The response was incredibly fast! I needed a quick look to check for any water issues as soon as possible. They scheduled an opening the next day early in the morning, and the inspector arrived right on time. He was very knowledgeable and put my mind at ease. Thankfully, he didn't find any signs of water intrusion. read more

I hired All Nation Restoration for remediation work in my home. During the project, one of their technicians used bleach in a carpeted area without putting down plastic, tarps, or other protective floor covering. This resulted in permanent bleach damage in multiple areas of my high-quality, continuously installed Berber carpet, including highly visible areas in the middle of the room. What disappointed me most was not simply that damage occurred, but how All Nation handled it afterward. The company initially characterized the damage as something that can occur during remediation work despite taking precautions. In my case, there was no floor protection in the affected area. Their project manager came to my home shortly after I discovered the damage and saw the area firsthand. All Nation's own carpet professional subsequently advised in writing that repairs could look good but "possibly not perfect" and that replacement would be the alternative because a matching carpet was unlikely to be available. My independent carpet professional reached the same conclusion and recommended replacement. In an effort to compromise, I obtained a $2,400 estimate to replace only the affected common areas rather than the continuous carpet installation throughout my entire second floor. All Nation had offered a $1,000 credit, so I asked them to contribute an additional $1,400 toward this solution. They declined, characterizing replacement as my "preference." Yes, I do prefer my home to be returned to me in the condition in which they found it. I ultimately attempted the less expensive repair option using my own carpet professional. Unfortunately, the result confirmed what both carpet professionals had predicted: the repaired area remains visibly distinguishable from the surrounding Berber carpet. I am now left with a permanent, noticeable flaw in a high-traffic area of what had previously been a uniform, continuous carpet installation. My concern was never that I wanted a discount or that I was trying not to pay them (I have since made final payment). My concern was that the damage occurred during work performed without floor protection and that All Nation treated offering a credit and the ability to patch the carpet as sufficient, regardless of whether the repair actually restored it to its prior condition. I believe a restoration company should take reasonable precautions to protect a customer's property and, when preventable damage occurs, work toward a solution that reasonably restores the property to its prior condition. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and it is the reason for my rating. read more

Chase is so honest and helpful. He did a great job by checking the attic that was leaking water and made sure that there was no mold and gave us great suggestions. read more

We asked them to come out after a toilet leak back in March 2025. They were great in the moment, but after being paid by out IN FULL by our insurance company, they raised the price and asked us to sign something saying that they were to be paid even more money (which we refused because again they were paid in full). Now they are harassing us for the so-called remaining balance. We have repeatedly explained to them that they were paid the agreed upon amount of $11k+, but we are still getting emails from them asking for more money. I wish I had called an entirely different company for my house flood rather than rely on the Google search I had to do that morning. Hopefully, this review will help you avoid a terrible mistake. read more

My downstairs vinyl flooring flooded from a burst washer discharge hose. I called All Nation and they could have somebody over within an hour. Two techs showed up and immediately went to work to save the Sheetrock by pulling up the water and ripped out the damaged floor. Hours later they left with a relatively dry floor. Driers were set up and ran several days. AN came back for an inspection a few days later, took moisture readings, and removed the driers. They worked directly with my insurance company and gave me great service. Employees were all professional, courteous, and attentive to doing a great job. Highly recommend you use them . read more

We experienced a mystery flood in the downstairs of our home last week... Thinking it was caused by the confluence of water from a clogged gutter & failing exterior french drain. Luckily I found All Nation Restoration here on yelp. Jan & Jacob (representatives from All Nation) arrived within an hour of my distress call. These guys are clearly very knowledgeable, capable, and are excellent communicators. We were impressed by the speed, accuracy, and cleanliness of their work. The brand new mitigation equipment was up and running very quickly and the area was sanitized within a few hours. By the time the guys were ready to leave, the room felt dry and smelled fresh. Jan and Jacob inspired confidence and we are pleased at their flexibility because the sun had gone down and it was past dinner time. All Nation stated that they would work with us on the price of this emergency mitigation effort because much to our chagrin: our insurance deductible is very high and most likely will not cover this emergency. Britney the dispatcher at All Nation Restoration has been very easy to reach (even working through the weekend & holiday!) and I would recommend this crew to anyone that finds themselves in a flood related emergency such as this. We are confident in their assessments and think that we've dodged a bullet by calling All Nation as quickly as we did. read more

