It's refreshing to find a small business doing it right. BTM has a system working for them! Their menus has delicious choices served to order, a casual dining area complete with water service. While small, it was large enough to comfortable accommodate 4 tables of people without feeling crowded or too loud. My sandwich was so juicy and the bun was soft and fresh. I was so very excited for this place however, it was subpar. The truffle fries lacked seasoning and so did the curry soup. I had to add my own seasoning. The food was wonderful, multiple options and a great lunch spot. My only qualm is that the workers have to spend more time than necessary doing things that should be automated, I asked an employee if there was anything that's causing them to be slower and backed up during lunch and they gave me the impression that the owner doesn't put a lot of effort into making sure they're functioning efficiently and kind of have to just do their best with keeping up with orders that come in. read more

A few years ago I gave them 5 stars, but times and aapparently ownership has changed. My wife wanted the Korean cheese steak but they were out of it so she got a burger. The patty was dry and bland tasting. I got a breakfast burrito, it was very good. We also ordered pita chips, they were slightly overcooked and they used to have desert type sauces to go with them like Cinnamon cream cheese, but now they only offer the savory choices that they have for the sandwiches. Loved this place! Everyone was so nice and helpful. Everything was so flavorful and delicious. We had the Totchos, Broadway Bacon Burger, Seoul Banh Mi, Cinnamon sugar pita chips with Salted caramel toffee dip, Blueberry basil lemonade (one regular and one float). The lemonade and float was so refreshing. The flavors complemented each other well. The totchos were amazing, hot, and perfectly crispy. The Burger and Banh Mi were great. We kept wanting to eat them, but we were both getting full. We were surprised with the pita chips. We weren't expecting them to be soft in the middle. Oh so good! That salted caramel toffee dip was so good. We ran out of the cinnamon sugar pita chips so we ended up dipping some apples from home in it. Yummm! We will definitely have to come back to try their other food. There are a couple socially distant tables if you want to eat inside. I liked the penne for the pasta choice. Now let's talk about the Poutine. It was the special for the day(Poutine Fri-yay). You got CURLY STEAK FRIES as your base then smothered in this glorious mushroom gravy, topped with cheese curds(not fried which is best for optimal melting) & then since it's the daily special you can add a special topping for free(choices are: bacon, grilled or fried chicken, or avocado), I choose bacon. $8.50 for each in the container you see. my partner and i went to this place yesterday and we must admit the bahmi hamburger and the bacon cheeseburger was alright . However when we ordered the loaded potato soup it was so watery and bland, along with their chipotle ranch. when the cook brought out our food she stared at us with a blank face when we gave her a smile and a thank you, a "enjoy your meal" or anything would've been nice but it just felt kind of awkward quick and fast service if you're in a hurry.. i do feel like if they put a little more love and time into the food it would come out great but mama may need a break read more

Was being tortured all day at a car dealership, so I really needed a delicious vegetable sandwich. I found BTM's and ordered the roasted veggie and goat cheese as a wrap (Farmer's something? lol) for pickup. I loved how you could choose all your food options. Such a nice system. My food was ready when I arrived and the checkout process was super fast. The bread they used for the wrap was DELICIOUS, the veggies were perfectly cooked, the goat cheese was delightful, the tortilla chips were amazing and seemed like they made them on-site, and the hotchi salsa was soooo good. TL;DR: Full disclosure, I haven't tried much of the menu. But I do love it here! I typically order food from here when I've been at Broadway Coffee (attached to BTM) for the day. I haven't tried much of the menu at BTM but I do ADORE their pita chips!! The restaurant itself is super cute and inviting. I love the updated paint and all the seating. The staff are also SO friendly. I usually get the pita chips to share since the order is huge! About $4 for a massive serving of these unique, puffy and crunchy, but soft on the inside pita chips. They are perfectly seasoned and warm and so yummy!! I live in Portland now but make a point to stop by to get some of these whenever I'm in town. Check them out!! read more

The sandwich I got recently sounded like it would actually be great! "The Garden of Eden" is what I got and I have no idea how they can put these combinations together and be so flavorless. Even the tater tots were gross. They needed to change the oil because they had that weird fishy taste. I ended up throwing them away, there wasn't enough ketchup in the world to cover that taste up. Filling food for a college student budget. Good if you want a step above fast food, but don't want to splurge. I had the Korean Philly Cheesesteak, and for the price, the portion was underwhelming. The steak inside was nicely coated in sauce and the texture was tender, but there just wasn't enough fixings inside. Fixings such as bell peppers and, more importantly, kim chi. I felt the title was a bit misleading, it could be called "Philly Cheesesteak With Just Two Morsels Of Kim Chi." The bread was nice. The real star of the show is the Herb Pita Chips, those babies are amazing, with multiple different dips to scoop into your hungry mouths (haven't tried the salsas, but I'm sure they're not as good as the dips). I'd specifically recommend the Chipotle/Chipotle Bacon Dip or the Caramelized Onion Dip. You can even get a container of dip with a free bag of Herb Pita Chips for the Friday special. The store was nice and clean and the staff was nice. There are daily specials if you want to be adventurous. read more

I went to Mama's today because I had heard some good things about the food. I went to the reviews and found a poor review. I hate it when a good shop gets a bad review. I figured to get a sandwich and give a positive review to offset the bad one. I wish I could, but I can't. The service was not there. the atmosphere was cold and unwelcoming. The only joy was coming from the laughter back in the grill area where the cooks where having fun. The food was not what I had hoped it would be. I was looking for a sandwich that my mom would have made. I ordered a BLAT, bacon, lettuce, avocado, tomato with a cheese sauce. it sounded wonderful but when I got my sandwich, I wasn't ready for what I got. When I spend $10 on a sandwich and a coke, I want to be satisfied. The coke tasted strange, like the mix was off. That wasn't a big deal. It happens. The problem was the sandwich was like something you would buy at Circle K for a buck or two. The humus was tasty, but served in a little plastic cup like you would get from a roach coach. it had no feeling that we were at a restaurant. But the sandwich was the death blow. When you eat a meat sandwich you want the meat to be the star. I was saddened to see two slices of bacon in a big bun. That's half the bacon you get when you order bacon cheese burger at Carl's Jr and twice the price.
