After two truly bad moves with so much of our stuff damaged, I never thought I'd actually love a moving company, but I sure do love this one. First off, their pricing is very fair. They beat out the other quotes I got in Los Angeles a few years ago. And Renay is a dream to work with. When I had to push our move back a few days super last minute, she was so understanding and walked me through my options. It all worked out, and I'm so grateful to her. They moved us out and held our things in storage for 9 months without a single thing getting damaged, which is a huge feat. Where do I start! SafeWay moving and storage are the best movers we have ever had! We used them twice, once to move us out of our home in Orange County and store our items and then they recently moved us into our new home in Murrieta. They took great care of my belongings, reassembled my bed, and made sure everything was exactly where I wanted it. Kurt and his guys told me I was hired talked my ear off for 2 and a half hours about integrity and punctuality in work gave me work on a school day I asked off. Showed up on the first day they canceled 10 minutes before. They told me change of plans and my first shift was canceled and then blocked me on everything. The movers who brought my antiques and precious things were careless and completely ignored the red fragile stickers I put on these items. Another move, another great job done by Safeway Moving and Storage. This time was another move within Orange County. I unfortunately had to adapt my moving destination and date a few times after booking, but they handled it well. They stored my stuff for about 25 days and then moved it back into my new house with no issues. They correctly figured out that we only needed a 3 man crew for my amount of stuff for the move out, and only a 2 man crew for the move in; both legs of the move were just barely within the 4 hour minimum so it didn't end up costing too much. There were no hidden fees. I would highly recommend this company if anyone needs to move around the Orange County area. I wish I remembered all the movers' names to mention here; I remember Cody was in the move out and Paul was in the move in.