Very professional and excellent service. Would recommend them for fast and cost effective remediation for leaks

Great service, awesome team that was flexible and communicative. The entire mold remediation process was thorough and gave us peace of mind that our investment was worth it to ensure a healthy living space. The HEPA fans really did the job and truly cleansed/ air scrubber the air very well. We called to have them set the fans back up after other construction in our house wrapped up, which went on for a few weeks and the team was flexible to allow us to keep the fans so we could prioritize clean air for our family! Highly recommend All Nation and extra big thank you to Destin and Ian, appreciate you guys! read more

Do Not Hire. Lazy. Incomplete work. Top Dollar. We hired All Nation Restoration to determine the cause of water coming through our house's electrical outlets during a storm in Kyle, Texas. All Nation Restoration said we had a roof leak through nail holes where a satellite dish had been installed. Wrong! We called a roofer who quickly determined there was no roof leak! The water was coming through cracks in the house siding! So, we spent $450 for a WRONG assessment. All Nation Restoration was too lazy to actually go up in the attic and confirm that there was no roof leak. Instead they took a wild guess and led us down the wrong path. read more

Destin helped me with the house. It was great speaking with him and the team to take care of the problem.

Landon and his crew were fantastic helping me out after I accidentally flooded my kitchen trying to fix my dishwasher. Landon explained the whole process and was very patient with any question I had. Highly recommend them & would absolutely call them again if needed. read more

I reached out to All Nations in a panic when I received some mold test results back from a local inspector that were less than ideal. I wanted to better understand what I was dealing with and quickly. I called on a Saturday, and someone called me back almost immediately and got me on the schedule for Monday. I was so thankful for the quick turnaround. Destin came out to my home. He was early (yay!), and was very patient as I told him the story about the home and the potential mold. He took a look at the report and then did his own investigative work. After reviewing everything, he was so honest in telling me that he doesn't think my situation would require remediation. It's so rare to have a company come out for free and not try to sell you something you don't need. He really saved me from spending money that might've not been required, and also helped ease the anxiety I was having over the situation. If you're looking for an honest opinion, I definitely recommend this company and ask for Destin if you're able to! read more

Had a sudden leak from the upstairs shower that went into garage and called to have someone come take a look. Joshua showed up and after looking over the damage went over everything in detail that he found as well as what the process for remediation would look like. He and a few others came and had everything torn out in one day and made sure to clean as much as they could of the mess. Ashlynn was wonderful in helping with speaking to insurance and helping get payment from them. Couldn't recommend them highly enough! read more

Our kitchen closet sustained some water damage due to a leaking toilet upstairs. The leak was going on for months, and we had no idea. A sizable section of drywall just fell apart. Not knowing what the extent of the water damage was, I did some searching and came across All Nation Restoration. They responded quickly on Yelp, and sent someone over to take a look. The inspector used a thermal camera to inspect the moisture levels. He then explained to me that the water damage wasn't that significant, and that all I needed was a handyman to patch up the drywall. The guy specifically told me "do not hire us, it'll cost too much." I was relieved to hear some honest advice. So while I ended up not using All Nation Restoration, I still wanted to leave a good review highlighting their honesty and professionalism. read more

Destin came to help inspect some "black mold" developing in my bathroom. Was very communicative. He explained the tests he was doing, what he was looking for, and what he observed. Destin was clear about next steps and recommendations, but also explained why and helped answer my many questions about concerns around black mold. He didn't make anything sound worse than he observed, and I found him very honest and knowledgable. Highly recommend Destin, really appreciate his transparency, and will gladly call them again. read more

