Be very careful renting here my suggestion would be don't . Communication is lacking and they refuse to give any corporate information.

We housed our home items here for about 9 months following a relocation and were very happy with the experience with our 10x14 unit. We were looking for something that was a good price for the space and didn't need something extra fancy since we wouldn't be visiting often, and this place was perfect. Elevator to the second story lockers is a little slow but works fine - better than not having an elevator. Current management team in the office is very kind, helpful, responsive. The husband and wife team here are awesome. They give you that warm and fuzzy feeling when you go there. They were always so nice and helpful. Even going above and beyond a few times, like when I needed my lock cut cause I lost my keys, they waived the $10 lock cut charge. And then there was a time or two when they even let us use their dumpster, which is normally unheard of, so it was VERY appreciated. We had one of their largest units for almost a year. Never had any security or leak issues. The carts they have available are extremely helpful, as well as the little freight elevator. Overall, we had no issues with anything... and would highly recommend to anyone. read more

After this incident, that district manager of the company called and apologized for the store manager's misconduct. She discounted my next month's rent by 50%. That is what you call good client service, something the store manager would be smart to learn about. I've since left this storage company. While I appreciated what the district manager did, I did not feel that I could continue giving this location my business. read more

My rent went up and I missed the letter sent to my old address. Barbara the receptionist called me to informed me of the $4.00 due which by the way they keep increasing every year as if there is any change or any new benefits to the tenants. I came in next day and Barbara wasn't there so her husband Jim took care of me and I was very disappointed of his poor customer service, very take it or leave it attitude, he reminded me of my responsibilities but never had the willingness to help when I asked to have those notices emailed to me as well as they already email me a copy of my receipt every month and they can still send the notice in the mail, the answer was no. And when I gave my Visa for payment he asked if I had any cash instead to continue with the easy to me behavior side of the road. I've been a long time customer but now very disappointed with the way he handled a small request. May this review open the eyes of prospective clients before making their decision. read more

I wish I could give them no stars! My husband and I need a storage unit ASAP, so we took the first place we could find. Mess-up #1-You have to give them your driver license or Id to check out a cart. Well, my husband gave them his and when we came back to get it she says," oh I'm sorry, i think I just gave it to the guy that just left or he grabbed it off the counter!?!?" You did what!?!? Not only that but the guy was there to close his unit! So she pulls up his file, no phone number....only an email address and a physical address..so what does she do!?! Gives my husband his home address and tells him to go get it! Yes people, this is a real life story! What if my husband went and beat the s$#t out of this guy!!?? I don't know what she was thinking! So he went by the guys house-and he had sold it years ago! So a couple days later the lady calls and says," he finally emailed us back and says he doesn't have it...so, we come to the conclusion that the guy stole it on purpose, how was he able to do this, because she left it sitting on the counter within arms reach! So she says the best we can do is give you a free month. Okay, guess we have to take it Mess-up #2 After about a week of being there , I go in to grab the bag of designer jeans I have( I sell online)-the bag is wet and the jeans are molded...great! So I bring the guy in and show him and he says they don't have any leaks..well I look up and you can see 3 holes the light is shining threw, and the tub the bag was sitting on has water on it....he sees That the tub is wet and says," let me see what I can do, I will call the owner." A few days later I go into the office and he says," the owner says there are no leaks so he won't pay someone to come fix them. I can move units and they can give me a free month. I tell them we just moved all out stuff in THIS unit! The last thing we want to do is move all of it again! And I do t want the free month because I won't be there that long. So he says," well I have some putty here and a ladder if you want to fix it yourself!?!?" Fix the leaks that aren't there.....okay! So..I take the ladder and stupid putty and go up and patch the holes!! Before we know it a month goes buy and it's time for us to pay for the unit or move-so I decide we will just take them up in the free month they offered so we have time to look for a new place. So I go in and tell him and he says," well the owner said we can't give it to you anymore. He had a guy do a walk around and we went to your unit and he said there are no leaks!" Well no s$*t Sherlock!!!! OfCourse there isn't because I went up there and patch them all!!!!! So..needless to say...if your thinking about getting a unit here...think again read more

If you have anything stored at this facility, better go check and see if it's still there. We just discovered our unit had been accessed somehow and all items of value are gone. Whoever did it replaced our lock with a similar lock, so we didn't suspect anything until we discovered our key didn't work in the lock. We had a staff member cut the lock off, and to our great shock and dismay, almost everything was GONE. Thieves must've had plenty of time, as they seem to have picked and chosen what they wanted. But they left very little behind. Hindsight is 20-20, but I'd say pick a storage facility that has really good security before you entrust your stuff to it. And yes, we did file a police report. read more

Extremely friendly! Fairly easy access and location. I will say that the hallways posed a small problem when it came to storing a larger couch. No matter how we turned the couch it would not make it through the door because of the narrowness of the hallway. Other than that I was very happy with the reasonable price and customer service. read more

I recently moved out of Stor It after having my things in there for a year. Every experience I had with them was extremely pleasant and when it came time to check out I wanted to give the managers a hug. The unit was clean, the security was good, everyone was very helpful and it was great doing business with them. I did not pay my rent with a card - I sent them monthly checks - and there were never any issues with late fees when I was cutting it close with getting the check in the mail. read more
