Quality for the Value. Great service from Rusty and Terra. If anyone needs a storage this is the place.

Rusty and Terra are incredibly kind and helpful. The facility is immaculate and I feel very comfortable that my belongings are safe. Highly recommend! read more

Thoroughly impressed with everything. Great customer centered business. I would drive a few more miles to come here because of their first class operation. Amazing job Jim! read more

this place is great. Rusty and Tera are professional and very polite. they are fantastic. the premises are very clean. best storage facility for my classic cars. would not go anywhere else read more

Rusty and Terra were a pleasure to work with. I was looking to switch from another company. They made the process simple. They heard what I was looking for, showed me 2 options, answered all my questions and we got the paperwork done easily. read more

My husband and I have had a few storage units throughout our time together but never one as clean and well maintained as Stor-it Foothill Ranch! We appreciate how they did not raise our price during our entire time there and how we always felt our belongings were very safe and secure there. The owners are very kind, helpful and professional. We recommend this storage facility above any others. If we ever have a need to store our belongings again, we will for sure come right back here! We appreciate you guys! read more

I switched my storage unit to STORE-IT Foothill Ranch and am so happy I found them. I'm saving more than double what I was paying elsewhere on the same size unit. I love the place so much that my recommendation to a friend was rewarded with $25.00 off my next rent. Rusty and Tara at Foothill Ranch could not be friendlier and more welcoming. Personal and Professional. Honestly, they feel like family. They keep the facility spotlessly clean and fresh, and very importantly, I feel entirely safe there - personally as well as my belongings. read more

Rusty and Tara were awesome. Tara was the only one to answer the phone. They were so nice, professional, and helped me load my moving boxes into the car. We're in the process of moving and I will definitely be back. Thank you both! read more

Best storage around! Rusty and Terra are absolutely the best, you're always greeted with a friendly smile and a wave. I have had 2 storage units (Personal and work) for over 3 years and wouldn't choose anywhere else! Super clean, friendly and best prices! I highly recommend Stor-it Self Storage Foothill Ranch! read more

We used them temporary for our moving situation. The manager Rusty and terra are super nice!! They really helped us anyway they can. I will highly recommend to anyone in the area who is looking for a storage place. read more

I can't say enough great things about this storage. Not only are Rusty and Terra amazing, everyone that my family has come into contact with has been welcoming and friendly. The whole facility is extremely clean and organized. This will continue to be our go to storage company. read more

My experience with this storage facility has been nothing but positive and professional. I relocated to New York City years ago and have found this storage facility to be priced reasonably. I have an inside storage unit that is easy to access and the facility is well kept. Each time I have accessed my unity it was with ease. Also, the management team Rusty and his wife Terra are a delight and have helped me tremendously over the years. They are proactive and detailed when it comes to ensuring my account is up-to-date. Last year during the beginning of COVID-19 Tara was extremely helpful with processing my payments while I recovered. Although I am now living in New York City, I have a piece of mind and feel at ease knowing that my unit is being managed by professionals who are honest, thoughtful and caring. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Foothill Stor-It Self Storage. The customer service is IMPECCABLE. read more

I used this facility for over two years. After I moved and no longer needed the space I recommended to everyone in my family. Rusty is great and so accommodating. Amazing and clean facility. So lucky to have found this place in South Orange County. Highly recommend. read more

This is my second review of this fine establishment. I love that all the units are easily accessible and all single story. The facility is super clean and I rarely bump into other tenants when I I need to access my belongings which is probably more luck than anything. But, I appreciate the owners because they appreciate my business most importantly. Always a pleasant experience stopping by my storage unit, from a hello, goodbye or friendly wave it goes a long way. Keep up the great work read more

Excellent all around! Terra and Rusty are the nicest people too. Pricing is great as well as one level access made it easy to store my belongings there for over 2 years I highly recommend Stor- it-Self Storage! read more

Best storage in town. The owners are some of the nicest people I have ever met, super helpful and friendly. Price for the unit was very reasonable. Unfortunately I just cleaned out my unit as I no longer need it but this will always be the place that I store my stuff in the future. read more

This place is awesome! A year ago I was moving out to Costa Mesa and needed to store my extra stuff somewhere since I was moving into a smaller space and this place worked their magic, had a spot open for me, and even let me borrow a moving truck. Win! Customer service is amazing. They recently switched ownership and the old owners forgot to charge my card and a lien was about to be placed on my property. Oh no! I called and they were able to get that all sorted out, get my card run, and return it all back to normal. Yay! I'm a happy customer and would recommend them to anyone. read more

So FYI they will hack up the price $50 if you walk in vs calling . Got a quote on the phone 10/9/18 for a 5x10 fir $58 walked in on 10/10/18 and was given a quote for $102! Sounds like a scam to me!! Update - funny how they make a comment weeks later..... no I wasn't confused. And I'm glad I didn't rent from them after the lack of customer service I got from the guy in the office. The delayed response speaks to the Lousy customer service they give . They didn't explain anything and should've given the price I was quoted on the phone the day prior to me coming in. Sorry you won't be getting my business! read more

I have to say that the new managers don't have any customer service qualities. The previous managers were better than the current ones there now. Ever since the new management team has taken over, I have been very disappointed. I have served over 25 years of military service I have never been so disappointed. But I see that that previous reviews have stated the same and the owners have not made any changes. I had to give 1 star so I could post. They deserve negative stars read more