I can't say enough good things about All Nation particularly during such a stressful time. My husband was replacing our old dishwasher in preparation for our new baby after removing the old dishwasher we discovered extensive water damage. We immediately called all nation to come out who were extremely booked but, made time for us on their busy Saturday as this was an urgent. Brandon was at our house promptly at 2 PM and he was amazing. He was very careful with his assessment and removal of the water damaged area. He was very calming and reassuring for these couple of first time home owners; providing his expert advice and guidance on the situation. I'm beyond happy with the service and expertise provide by Brandon and the All Nation team. Hopefully I don't have to call them for any other issues BUT would recommend them to a friend in a heartbeat! read more

My wife and I returned from a vacation to find a water pipe had begun leaking, and soaked carpets and flooring. All Nation extracted water from the carpets and set-up fans and humidifiers to dry the place out. They also helped us locate the leak, and returned after it was repaired to remove the unsalvagable carpet, check baseboards for mold and do further mitigation. They were very prompt reponding to our original call, and were totally courterous and professional throughout. They also provided work details and estimates to our insurance company, in a timely and professional manner. We couldn't have asked more from them! read more

Chris and Ben and their crew/sub contractors are absolutely pleasure to work with. We had a big water heater damage few years ago. We called the plumbers and they suggested them. We called them and they did everything in our house with perfection. From restoration work, color, tiles, everything was as per our expectations. They also took care of all the insurance part. Always smiling and happy to work to your satisfaction. Then we had leak again few days ago, called different plumbers. They said we should call restoration guys to take a look just in case and gave us Chris's number. Of course we happily called him. He came and gave his honest opinion, helped us and checked his old work too. Would totally recommend them because of their honest opinions, very good work and a lot more. Would give them more then 5 stars. read more

Do yourselves a HUGE favor and use these guys. I have never worked with another company that cares SO MUCH about their customers. I don't even know where to begin. We reached out because we saw evidence of a water leak. They not only helped us remediate the water damage (which was far worse than we ever could have imagined) but they also held our hands through the insurance claim process and made sure that they worked in such a manner that they were able to provide insurance all the information they needed to help us with our claim. Further, when the claims adjuster came out to our property, Ben was present to answer any technical question we could not answer. The adjuster spent over 2 hours at our house and spent time doing things he didn't need to do and Ben never made it feel like we were an inconvenience or that we wasted his time in any way. Not only that, his entire staff is not only competent, but professional and they truly support you in every way they possibly can. They transfer knowledge so that you as a homeowner can identify leaks in the future. Ben is incredibly straightforward and honest and I love the way he communicates - there is no reading between the lines, he will tell you EXACTLY what he's thinking, even if it's news you don't want to hear. Any bad news is usually coupled with an incredibly logical explanation that you can jive with. Every single person we've interacted with from this company - whether it was Chris or someone else, they were all equally as competent, cared equally about us as clients, answered all our questions and never made us feel bad about anything. Ben (the owner of the company) fosters that kind of environment and it shows. All his employees are stand up guys and the work they do is phenomenal. They could have come into our house and remediated the leak without documenting anything and that would have caused us to miss out on our insurance claim, but based on them taking the time to document everything, we were fortunately able to get help from insurance with regard to our water leak. All Nation went the extra mile to hand hold us through that process. Can't appreciate them enough for their help during a stressful time for our family. read more

Exceptionally, professional, knowledgeable and informative. This company kept me informed prior to arriving on the time he would arrive. He was here minutes before ETA! He discussed what he would do and how the findings would help point out any specific areas that need attention or remedy. He was polite, listed to my concerns and helped address them. Upon leaving he said I would receive an extensive report with photos before tomorrow. The report arrived later this afternoon. Highly qualified service rep and company. read more

