Terry Moving helped us move several large items from my wife's home to mine, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. We also needed to swap the oven and refrigerator between the two homes because we will be leasing her place, so the crew had to return there and carefully handle both appliances. The team was extremely helpful, careful, thorough, courteous, and patient throughout the entire move. They worked together as a cohesive team and made sure everything was handled properly from start to finish. We are 100% satisfied and would highly recommend Terry Moving! read more

I would give them zero stars if I could!!! Do NOT trust them with your belongings!! They are slimy, scum of the earth who took advantage of a single person trying to move!! They rifled through all of my things...Take this as a warning!! The 3 man crew seemed nice and personable but watch out they are thieves! They looked me in the eyes and stole so much from me!! NO SHAME!!! The owner did not apologize or acknowledge what happened just defended them!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! read more

Our move was completed in Jan. 2026. We had a pretty good experience with the actual movers but the communication with the office was not idle. I have used movers over 12 times and probably rushed on this decision so that's my bad. We needed storage for 90 plus days so I selected Terry Moving. Plus I like to support Veteran run businesses. read more

The entire experience here with Terry Moving was phenomenal. My partner and I have moved many times in our life and we have had the full gambit of bad experiences with moving companies. I would say to be very cautious with any company that has five star reviews, we all know no one is perfect, yet you can find them on this platform and as it turns out, there are nothing but brokerage firms subcontracting to independent movers who do nothing at all to vet the personnel. With Terry Moving however that is not the case you are employing a very reputable company that's been in business for over 35 years. Everything from top to bottom... from personnel, the moving equipment, the trucks, the experience, the attention to detail. You can see it. I can make this an extremely long review and wax poetically about how amazing these guys were... just take my word for it! Hats off to my super team. If I were any of you, I'd request these guys personally. Crew: Ken Armando Mark Luis You guys were amazing!!!! Thank you! read more

Using Terry Moving has been a positive experience. Our outstanding moving team, Francisco, Chuy and Jose were efficient, polite and very helpful. Our furniture was wrapped in moving pads or plastic and care was exercised when moving down stairs and through the house. The same care was given at the destination. Mark Terry was easy to contact and responsive to our questions. We recommend Terry Moving and Storage and would use the again. Thanks for a great job. read more

I use this company a couple of months ago when I moved and they were amazing I had three movers and they were all nice spoke English professional and super helpful. The owner is very professional and a nice person I trusted him from the moment I spoke with him. He answered all of my concerns and was very reasonably priced. He is honest and his quote was extremely close to the final price. I will always use him and recommend him in the future. As far as I'm concerned he's the best company to use for local moves. I don't normally take the time to write a review but for him and his crew I knew I should take the time to let other people know how happy I was with the service. read more

These guys are the best. They were recommended by friends of ours and am I glad they did. My wife and I even took a group picture with them beside the truck. We appreciated how they asked questions, worked with a smile and seemed to enjoy their co-workers the entire move. They handled all our items like they were their own. Highly recommend this moving company. read more

I recently booked Terry Moving and chose them versus several other competent Orange County movers. They did not disappoint. They were on time, efficient, supportive, and had a great attitude. It's not enough to get the job done quickly, it must be done thoroughly and with care. The team was proactive by bringing two trucks and dedicated to efficiency without being careless or sloppy. I could not recommend them more highly. The Crew I used: Ken Victor Armando Bernabe Joey These guys are professionals. Enthusiastic and well managed. I would have no problem using them again in the future. They made a rather complicated move seem effortlless in about four hours or so. read more

I can't say enough good things about this moving company. I will definitely recommend and use again. John, Jose and Victor were polite, very helpful and fast and efficient. They were also very personable which was great. The best thing is that they didn't waste time by chit chatting or lollygagging around they got straight to the point- took their break when they needed to and then came right back on time to finish the job. They did a lot and I am very happy with everything. Thank you sooo much! read more

The absolute best! Our original movers (I Moving) backed out on us the night before our move. To make matters worse, we were contracted to be out of our home within 48 hours. On a last minute referral from our RE agent, John Russell, we contacted Terry Moving. Unbelievably, Mark Terry himself called us back, and said...your worries are over, I will have 2 trucks, and six men at your house at eight o'clock tomorrow morning!!! A true life saver, and a God send! The job was completed in 7 hours, nothing was lost or damage, and the crew were true gentlemen!! Oh, and the price was right on. I cannot recommend this company more highly!! Thank you! read more

I was definitely happy. And yes, I will recommend them to anybody. read more

I hired Terry Moving & Storage for packing, moving and storage services last month (all of it!). Seriously, the most customer friendly and integrity-filled company that I've ever dealt with. From Mark Terry, the owner, to every single person that was engaged in the packing & move (and storage guy Lawrence) -- the hardest working, friendliest, most responsive company! I cannot recommend this company enough - they really go over and above. Thanks to Terry & all his staff for helping make my move as pleasant as a move can be! =) read more