I have been a customer of this facility for the past nine months and have previously been very satisfied. The woman who helped us rent the unit (blonde older woman) was very nice and helpful, and the rate advertised on their website was honored easily when we went to rent the unit, and everything was clean. However, I just got a notice in the mail stating that my rent will be increasing by 276%!!!! I definitely understand that rent increases are normal, but I never would have expected such a drastic and significant increase. I had been recommending this facility to people I knew and if this is truly a 276% increase and not a mistake, I will be forced to take my business elsewhere and highly discourage anyone from renting here. :( read more

Although this company was originally pleasant to deal with in February when they contracted our unit for $92 per month, we just received a notice on 10/15/17 that our rent will increase to $239 on 11/16/17. WHAT? A TWO HUNRED PERCENT increase? Are these people out of their minds?**11/01/17 I have adjusted my rating from one to three stars because after posting this review I was offered a more reasonable increase from $92 to $118 which I accepted. Regardless, increasing a tenants rent before one year has even passed is poor business practice. read more

Words cannot express how amazing Rusty and Terra are! I only wish I could give more than 5 stars! They treated is like instand family and their kindness truly made an incredibly stressful situation so much better! My husband and I cannot recommend Stor-It enough and we wouldn't dare store our belongings anywhere else! From the bottom of our hearts, thank you Rusty and Terra!! read more

The place is very convenient, clean and most importantly safe!!! it's nice to be dealing with such wonderful people. We currently have 4 units and i can't imagine storing our stuff elsewhere! I've been a customer for about 6 months and I would have to say I am completely happy. Rusty and Terra are super nice when I first came in needing a unit. One of the nicest things about this storage facility is that it's easy to get in and out as there isn't much traffic in the area. The facility is clean and well-kept. BTW, I've shopped around and they have the best deals in the area!! read more

The entire process from start to finish was great. The team would always make an effort to say hi, and make sure we had everything we needed. I would use Stor-It Self Storage again without a second thought. read more

I have been a client of this Stor-it facility for years now and this is the only time i have felt compelled to write a review of this place. The relatively-new managers Rusty and Terra (they are new at this location but have been in the business for many years) are the best people you can ever deal with. I had an old unit before I dealt with them and this location was managed by someone else when i moved in. It was way substandard to how this lovely and amazing couple had my unit ready for me. It was scrubbed clean -- floors, walls, etc. They made sure to give me options, looked up a good price for me, and treat me how a customer should be treated. And when you see them, they are always so pleasant and easy to deal with. Maybe storage units are the same, but not this one here. read more

Truly I have no words to say. This place is clean and secure. The prices are more than reasonable for any size unit. I've been here over two years, and sadly I had to move to a different location otherwise I'd still be having things stored here. Rusty and TErra are just wonderful, amazing people that went out of their way to assist me in a time of need. If and when I ever move back to this location, I will definitely be using their services again. read more

This is a great facility. It is easy to get in and out and the staff is very friendly. They also have dollies, etc. if you need them when you are moving in and out. read more

This is the premier storage experience, fair prices, clean spaces, and outstanding customer service. Naty and John are exceptional in the way that they gain business by being accommodating and friendly with their interactions with the customer. Most storage facilities treat their customers like commodities, whereas I felt like a friend as soon as I walked through the door. I would definitely recommend this location to any of my friends and family should they need storage in the future. read more

I checked rates around the area and the prices are cheaper than everyone else. Great customer service and what I love most about this place is the secure units. They have a gate that surrounds the entire place and the staff lives on the premise ... I know my things are in a safe place. Very clean and they have carts u can borrow while on the premises. I recommend this place read more

I've been with STOR-IT for several years, but in the last year they have gotten greedy and rude. In the last 6 months I've had 2 rate increases. They provide a number to call, but after 2 months and 16 phone calls, no one returned my call, I gave up and moved out. Kim Alton, the operations manager will not return phone calls. The corporate office doesn't care. THEY HOPE YOU WILL BE LAZY AND JUST PAY THE RATE INCREASES. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, AND GO SOMEONE ELSE, UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY TWICE THE RATE THEY QUOTE WHEN YOU MOVE IN. read more

I shopped around before choosing STOR -IT. I was looking for price of course, but also wanted safety and cleanliness. I had moved from a larger home to a smaller one and wasn't ready to get rid of my belongings. I found the manager Kim to be super pleasant, helpful and always willing to help me with whatever I needed. Other places I have used in the past seemed somewhat seedy, dark and deserted. I would never have sent my daughters there alone to get something out of storage. With STOR-IT, it is well lit, has good security, safe, clean and a great deal. I highly recommend them. read more

The staff were very nice and helpful whe I showed up asking for a last minute storage unit during our move. They got me taken care of and one of the staff is a fellow vet. Hoorah! Thanks. read more

This place is amazing to work with! Our company requires storage units across the country which can be challenging but both Terra and Rusty made our experience easy. We used them twice in 2weeks...fast, efficient, friendly, clean and honest. Highly recommend storing your items here!! read more

I heard from John at the storage unit on Friday with an apology, along with a refund of the late fees being applied toward next months rent and to let me know I am not being asked to leave. We all have bad days and misunderstandings, how we handle them can make or break an experience. Hats off to John, very much appreciated!!! read more

Stored our household goods here between homes. We were met by a kind and courteous staff. We experienced a super convenient, clean, and safe facility. The management takes extreme pride in this facility. Thank you Rusty & Terra for the 5* service and storage accommodations. We would highly recommend this facility for your storage needs. read more

I liked the selection of storage unit sizes here. When I got here I saw it was very nice and clean. And I felt comfortable right away. Kim and Preston were very easy to talk to and I found without any problem a unit that I'm very happy with. I have to visit my storage unit almost once a week and each time I go there is never a problem and I leave happy. I recommend this place to my friends and to all who read this.
