Much more than Floors. Excellent quality job. We took a quote from anchor floors in March before the lockdown for replacing upper floor carpet with wood/vinyl. Due to Covid we decided to wait and then went back to them around September. They were happy to have us back and honored the previous quote. This time we decided to not only replace carpet with vinyl but also upgrade our lower level tiles. Within 1-2 weeks the material was ordered and work started. After the final output we were so happy that we decided to do few more accent wall projects using tiles on family room wall. Again totally impressed and happy. We were able to do all work while working and studying from home as the work was being done. 1. Ibrahim is not only a sales guy but has great design ideas. We actually went with his designs in some places and are very happy. He makes good honest recommendations from colors to designs to everything. 2. Ibrahim helped us choose grout , tiles , made recommendations based on our current home look and feel. We even let him decide the grout color. That is the level of trust and confidence we had in him. 3. Ibrahim always fit us in our and his tight schedules and did the work in time. 4. The crew was exceptionally good. They took no breaks during their work , very polite. They cleaned the mess every single evening after the work even if they were going to come back next day morning to resume work. After we bought our house, we wanted to make some upgrades before moving in. After searching for the right person to help, we were thrilled to meet Ibrahim at the Anchor Floors store in Cedar Park. I wanted to tell everyone about my experience with Anchor Floors in Cedar Park. Ibrahim is a wonderful person and so very helpful. He took his time with me when I could not decide if I wanted tile or vinyl or if I wanted to do the whole house are just part of it. I did let him know my concerns on the dust if all my tile was removed as I have asthma. Since I really wanted to do my whole house in vinyl he recommended that he lay the vinyl planks on top of the tile instead of removing it. I did not know you could do this and he assured me that it would look and feel good and last a long time. Also the cost was a whole lot better. He sent Ivan out and they proceeded to level out the grout lines in my tile and level the floor so that they could lay the vinyl planks. They also had to raise the floors in my master bedroom and closet as it did not have tile. Ivan made sure all of the rooms in my house were level and even before they installed the planks. Ivan even brought over the quarter rounds early so that I could paint them before they installed them. MY HOUSE LOOKS GREAT! i could not be happier. This is not the first time I have used these guys and if I ever do flooring again I will use them again. They are very detailed and do beautiful work. read more

John at Anchor really come through with his promise of a flawless install. From the moment we entered his store we felt like we were his priority in taking care of us. His selection is really good and we found the perfect carpet fit for our home. John was out the very next day to take measurements and schedule the install date. He called the day before, yesterday, to let us know everything was on schedule and that Stacy would be at our home by between 8:30 and 9:30 am. Today, Stacy and his partner were here before 9:30 and worked straight through until 3:30 when it was completed. The carpet looks fantastic, the guys moved only the heavy stuff as we had prepped the day before moving smaller items and manageable furniture so that they would not be spending their time unnecessarily. They cleaned up after they were finished, returned the heavy furniture to its place, removed all old carpet and padding and were on their way. These guys are really great at engineering the install. John has a great team at his store and we highly recommend him for taking care of your carpet, flooring, tile and other home remodels, you won't be disappointed. read more

I can't say enough about how pleased I am with Anchor Floors. I was shopping for new flooring options and had onsite appointments with a couple of other installers. I was unimpressed with the other product offerings, their sales representatives were very uninformative, and their installation lead times were close to a month out. I needed it done quickly because this was a new investment rental property and I had a tenant lined up to move in 2 weeks later. I stopped by Anchor Floors and Ibrahim was very informative explaining all my options. Right then and there, I selected an option and scheduled installation. Within 3 business days, they had completed installation of over 1,600 square feet of luxury vinyl planking including a stairway. They hauled off my old carpeting and cleaned up everything. We were so pleased to stumble upon Anchor Floors. We needed new flooring in our rental home quickly. When we arrived at Anchor, it was closed. John saw us at the door and was gracious enough to open the door and see what we needed. He helped us through the decisions on which type of flooring as well as color and design. We had an amazing experience with Anchor Floors remodeling our kitchen--and they completed the entire project in just 8 days! From the planning stage through to the final touches, Ibrahim and his team were professional, neat, helpful, and absolutely wonderful to work with. We had to unexpectedly replace our floors after some water damage. We spent MONTHS dealing with our insurance and the flooring company they recommend, finally got fed up enough and found Anchor Flooring. We walked in on Friday, had our in home consultation on Sunday, and had completed floors by that Wednesday! Ibrahim and his team were fantastic! We got exactly what we wanted and for 40% of the quote given to us by the company our insurance recommend. We ended up going with the tiles that look like wood. They are perfect! Also, shout out to the tile-layer who worked around our extremely heavy antique desk that doesn't fit through the doors without removing them. We will be going back to Ibrahim and Anchor Flooring in the spring to get the other bedrooms done. :) read more

I cannot say enough good things about Anchor Floors. I met Ibrahim at a home show in Austin and we immediately hit it off. He came out to the house and within a couple weeks we were meeting for design ideas. We did new flooring throughout the whole house; we changed countertops and backsplash tiles in the kitchen, mudroom, laundry room and master bath and we painted the entire interior and exterior. This all took only a month to complete! The crew was always on time, worked all day and everyday (except a few Sundays) and were very polite and respectful of trying to keep the house as clean as possible during the remodel. Used them to install wood floors and a second time to remove and replace outside tile which another local tile company installed and failed to repair when it started breaking and came loose after only a couple of years (lawsuit in progress). Anchor floors did an amazing job on the difficult repairs. Ibrahim was very professional and closely supervised all aspect. His follow up to insure everything was perfect was really appreciated. The installers, lead by Ivan, were almost artistic and very meticulous. Great clean up. We are extremely happy and satisfied with their work. We were in the market for new floors as we wanted to change our main level from tiles and carpet to LVP, we looked at nearby flooring options and recommendations. We ended up going with Anchor Floors for several reasons mainly being the one place with huge flooring collections and our concern with the main level Office room and restroom. Ibrahim provided valuable inputs on hardwood selection, placing wood on the stairs and having cement board for stone ledger for fireplace. We made last minute plan to paint 20ft high ceiling and the walls in the living room and Ibrahim was very accommodative to get the team to paint in short notice.