Update: Terry Moving company moved my family to Florida. Great packers and everything was packed so well that everything arrived without any damage. Everything! Jim, who quoted our job was right on. He checked with us to make sure we had enough boxes, tape, and paper. There was a team of 4 guys who loaded our belongings and another team that unloaded the next day. I cannot imagine asking for a better team of workers. They asked where to place everything. They came through the house at the end, to see if any item needed to be adjusted. They were gracious, polite, and funny! We highly recommend Terry Moving. read more

I have seen these trucks around town and they looked really clean. I called to get an estimate and they came to our house the same day. Jim Fox did a very thorough job going through our house and yard. On moving day they showed up right at 8 all 5 guys were very friendly. They shrinked wrapped all our furniture then covered in blankets. They all worked fast and efficiently. We bought them lunch and all were very appreciative. It was a long day but they made the process so much easier. At the new house they asked where I wanted every piece of furniture and set up anything they took apart. I cannot imagine making this move without Terry's or these 5 guys! Thank you Crew, Ken Armando, Chuy,Luis, and Jeremy!! Please make sure you tip these guys; they work so hard read more

This is a late review, I'm sorry it took so long. Terry Moving did such a great job from start to finish on our cross country move. Everyone from Jim, estimating our household cost of moving and getting things coordinated, to Tony, our driver, and the loading crew (coming and going) packing and unpacking the truck and taking such good care of our home and belongings. This was a large undertaking and a little stressful but Tony made it so peaceful and under control. Tony communicated with us throughout the whole trip. Mark also checked in several times on how we were doing as we traveled across country so it made us feel like we weren't alone on our journey. What a great experience from start to finish. Thank you again for the true care and concern given throughout our whole moving process, Mark and his team made everything so much easier and less worrisome. Eric and Sondra Roos read more

Armando, Victor, Ken and Jason were amazing from the moment they arrived at my home to help me move after 30 years. I hardly slept the night before and as soon as they showed up they surveyed the house and went right to work. They were respectful, kind and organized. This move from a four bedroom house in the hills to a small historic home in old town went like a dream. They made sure to ask questions about where I wanted things and if I changed my mind no big deal. There goal was to make me happy. Not a scratch on my furniture, not a mark on my walls. Everything went perfectly. I would highly recommend them. I hugged them as they left. Thank you Terry moving!!!! read more

Terry Moving and Storage moved us from Mission Viejo to Meridian, Idaho. Led by Alfredo the crew packed up all of our furniture, wrapping everything in blankets while taping it securely. Everything was done professionally and the team of 5 was efficient , friendly and upbeat. The quoting process was easy. Scott did a survey of all our inventory and quoted us within 15 minutes. We even had our car transported on the same moving van. They arrived in Idaho in 2-1/2 days. Communication from Alfredo was excellent. A new crew from Idaho handled the move into our new house flawlessly. They were as good as the California crew. I highly recommend Terry Moving. We couldn't have been more pleased with the job they did on both ends of our move. read more

Had a great experience with Terry Moving! They recently moved my husband and I out of our upstairs 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment into a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom house (also with stairs). Safe to say they were WORKING! We had the pleasure of having Juan, along with Eddie and Jonathan and they worked seamlessly as a team. I enjoyed their banter and positive attitude! It took 10 hours total, and they stopped once briefly for a quick lunch. This crew is extremely proficient and handled my valuable items with extreme cation and care. Each time they have exceeded my expectations with their professional moving and packing skills but their kindness and extra attention to detail really means a lot. We contacted Terry Moving and Storage at the request of a friend of ours who made his interstate move a few years back. I have to tell you this was an INCREDIBLE experience. Having never moved more than locally and usually doing it with a U-Haul, I was not sure what to expect. We had estimates from three other companies and were go glad we chose Terry! From the gentleman coming to give the estimate to even FaceTiming the owner not knowing how to pack something, they were always on target and willing to help - We didn't even have to pack the TV;s, art work, clothes, bedding and mattresses, they did it all!! What a huge relief after packing our "stuff" for a month. Loved how they had a special box for all of the "put back together" pieces, screws for the beds, Apple TV and remotes etc. The team in Orange County was AMAZING!! If I could give them all 5 starts, I would!!! Loved them!! And oh, I was the client who was obsessed with them putting my car on the truck - OMG was that scary!! But as you can see in the post it did make it safe. I was a bit upset at them lifting up on the front end to have it clear the ramp but would rather have that than have it tear up the spoiler. I highly reccomend Terry Moving and Storage, especially for interstate moves!! This post is a bit late as we used Terry Moving in Nov. 2024, but we have since been very busy in our new home :-) read more
