It's very hard to find a company that has a 5 Star rating and was skeptical at first I reached out to them and they understood what I needed and the timeline I was working with. They explained their work and all sounded good. Marcus came by our house day of appointment and his honesty is over the roof. He knew from our conversation that we still had some minor work to be done in the house and he said he would rather come back when all is done so he can clean up all the mess and leave our house spotless. Steam Doc carpet and tile were our last minute saviors!!! They came and did a move out cleaning with only two days notice! We didn't do this on purpose, we aren't those people, but we were told our rental wasn't getting new carpets like we were told when we moved in a year before, and that we had to have them cleaned. They responded immediately via Yelp messages and had me scheduled! Our tech Nick was punctual on arrival, and we even got an "en route" notification. Nick was professional and so very helpful with two chairs that got left behind. He quoted about two hours worth of work, and told me I didn't have to stick around... I think he saw the frenzy in my life lol!! I came back two hours later and he had just gotten everything loaded up. The carpets looked fantastic, even better then when we moved in! The grout was very discolored. We had only owned the home for a year before moving out and I knew that anyone looking at the house would be turned off by this. He said he could go out the next day to complete and estimate. He came out as scheduled, and also noticed our tenant had moved out and the house was a mess. Seriously disappointed with the outcome on our move out carpet cleaning, I had pretty high expectations since Marcus told me that he was pretty sure most stains would come out or lighten up, and after all of the positive reviews, well after getting pictures from my realtor when she did a final walk through I was so upset, it really just looked like the carpets were vaccummed and that was it. We were moving out of town and couldn't stay to verify the work which was my fault, also my fault not to stick with Heavens Best for the carpet cleaning that I have had in the past and was so impressed with! Giving two stars because Marcus was really flexible with us on time. Telling me that the water was black after he got done cleaning the carpets is supposed to tell me what? Of course I knew the water would be black the carpets were dirty! I have also done better work myself with my little Spot Bot machine! Just threw away $180 on this "Service".
