Although their cost was a little high, they would take care of everything and I wouldn't have to do anything (like hire another company to replace the garage door). The ONLY reason I gave 4 stars vs. 5 stars is, their communication with my tenant. The tenant would take time off work to be there and they didn't show up a couple times.
