Management became hard to deal with and very non professional. The rudeness by the present manager got so out off control. The price increase was excessive. There was a problem with the sewage coming from the apartment and the trail of this was running through the units. It's still going on to this day. The maintenance upkeep was very bad. The debris in front of the units were never cleaned up. Took very long breaks and customers left to go to another facility. I left but it took 4 days to load most of my belongings and go to another facility that was so much cheaper and cleaner. I STILL NEED MY SUITCASE OF CLOTHES, MY BIG CERAMIC ELEPHANT, AND MY EXPENSIVE COMPUTER CHAIR. I had so much to move thanks to the rude management I had to move a double unit by myself and I'm 75 yo woman. I want my things back. No one will get my referral as long as the present manager at 8145 w grand ave Littleton co. Very young and unprofessional.

Unreliable Access & Zero Communication…read more If you're considering storing anything you might actually need access to, think twice. The elevator is constantly out of service, making upper-level units virtually inaccessible for extended periods. What's worse is the complete lack of accountability--no calls returned, no updates, not even a courtesy message to tenants explaining the issue. It's incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark with no support. A storage facility should offer reliability and communication--this place offers neither.

Never used the unit and they said I couldn't get a refund. Elevators don't work and you can only access the stairs through the first floor but somebody with access to the first floor has to unlock the door for you meaning your unit has to be 1st floor for you to be able to open the door to access the stairs which is ridiculous.

I'm guessing it's U-Haul policy (or maybe just this location's) that when both parties make a…read moremistake, to take advantage of their customers as much as they can. U-Haul likely made a mistake on marking their fuel gauge and I, two hours behind schedule, signed off on it. Items were loaded on-site from a pod and driven ten miles, half-filling a 15' box truck. A singular tool chest was then driven six miles one way and six miles back to the depot. A total of 22 miles. I had estimated based on load and distance to refill around 2 gallons of fuel and returned it slightly past closing. Checked the receipt the next day and was billed an additional 5 gallons of fuel (~$25) claiming it didn't match what was signed off. That's ~7 gallons of fuel for 22 miles. It doesn't take much brain power to realize that a half-filled 15' box truck does not drive THREE MILES TO THE GALLON. The only figure I can think of that gets anywhere near this number is a Bugatti going at over 250 mi/hr. If whoever I spoke to the on the phone was willing to work with me and ended up billing me for an additional gallon or two, I would find that an acceptable resolution. The fact that a representative was unwilling to relent on the impossibility of a box truck getting 3 MPG speaks a lot about their customer service skills or lack thereof.

From the moment they arrived, Jordan D, Jeremy E, Jake P, Leo C, Corey H, and Antonio V were friendly, professional, and incredibly polite. I was honestly amazed by how careful they were with everything. They handled our furniture and boxes with more care than even we did, which gave us so much peace of mind. You could tell they really cared about doing the job right and making sure nothing got damaged. They worked hard, stayed positive the whole time, and made what could have been a really stressful day feel easy. It's not often you find a team that's this efficient while still taking the time to be so careful. If you're looking for movers you can trust, I can't recommend Einstein Movers enough. Their reviews are what convinced me to book them, and now I'm happy to add another five-star review. Huge thanks to Jordan D, Jeremy E, Jake P, Leo C, Corey H, and Antonio V for taking such great care of us and our belongings!

Luckily my unit wasn't damaged but I was shocked that nobody informed me of what happened. Showed up today to access my unit and noticed my lock had been cut off and replaced with a red lock that said see manager. Nobody is ever working at the office anymore so I called their listed number with no answer so I left a voicemail wondering what happened to my unit that is fully paid and why again I WAS NOT NOTIFIED about whatever is going on with my unit! It appears that it was broken into because there are many units near me that have the same red lock on them and evidence of cut pad locks on the ground. Spoke to a fellow renter in the complex and he said there have been people living in some of the units that have been trying to break into other units that he has had to run off before. There are cameras in the complex and supposed to have in-person security but he said it was so bad he installed his own cameras too. I've been trying to reach management for days and they will not answer or return my calls so I have no choice but to get a lawyer and press charges. STAY AWAY! UPDATE 4/21/20: Spoke to employee of management company that was hired by the owners last year and he told me that there were over 30 units broken into and they are going the video surveillance but the quality of the cameras the owners use is "subpar". Also found out that the on site security only comes by 4 times a night which consists of the security guard doing a quick drive through of the tiny facility (should take 1-2 mins) and then security leaves. Yet, their website says they have on-site security there "almost around the clock". A complete lie. Owners have known about the homeless staying in empty/broken units for years and have been warned about the subpar quality of their cameras for a long time but refuse to put any money into needed repairs or security issues. Horrendous Experience, Locked Out of Our Paid Unit, Zero Accountability…read more We had one of the worst customer service experiences of our lives with US storage. After signing the contract, my husband tried to buy a lock from them--something completely standard--but none of their locks worked. They told us to bring our own, which we did. When we showed up on move-in day, with movers ready and all our belongings packed, we discovered they'd locked our paid unit and the facility was closed. Nobody would help us. Their so-called "support" simply told us to come back the next day, as though leaving a loaded moving truck waiting overnight was an acceptable solution. We were forced to scramble at the last minute to find a different storage unit (shout-out to CubeSmart for saving the day). This caused us extra costs in mover fees, wasted time, and a massive amount of stress. To top it off, they refused to refund us for a unit they made completely inaccessible. The level of disregard for our situation, the total lack of professionalism, and the refusal to correct their own mistakes is beyond appalling. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay away from US storage. They are disorganized, unresponsive, and have no sense of accountability once they take your payment. This was an infuriating, stressful ordeal, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I'm looking into a lawyer to get the refund for a unit we could NEVER use!