We had flooding late in the day on a Friday due to a water leak - an issue we'd never dealt with before. I reached out to All Nation based on their stellar reviews, and I was not disappointed. Chris and Zack arrived in under an hour with dehumidifiers and talked me through the whole restoration process and schedule. Zack returned Sunday and worked hard all day long to remove the damaged flooring and baseboards, then drilled ventilation holes at the base of the walls and set up fans and more dehumidifiers to ensure all moisture was removed from the floors and walls. Despite all of that work, he left zero mess. Zack then came back on Wednesday to remove the fans and spray an antimicrobial treatment to ensure we were safe from any mold developing. I couldn't be happier with my service from All Nation! Easygoing, low-pressure, courteous, and thorough. I would definitely recommend them to anyone dealing with stressful situations like mine! read more

Discovered a leak and some water damage over a holiday weekend--Ben and Chris responded immediately and were at the house to assess the damage just a few hours later. They provided a detailed quote, fully explained what needed to be done and why, then quickly got to work. Great response time and communication throughout. The fans are loud, but the space was kept clean and live-able during the drying process, and they managed to salvage our baseboards. Grateful to have found these guys on a Friday night during a holiday! Would recommend. read more

All Nation Restoration was a savior. After finding a serious leak and mold in our bathroom and garage, they handled the situation like pros. We called them and they came out the same day to give a free estimate. Chris and Ben were extremely communicative throughout the whole process. They explained everything in detail about what they were doing and why, even writing a detailed report with photos to document the issues and their causes. All Nation truly went above and beyond by working very late to finish the job as soon as possible - I think even past 9pm one night. Don't think twice about working with them, the ratings don't lie. read more

I had another company come give an estimate on some water damage we had. It was tricky because we weren't aware of leak and couldn't tell the source. The other company listened and gave a quick look and guesses at the source. I wanted a second opinion. So glad I called this company. They came and looked a little bit harder and measured more and found the true source of leak. It was tricky. Plus they pulled out wood baseboards carefully, marked them for replacement and were able to salvage it all. Those are just a couple of examples but heartily recommend and they have earned my business forever read more

Ben and Chris came by to investigate a water leak we had with the big rain. They were super responsive (answered the phone on Friday night). They showed up Saturday morning to investigate and spend an hour here. Very helpful insights and recommendations. They didn't even charge us for the visit. Now we need to find some good water proofing people. These guys are great. HIGHLY recommend! Very hard to find good help in Austin when it comes to home repairs and issues. These guys were absolutely top notch! They were the only company who could give us any kind of direction after the freeze this year led to broken pipes & flooded our house for two whole days. They were super informative regarding what processes need to be done, handled the job like absolute professionals, and made an otherwise extremely stressful situation absolutely wonderful! Yes the pricing is fairly steep, but you truly get what you pay for. They were fantastic from start to finish. Always answered any questions or concerns, were immediately responsive every time I bothered them, treated our house and belongings with respect, and were on the ball in terms of getting in and taking care of things and getting out. We would hire them again in a heartbeat, but hopefully won't be needing to any time in the near future. If you are in need of their services, trust me, you can't go wrong with these folks & can certainly stop your search now! Highly recommended on every level! Thank you guys! read more

Had a leak from my air conditioner in the attic. I found All Nation online randomly and had Ben come out to give me a quote on drying the water that leaked into some drywall in my house. Not only was he cheaper than another quote I had been given the day before, but he also helped me fix the leak from the air conditioner and saved me from having to get it fixed by an AC guy. The quote he gave originally covered using a dehumidifier and fans to dry the walls inside my house for 3 days, but when more time was required, he didn't charge me anymore than the original quote. Would highly recommend All Nation to anyone who needs to dry up any water damage in their house. read more

Ben was referred to my by a plumber - he was kind, professional, and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. He came out a couple hours after I called (on a holiday weekend, no less!) and was honest and informative. He explained what was going on in my house (really strange leak and water damage) and even explained how to fix it myself, if I choose to do so. I'm thankful and delighted to find an honest person in this field who understands priorities within a budget. He didn't even charge me to come to my home 45 minutes outside of Austin. I highly recommend him and this company - I can't recommend Ben enough! read more

