Avoid at any cost. They are disorganized, they deliver the food much later than promised. I had a very simple order of two pizzas and a salad and I had to wait longer than 30 minutes for my order. The lobby is full of people, and despite the fact that they have lots of employees, it is very chaotic and super disorganized. Unless you want cold food go for it. read more

Waitress was nice. Food was average, it was lukewarm and made my stomach hurt. To those who are working the kitchen pls be sure to make sure the food is HOT. I took my family here for dinner because my catering experience with another location was so pleasant. We ordered entrees and appetizers. They came out in the wrong order so we almost didn't have enough room on the table. I personally had the bbq tri tip and 1/4 grilled chicken. I had to send it back because it was cold. All they did was reheat the entire tray in the oven instead of making fresh. Bad call. My Caesar salad was flavorless and my Mac n cheese tasted old. The only reason I gave two stars was because the staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and they had ginger ale on tap. Other than that, we have no desire to revisit this location. It started off great but then: The food arrived and the garlic butter Tri-tip was no bueno. The ribs were okay but they definitely need sauce. The bbq sauce looks like ketchup. It it's got a good kick. Two things killed this visit: 1. We ordered a few more items and it took more than 30 minutes to get here. Our server stopped by 3 times and on the final stop she said she would get a manager. The manager took 10 minutes to get to us and didn't even introduce herself. By the way her name is Ruby 2. Came here for lunch for the first time. Good option for a quick sit down meal with the family. Our favorite was the garlic lemon chicken, opted for all dark meat which was better. The breadsticks that came with it were tasty. Also got the ribs and tri tip meal which was also good. We got the kids Mac n cheese, but they forgot the side and ran out of milk so wasn't a great option, could have just gotten a side of mac n cheese. read more

This was my second go around to Stonefire Grill. It has been years. Firsts time at this location. This place was packed on a Saturday night. Line out the door. It has the Sizzler vibe where you order and pay before you sit down. So make sure you know what you want to order before getting to the counter. After ordering you can go stake your claim for a table. Don't forget to pick up your plates, silverware, napkins, condiments and drinks at the station before the dining area. The plates served here are a good portion. Ordered 1/4 chicken and tri tip which comes with breadsticks and a choice of a side. I would suggest the garlic sauce for the chicken. I thought it was a better choice than the BBQ sauce. Spinach dip and chips was a great starter. It was a great experience. I think there might be another stop here in the future to try the carrot cake we saw passing by to other tables. read more

I had my daughters bridal shower there on 10/12/24. I had an amazing experience. It started with Bobby who started the process with booking the patio. Which by the way is something new before it was first come first serve. Bobby made the process so easy. He was always available with my 100 questions. The day of, Ruby was the manager there. She was great too!! Made sure we had everything we needed and kept checking on us. The two gentlemen who set up the tables and food also did a great job!! We had them moving all the tables around and did it with a smile!! We got cloth tablecloths and the food set up came with greenery. They made it look very nice!! My daughter enjoyed her day. Came here weeks ago. Craving some tri tip and ribs so decided to try this place out. Parking was a bit confusing since there were numbers marked in each spot and a big sign saying curbside pick up. I thought I couldn't park there so made a whole circle realizing it was all the same so I just parked. Got inside and the guy at the counter greeted and introduced me to their menu and all since I mentioned that it was my first time with them. Pretty simple process. You order, pay and pick a table. They will bring the food to you. You get your own drinks and utensils. However, if you can't find what you need you can just ask your server and they will be happy to assist. I ordered the tri tip&ribs combo, pizza with Pesto sauce, salad and some drinks. The pizza was amazing. The crust was good not burnt whatsoever. The toppings were fresh. Each bite with the melted cheese was like heaven lol Tri tip and ribs were juicy and tender, however; it was somewhat cold. If it was hot, it would have been perfect. It was cooked perfectly. I asked a friend before trying this place. She said it was just ok but that it'd been years. I decided to give it a whirl. Best decision I made!!! Ordered the stimulus package. Pizza, half a tri tip or whole chicken, breadsticks and salad. It was under $40. Best. Deal. Ever. I did half and half on the tri-tip. Both types are amazing. Flavorful and juicy. The Gorgonzola butters a nice touch too. Pizza I did sausage and basil. It's thin, flavorful, quality ingredients. Salad I upgraded to the south of the border one. It's amazing too and the dressings a nice touch. I also had the corn on the cob (easier than firing up the grill) it's so good and sweet! The breadsticks were just ok. Not why I ordered the meal deal. Only downside is, Uber eats and Postmates no longer have the meal listed, and ordering it separate is at least $10 more. Foods extremely flavorful tho. my family always gets stonefire as catering or to celebrate birthdays, & we always come back. tonight we came to celebrate another birthday and i don't think we're going to dine in anymore :( we ordered at 5, but didn't get any of the meats until an hour later. we asked several times if they could check on our order, but nothing. the server was apologetic & we don't blame him at all but what was the point of ordering ahead of sitting down if we had to wait an hour for the food...i saw that someone else got more breadsticks to compensate but we didn't even get that LOL they didn't even tell us whether the kitchen was backed up or update us about the time frame. then about 30 minutes before we finished, we ordered a 1/2 lb order of tri-tip to go. the server said 15-20 minutes, but the time we finished, they told us that they were still working on it. another 20 min go by and we already asked about it, but they were still working on it. another 15 min goes by, and we ask again and it was just sitting there- they didn't even tell us it was ready. i understand being busy and backed up, but half of the restaurant was empty so it would have been nice to be updated at the very least. the chicken was rlly good tonight! tri tip was not good for how long we had to wait i just wish there was more communication on their end though. there was a server with a mustache who offered us bags and the server with the glasses, both were rlly nice though!! read more

