Burger King isn't usually my first choice. Mostly because of price and drive-thru speed. I like a good deal and I'm usually in a hurry. This Burger King is very clean. Actually a very fast drive-thru for a Burger King. Employees are very nice and always very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this Burger King for all the above reasons. read more

Probably one of the worst trips to a restraint in awhile. We waited at the counter for awhile without being assisted, ordered chicken strips, nuggets and a whopper meal. Burger looked like a blind monkey put it together and threw all the toppings in a pile in the middle and the bun practically dissolved. Wife got the chicken strips that were so dark and burnt that she couldn't even finished them. The grease from the strips made her feel nauseous and she did end up waking up at 3am and threw up. Not sure if it was just the terrible chicken strips, or the flu, but she's been throwing up since 3 and it's now 930 am and we're just now leaving the emergency room and had to get her fluids and nausea meds. So, needless to say, we will never go back. read more

It could be better. The food, the drinks, the forgetting of food, the forgetting to call out when our drinks were done. It wasn't the best service. I come here often and Elijah is always working hard to make sure everything is correct in my order and giving the best service.

It's just really not good. The frappes are just crunchy ice and black coffee, tastes burnt. The pancakes are small, and gross. The sausage sure was disgusting. I would not recommend coming here unless you feel like gagging and vomiting. Anyhooo the tables were also dirty and slightly sticky. BK is okay, but I like their Bacon King the best. I ordered a bacon king from here, and I asked for it to be plain. But of course, they added all the works. But it was a good idea I parked and went inside, because I went inside again and I told them that I paid for a plain burger, not a full works. First I'll say that the people who work there are very friendly and polite. I almost always use the drive-thru so my experiences have been mostly involving that situation. Though they are very friendly they are not careful about making sure orders are correct. I'd say 7 out of 10 times my order is somehow wrong. I've leaned to check the bag thoroughly before driving off. Another issue is that that the seem to close at random times. Online or the sign on the door says they are open until a certain time but some nights I'll go there thinking I have at least an hour until they close but all the lights are already off and they are clearly closed. This can be very frustrating in a small town with few choices of eating establishments. The stars I did give are for the nice employees and the the fact that the food is decent. read more
