OH MY GOSH THESE GUYS ARE HEROES!!!!!…read more I will never use another moving company again. They are the absolute best. This is my second move in less than two years and my last experience with Two Men and a Truck was horrible. MASH showed up right at start time and made magic happen. I thought I only wanted help with big items but I will be hiring them for the rest of the move instead because they were so efficient and worked tirelessly to complete the move. My old house, my new house, all of my stuff is in the exact same condition it was before we moved. They are so sweet and organized and calm, I can't believe the contrast between these guys and our last move!!!! 5 stars, 10/10, no notes. Do not go with anyone else! Also they are so well priced, I was shocked at how little it cost considering the amount of work they did!

I especially loved that they expertly took apart our ikea couch and then put it back together in the new place. They made communication super easy and are very responsive. This is such a great crew and it makes such a difference because moving is SO stressful and just ugh. These folks are the opposite of ugh! They are AWESOME! The value for the money is really great. Truly I'm so grateful that in a town like Austin where the cost of everything is through the roof, these guys are still on the inside, helping us all get where we need to go!

The team showed up on time, worked efficiently, and, most importantly, treated all of my belongings with so much care. They were cautious with my furniture, careful navigating tight spaces, and made sure everything arrived in perfect condition. Everyone was friendly, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. They communicated throughout the move, which gave me a lot of peace of mind, and somehow managed to make what I expected to be a long, exhausting day feel easy. I wouldn't hesitate to use Boxer Buddies again or recommend them to anyone looking for movers who are reliable, respectful, and genuinely careful with your home and belongings. They exceeded my expectations.

First of all, our planning coordinator, Daniel Gartland was once again friendly, efficient and ensured we utilized their unloading services to maximum benefit. 3 movers arrived on time, and completed unloading, reassembly of bed frame, unboxed our new mattress and set up on bed, as well as moving furniture and boxes to designated rooms (previously loaded by them prior to move out) in record time!! JC, Juan and Andre hard workers! Was nice having JC and Juan return to move items they had originally packed. They complimented us on the updates we had made (remembered from before) and even asked about our kitty! Highly recommend these folks, pricing reasonable and just great to work with!

We had minimal damage on our items, nothing I was concerned about, and they were super careful bringing things into the house. The cost of the move was a bit pricier than others, but worth it. Every single team member works hard, is sooooo polite, friendly, good sense of humor and just a great person! When I was initially looking for a mover and comparing different ones I found them to be very competitive on pricing. I don't even compare them anymore and haven't for years. I just call them and give them the new address and ask what they have available. They did move my sister recently who is an Executive with a well known Tech Firm so she had a moving concierge handling the logistics for her. I told the concierge she HAD to use Army Ant, however she felt she needed to check with a few other movers to "do right by her client." After speaking with Steven Rogers, the owner of Army Ant, she hired his company and after working with his team for the move the concierge decided to move them to her preferred vendor list. We are so grateful for how they pack everything so carefully. They disassemble and reassemble everything for us as well! I could keep writing, however you're probably tired of reading! lol Call Army Ant! There is no one better!

Let me start with David, we booked for a move on Feb 15th originally two weeks in advance. The…read morestorm hit, I think catching most of us off guard and postponing our move. David, who manages the office and books the jobs did a fantastic job staying in contact with us and working with us to ensure the safety of my family as well as his team. The driveway to our complex was up a steep hill and covered in ice. We were able to reschedule for a move on Monday February 22nd with an early start time. Mojo and Emeka called about 15-20 minutes before arriving and took the instructions well to get to our hard to find apartment unit. They took a brief walk around the unit and decided a plan of attack. Then the clock started. While the move took longer than I had originally expected both of these guys worked hard the entire time. No breaks. No milking the clock. The only two breaks they took were once on the way to deliver when they stopped to pick up rehydration beverages, which they asked for permission to do first and did not charge us for, and the second time was when we offered them food and beverages while unloading. There was minimal/no damage to our property when all was said and done. There were a few marks made in the very narrow stairwell, which the owner promptly came out the next day and cleaned up himself. No knicks, divots, or scratches to any of the walls in our old apartment or the brand new built home we moved into. Before I continue I just want to give every customer a heads up, you can safe yourself and your movers a lot of time by prearranging everything before hand. Take apart beds, take apart sectionals, disconnect washers, dryers, and refrigerators. Anything you can do to make their job as simple as picking up the items and moving it into the truck. The prices they offered across the board by companies in Austin was higher than when I managed a moving company in Austin 13 years ago and even with that being said Jackson was the lowest bid I received and not to mention, their phone lines were never busy and communication was very easy. At the end of the day I was very pleased with the service from EVERYONE in the Jackson's Moving organization and will absolutely use them again in the future. Mojo, Emeka, David, Thurman Thank you all for your assistance throughout this whole ordeal.

So they only loaded the truck, I drove it across country and on the other side the unloaders could not believe how poorly it was loaded. Something as simple as stacking carboard boxes on top of heavy duty bins was missed. (see photos) They put my $60 target stools upside down so the legs were facing upwards and then put my chairs upholstery side down on those legs... they did this for BOTH of my living room chairs... (see photo) They HAD TRIED to put a mini fridge full on the inside on top of a crate and barrel wooden console with tiny thin legs. I made them NOT do that - much to their chagrin - while they walked all over it inside the truck. They ruined approximately $2000 worth of furniture. All in all - I lost more in damages than the loading even cost, got no help afterwards and I am lucky that I escaped with the damage I had - it could have easily been 2x-3x the amount had I let them stack the fridge on top of the other stuff. Probably assumed I went away, but - heres your yelp review.