As a family of 5, Stonefire Grill has long been one of our favorite restaurants which we often recommended to others... that is, until our experience on Tuesday, February 25, 2025. We were excited to celebrate Stonefire's 25th Anniversary with some items at Y2K prices on 2/25. At 2:00 PM, I called to place a takeout order, and I waited on hold for 1 hour, but no one answered to take my order. I finally hung up. Figuring it was busy at the restaurant, my wife drove there with my daughter and arrived around 3:45 PM. The restaurant was not very busy. My wife showed the cashier the ad she received, only to be told that none of the items in the Personal Meals section were available at those prices, but she could order them at regular price. No explanation was given. This was incredibly disappointing so my wife and daughter left. The Y2K special was widely advertised via email and social media as part of the 25th anniversary, yet Stonefire failed to keep its commitment to its loyal customers. We told our friends what happened, and it is likely we will not be returning to Stonefire based on this negative experience nor can we recommend it to others. read more

I came in at 6:00pm on a Saturday. It wasn't terribly busy at that time but there was a good amount of people already dining. It was my first time here so I wasn't sure what the process was like to order. Upon entering the restaurant, you place your order at the front with the cashier. They proceed to give you a beeper so that they can track you down when the food is ready. Our party of two sat down on the outside patio after grabbing some water and within 2 minutes we received part of our order. We ordered the Stonefire Shareable BBQ chopped salad with tri-tip ($14.29), the half basket of garlic bread ($3.79), the personal Mac and cheese ($8.99) and the personal rigatoni with meat sauce and cheese ($10.99). It came out to be about $42 before tip. When we received our salad and bread but they did not give us any plates or utensils. Considering it was our first time here, we had to ask one of the busboys and he said there are plates and utensils by the drink section and that you get it yourself. I haven't done a dine in like this before where I would literally grab my own plates and utensils unless it was a buffet or something so this was interesting. Soon after our personal pasta dishes arrived. The beepers they give you don't actually vibrate or anything. It's probably just a tracker. But it has its faults as some of the servers were going around each table asking if we were that specific number because they couldn't find that party. The salad was pretty tasty. A little heavy on the dressing but it was definitely a shareable portion. It reminds me of a southwest salad with the beans, corn, tomatoes and tortilla strips. The only thing was the dressing was buttermilk ranch. It could honestly even feed 4 people as it was stated to be for 2-3 people. The garlics bread sticks were okay. Nothing too special, I didn't think it had enough garlic and cheese on it to be honest but at least it was quick. The mac and cheese was good. I mean you can't really mess up mac and cheese so no complaints there. As for the rigatoni, it had good flavor and it was a good size. However, some pieces of the rigatoni were hard as a rock. Almost like either it wasn't cooked all the way or that it got burnt during the baking portion of the cooking. The sauce, meat and cheese was good, not too salty and definitely made it taste better. Overall, not bad in terms of price and quantity. I'd probably dine here again at some point and maybe give their pizza a try instead as their rigatoni seems like it could be a hit or miss. read more

A total surprise! We were treated to a weekday employee lunch and received superb service upon arrival. This was my first time at Stonefire Grill and I did not know what to expect. The food was so flavorful and the bread soft and delicious. I ordered the Grilled Salmon Fillet and it was brimming with flavor. Nothing was left on my plate as I used the bread to soak up the savory butter sauce the salmon was grilled in. This was a birthday lunch and I was very appreciative of the birthday brownie which was chocolate goodness supreme. Enjoy your visit! read more

We reminded the server first at 15 mins mark, and she did not verbally acknowledge it. At 30 mins and 40 mins, I had to get up two times to follow up on our order. First time trying Stonefire Grill tonight. My friend suggested it because she loves their BBQ chicken salad. To be fair, we got it to-go and sometime food doesn't travel well. But I figured I couldn't go wrong with 6 oz. medium-cook tri-tip meal with corn on the cob as my side. When I took container out of bag, I was like "where's my meal?" It was 6 slices of meat the length of my thumb, and 2 end pieces that were more gristle than meat. The portion fit comfortably in the palm of my hand. (wish I had taken a pic) The sauce was dried out. The meat was dry and tough, probably wasn't sliced against the grain. The flavor was good albeit a bit spicy. I put salad dressing on it to give it some moisture. The corn on the cob was half a cob, with a quarter-sized section missing the kernels from poor growth. The breadsticks were great, thank goodness. I would've been hungry without them. All this cost about 20 bucks for what was probably less than $2 in food costs, based on the portions I got. Impressive mark-up. I won't be back. It's L.A. / Cali, too many places here to get good tri-tip. read more

So happy to be able to dine in today. Food is always good and consistent. We ordered two sets of the family meal which includes Tri Tip, breadsticks, Caesar salad, and Cobb salad (extra $4). We added a large the works pizza and garlic mashed potatoes. You place your order at the front and they bring your food to your table when it's ready. You have to find a table first before placing an order. There is also a host to help you find a table if it's crowded. There is a self service area where you can get your own plates, silverware, to go boxes and bags. You can fill your own soda or iced tea at the drink station. Overall experience was good.