All Nation did a good job with our water mitigation work. Their experience shows. Moreso than another provider I spoke with, they explained the issues at hand in a way that helped me understand my options. It wasn't great news, but it was the truth I needed to hear. The work itself went well, with the guys working thoroughly and efficiently. They were mindful of the pandemic, wearing masks, gloves, and keeping an appropriate distance. There are not enough stars to convey the positive rating William Rivers from All Nation Restoration deserves. He arrived when I was at wits end from a multitude of errors and failures by the first water remediation company I hired. William went above and beyond to correct the other company's mistakes and complete the job in a timely manner. All Nation Restoration's crew, Jan and Adrian, were professional and kind. I went from experiencing a nightmare with the first company to full confidence with All Nation. If you are reading this review, you are likely dealing with the hardship of a water leak or mold problem, which is stressful enough. It makes all the difference in this type of situation to hire an ethical and knowledgable company and thankfully All Nation Restoration was just that. I wish I hired them from the start. read more

I am in the most unfortunate situation of not just having a mold problem after a flood in my bathroom but also having to hire a mold remediation company. If you are reading this, you know that most insurance does not cover this cost to you. Do yourself a favor and start with these guys. I wish I had. When my current company did not show up for 2 days and could not explain all the incredibly high charges, I emailed All Nation. Chris responded in 10 minutes and offered to send out a coordinator to look at completing the job. I am sure I will regret not firing my current company and just going with All Nation, midstream, but I wanted to alert all who need their services: Start with All Nation Restoration. read more

The laziness of All Nation's crew flooded our home. We had hired All Nation to do a mold remediation project which involved removing a bathroom vanity and disconnecting the water lines. The project manager assured my husband and I that the water shut off valves would be capped off, so there would not be any leaking. We also were very clear that any discolored areas on the subfloor or walls would be cut out. We showed the manager where we knew where there was definitely a leak and told them that needed to be cut out and 2 feet beyond any discoloration/mold. At some point after they left the day of the project and the next day, flooding happened in our house from a water shut off valve that had not been capped in spite of what we were told. Project manager said they had pictures that showed it was not leaking when they left that day. This is a thirty year old home that they knew could very well have leaky valves. After the flooding, we were told that it wasn't capped because a plumber would have had to cap it off. Okay, so whey didn't they do that? That was their negligence that caused the flooding. They denied that they did anything wrong even though that the manager assured us that they would cap off the valve. On top of that, they did not cut out the discolored/moldy area that was clearly instructed to do. AND, they left debris on our carpet that my husband cleaned up after they left. That is a complete no,no in mold remediation. They never would take responsibility or have their insurance pay for damages. Now we have about a $20K claim open on our insurance due to damages and have had to take lots of time off work to get repairs done for what should have been a 1-2 day job. Our insurance is going up because of ALL NATION'S NEGLIGENCE. I told our plumber what happened and he was outraged. He said that he would NEVER leave valves uncapped even on brand new valves. They should ALWAYS be capped when disconnected from the line. He said that if he was the last person to touch the valves and there was flooding, he would use his own business insurance and would never ask the customer to file their own claim. He used to recommend All Nation, but after hearing our story, he will no longer recommend them. I do not recommend them either. If they would have used their own insurance to pay for our damages, then maybe I would not have written this review, but to be negligent and then deny responsibility is unethical. read more

All Nation did a fantastic job helping us with some minor mold grow in our bathroom/laundry room/garage ceiling. After calling tons of other remediation places who insisted that a full protocol test was needed before any work could be done, Chris and Ben took a look and gave an honest opinion and took on the job, saving us tons of time and money by avoiding a full protocol inspection. They were very communicative, professional, and easy to work with throughout the process - answering all of my many questions and giving a very detailed overview of the timeline. They also helped manage all communication directly with insurance and made my life much much easier, clearly documenting with pictures, measurements, etc. I knocked off one star because the final invoice that insurance negotiated came in substantially lower than the original one given to me after the work was done. While this is ultimately a great outcome, I did wonder if I would have been overcharged had I been personally paying. That said, they were great to work with and I would call them again - just be sure to check on how much equipment, time, etc. is truly needed for your repair. Thank you so much guys! read more
