I recently placed an order for delivery, which was convenient due to the recent heatwave but costly. The sandwich arrived uncut as requested but more importantly it was incredibly warm making it unsafe to eat as it contained meat, cheese, mayo. I called the store immediately as I wanted to request a replacement or refund. I couldn't get a hold of anyone, the phone just rang I gave up calling after trying for five minutes. I often order from Jimmy John's on 9th since they're the only ones who can deliver for an early lunch for healthcare. They often don't follow instructions. This time, I ordered a Tuscan Italian wrap and I got a Chicken Caesar wrap. When I called to simply ask if I could get a refund since my lunch was over, the manager was short with me because I accidentally said it was a turkey wrap and he kept saying we don't even have a turkey wrap and none were made today. Ok, so sorry! I named the wrong white meat! I asked for a refund and his response was well it will take a few days. His tone was snotty and short. The mistake wasn't my fault! What happened to be polite to the customer. I wasn't rude. In healthcare, the "customer" is always right. I put up with enough crap, I'd rather not get crap from the food place. read more

I've been to this Jimmy John's several times and have never been disappointed! Food always tastes great and staff is friendly. Service is quick too! Parking is way easier compared to the other one in town (the one on campus) so I usually come to this location. read more

We tried this place for the first time. My son is an osu student and has friends who swear by this place. I enjoyed the tuna sandwich , very fresh and delicate yummy bread. My son enjoyed a turkey sandwich and my husband asked for all the meat sandwich . All very tasty. Our one complaint was they didn't cut our sandwiches in half or give pickle spears. The guy who helped us was nice and had great suggestions. We'd go back again. read more

I saw they didn't have very good reviews so I thought I'd show some love! I've never stepped foot in JJ's but often order online for delivery. I use JJ's for catering at my work very often, they're always very prompt, and follow directions perfectly, in my opinion. We often order JJ's un-wich for employees who need a gluten free option and they've never complained of gluten contamination. I also often order for myself to have lunch delivered. I always order extra cheese and peppers so I don't feel like it's skimpy. I've never had a less than great experience with JJ's! read more

The story: a hapless office worker unable to leave even to drop off a package to the post office all day. Post-it notes fly as the phones, all four if you include this humble device, ring off the hook. The time for a late morning coffee is past, just so also with lunchtime--and a breakneck drive to theatre rehearsal in Salem awaits as soon as the clock strikes six. In desperation, she turns to Jimmy Johns. At 5:42 the online order confirmation comes through--a simple turkey sandwich, extra meat, no tomatoes, no cucumber, mustard packets, chips, and a pickle on the side--with a plaintive message that they please, please, please arrive before six. All we can do is hope. More customers, more phone calls, and paperwork--and then! Lo and behold a car pulls up at 5:56 (the sandwich as been given up on, it was a longshot anyway), and in walks the Jimmy Johns delivery driver. There is no time to check the order or almost even to thank him, but the hapless office worker gets (breakfast, lunch and) dinner tonight. It was so fast she freaked! On later inspection the sandwich was fantastic--all the extras and no's on soft, yummy bread--and all the bells and whistles were included. Simple, yet delicious sandwiches! Their bread is baked fresh and their ingredients almost never disappoint. I always ask for light mayo because I find that their "regular" amount is too much for me. I usually like to get something different every time I go, but I still haven't found anything I think that is as good as their classic, The Turkey Tom. My work loves ordering from here. I have a job where we are often unable to leave for lunch so this is a great option for us! The delivery is very fast. I usually get my order within 10 minutes. The delivery person is always very friendly. I think the people who have bad experiences maybe didn't know what to order. Their 7 grain bread on the beach club sandwich with bacon is the best. They do get a little heavy handed with the lettuce, so I have to ask for EZ lettuce, but all in all, a good meal! read more

this location on 9th Street in Corvallis is not freaky fast. Went there on a Saturday night at 630pm and was customer #2 of 2 with two people working. Took ten minutes to get 2 sandos. This location is bad for the JJ brand. Doesn't meet national expectations. I won't go back to this location read more

I ordered and paid online - it was my first time there. I didn't know ordering online is a waste of time - you still have to wait in line to even pickup your order, while the employees stand there (like 7 employees making no sandwiches, just waiting to make the sandwiches) and only one register is up and running - at which there is a mother and two children holding up the line to order anyway. You don't pick it up at the pickup window - how confusing. I tried to do that and then they opened up the second register and told me to wait behind the person they were helping (no problem, the kid was nice about it), but still confusing that I can't pick up my pickup that I pre-paid at the pickup window. The girl at the register then asked if I paid, even though the receipt stapled to my bag says PAID. Also, no napkin in my stapled pick up bag - so apparently you have to ask for those. Also, is the bread always rock hard? It was a decent sandwich minus the bread and pick up experience. read more
