I scheduled my order of this Blizzard cake about a month in advance of the day I needed it and it was ready on time. Easy and quick to pick up. Unfortunately, this design looks incredibly rushed and the flowers are just so tiny. I ordered a "puff border" and the border is just not at all the same. I believe the brown sides are due to the flavor of cake that I ordered-- although, I would have appreciated an associate communicating that such would by the case before creating my cake. Overall, the process of ordering the cake online is not at all straightforward. Their website page for ordering custom cakes seems broken on mobile devices- which is why I went with a Mother's Cake design in the first place. After ordering, I waited two days for an associate to call me( per the online instructions), so that I may pay. They didn't call, so I called. Not a huge deal! Although, upon calling, the associate I spoke to was initially rude and less than friendly/ service oriented. It made the phone call unnecessarily negative and I do wish that I had cancelled my order right then. Instead, I brushed it off and trusted the process... Before this, they were getting my order wrong 3 out of 5 times, whether it was forgetting to take off the cheese or make my drink diet. The staff seems to be a little nicer too. I still only get a few quick and careless, "Hi-how-are-yous" from some of the workers with no eye contact. The fact that they work in a fast food restaurant doesn't mean that their customer service has to be fast. Then again, I'm sure there are people out their who prefer the quickest of encounters in order to just get their food and go. And sometimes I'm like that too. But being fast should be no substitute for courtesy. You can have quick service and make a good impression on the customer too. Also, why aren't these restaurants serving breakfast 24 hrs yet? I would think that it would serve them well and those who only like to come in for breakfast would come in more often. Who says you can't have hash browns at 8pm? I don't think it is very fair of them to tell us when we can eat breakfast type foods and when we can't.

The atmosphere was cozy, well lit and the clientele were obviously happy to be there. I will definitely come back with friends.
