    Thai basil chicken lunch special
    Jason N.

Solid lunch special. I had the Thai basil with chicken. It had a great sauce that was medium spice. You get to pick what spice level you want. 1 to 5. I went with 3 and could of gone higher. It was not very hot. 2 of the people I was with got the pad thai lunch special. They got a ton of food and said it tasted good. I'd probably go with that if you want the most bang for your buck. Service was friendly but only one guy for the whole restaurant. So it took a while to get the food and pay.

3' people dined Nice seating and big and comfortable benches Price is a bit more than expected for quality and portion of food, good size but more for like 1-2 persons and not 3+ for each dish. Tried green curry with salmon that was interesting and drunken noodle and crispy chicken. normally go to Thai place to dine at is Tarntip and their crispy chicken is the actual whole chicken deep fried and then stiffening the wok with the sauce and it's super crunchy, so much that you can just bite the bones and eat it. Thai home restaurant is crispy too but it is more like they coated it with batter then deep fried so it isn't the same and some pieces tasted a bit too oily and greasy. Drunken noodle was moderate. Didn't fit the traditional recipe. Don't think would go for this place over tarntip.

Perhaps the greatest fried rice (we got the BROWN Fried Rice) of all-time. We were very impressed by the flavors, the serving were plenty, and my sister loved the Pad See Lew (she is a renowned connoisseur on the subject). Not to mention super friendly service on a quiet Super Bowl Sunday night, and some really solid seating in an airy space. New favorite ;)

Great tasting food! A little on the pricey side for Thai for for what I'm used to, but the portions seemed appropriate. We came on a Friday night around 7:30. It was busy but they were able to get us seated right away. All of the wait staff was very friendly and attentive for how busy it was, though I did have to ask for a drink menu for their Bangkok Bar. Would be nice to have that menu already waiting of the table. The interior is spacious, clean, well lit, and well decorated. The food took a bit to get to us, but not too long and again it was busy. My Khao Soi Gai was flavorful and creamy, but not too rich to be overwhelming. The chicken easily came off the bone with a for and spoon. My husband had Chicken Panang and we shared a Chicken Pad See Ew. All of our food came out hot, well seasoned, and satisfying. We will definitely come back again.

Probably the BEST Thai food I've had in a long time! The service was very hospitable and the flavors amazing! We ordered Fresh Rolls to start, and then shared Pad Thai, Green Salmon Curry, Ka Pao Kai Dao, Choo Chee Duck Curry. I wish we lived nearby, I'd be coming back over and over. My mouth is watering just thinking of the flavors !

The food was really good. I picked it up and it didn't take long at all. The staff was polite.

I love this place. 3 times in one week and the best Thai iced tea. The bar is so cool too.

Haven't tried a dish that I didn't love! Try their healthy soup for lots of veggies, pumpkin curry, pad see ew noodle, and mango curry.

The owners of this restaurant are a very nice couple (he's the chef, and his wife is often there…read moreworking as manager and server), therefore, it's not easy for me to deliver this review, but I want to be honest and forthright about my experience eating the food they sell. Part of their business model (she told me) is that her husband chose to set the menu items' prices high, but serve very large portions. For most people, this means that each combo plate is enough food for 2 meals. However, I doubt that most people are content to pay $20 - $24 for a plate of Mexican food. I don't think their business model is sustainable. Given the robustly sized portions, it would be a good value (I believe) if only their food tasted good. Unfortunately, everything that I've eaten there is tasted so-so to mediocre. I was very disappointed with the preparation and taste of their chili rellenos. Even their crispy tacos were unremarkable. There's always the usual heaping portion of refried beans and ubiquitous mountain of reddish rice, both fulfilling their role in making the plated food appear voluminous; designed to impress. But the food is bland, uncreative, and primarily comprised of low cost components (such as large quantities of iceberg lettuce, beans and rice). The food quality is not much better than that of most of the other local Mexican restaurants. I also tasted several of the menu items that my family ordered, and was disappointed with every one of the dishes. I won't be purchasing their food again, but I sincerely wish the owners blessings and good luck.
