Many stores used to have free shipping and free returns. Well, now days, many stores still have free shipping but no free returns. I had to pay $5 to get return labels to ship this dress back. In the big scheme of things, this was not too bad (some stores charge $15+ for returns.) I went to the UPS store with my QR return code and literally, in seconds my return was made. He also gave me a paper copy of my transaction. In addition, I had my left over taco bag in hand and he said I could use a trash can that was hidden underneath a counter. So, super nice of him given that I did not even asked for a trash can. Excellent experience at UPS...

It's a great convenient location, too. But I had an issue with them this morning that I have to share. Their website lets you create print orders to pick up in the store and I used it because I needed copies. They said the copies would be ready this morning, so I stopped by. The shop attendant told me their website doesn't work so my order was not only not ready but it was not even in process. He said I could email it but there is an additional fee to send it that way. Don't take orders online if you can't process them. The shop attendant was so unapologetic and literally walked away from me while I was still talking to him, trying to understand the situation. Don't call yourself a print shop or copy place either if you're not going to fulfill the service. Very disappointed.

They did not wrap any of my furniture with moving blankets. Just plastic wrap. Three of my pieces were damaged as a result. I called the office multiple times and at first they said that they would either replace the pieces or refer me to a furniture repair company. I received a quote from the furniture repair company they referred me to for $650. I sent the quote to the company and they said that they would only pay half. They dodge my calls, refused to respond to me, and I'm now left with furniture that is broken because of their carelessness and inexperience. Do not trust this company at all. They are the absolute worst! I am now planning to sue them in small claims court.

We were moving from Austin to San Antonio and I was surprised how quickly they go everything done. Einstein movers charged us almost double a few days before the move by adding an additional person. They were allowed to do that because they did not provide us with a contract. Michael quoted us right away, generated a contract, both of us signed, and his team was able to move our apartment completely on such short notice. We arrived to San Antonio and not a single thing was broken, they installed all of our furniture, and even took apart our door to make sure our refrigerator fit.
