It started with a clogged H-vac pipe. 3 quotes and 3 estimates later Colby from Water Damage came in and gave us a very competitive quote. Treated us like family and is now doing the job. He came in took a look around and came up with a great plan of action. I'm telling you this man knows what he is doing. I'm no professional in restoration or water damage but he explained all the in and outs of the task at hand. He had dehumidifier going several fans to make sure everything dried. It was as simple as 1,2,3 and boom the wall is dry and the drywall is fixed. He even was able to paint match the old color of the wall and the ceiling. I am telling you this is no easy task. So we recently flooded our kids bathroom and water leaked through to our dining room below. I could probably blame it on my kids, but my wife and I are the ones to blame for not watching them (they were having a whole blast lol). Anyway, I reached out and spoke with Colby who emphasized how quickly we needed to assess the damage and get things dried out. We had he and his team come out the next day, upon which they identified wet spots in our ceiling and exterior framing along with the tiling in the bathroom. Thankfully he mentioned that he didn't think we needed to remove the tile. He immediately cut holes in the dry wall and toe kicks and got fans going in both rooms. After a few days of our home sounding like an airplane cabin, Colby's team came out to repair the drywall and paint. Everything turned out perfect. Everything looks like it did prior to the damage. The paint and texture was done well, and the dry wall repair is excellent! What impressed me the most was just how good the communication was (Colby called/texted daily and came by personally daily to check progress). He was also very clear on cost expectations, which tbh didn't matter as much to me considering a working and mold free home is what we wanted. I wouldn't wish a pipe bursting on anybody causing sudden, severe water damage in several rooms, but if it ever did, you'd be missing out if you didn't work with Colby and his team. Not only was he clear in communicating every step of the process, but he took extra precautions because we had a 2 month year old at the time even when he didn't need to.
