I never review Starbucks because it's literally not a big deal. Coffee and a warmed up pastry. Easy right? It never fails that when I come to this Starbucks that my order ALWAYS ALWAYS gets forgotten. I watched two people come in AFTER me get their drink much faster than I did. That I had to tell the barista that I still haven't gotten it. Without asking what my order was, she already assumed it was a mobile order that I was waiting for. But instead I took my happy self inside to get it. I usually mobile order but there wasn't anyone in line so I'm like "cool it won't be long". WRONG. Get it together please, it's super frustrating. Last time I asked for 3 extra shots... and I saw them leave it there to waste for over 10 minutes. I'll just be sticking to my normal Starbucks on Temecula Parkway & Meadows from now on. read more

Great location on Hwy 79 off of the I-15 when heading in or out of Temecula valley. There is an In-N-Out in the same parking lot so it's great for loading up you full car of hungry people. Drinks were made well and service was friendly although the drive thru guy looked like he was ready for his shift to be over like an hour ago. We just went through the drive thru real quick, at was probably 7:30pm, not busy. They were courteous and efficient in taking, creating, and giving us our order. This is probably a waste of my time but I'll vent anyway. I'm a big fan of the caramel ribbon crunch frap. Within 3 weeks of this store getting it, they were out of the topping. Why advertise for a drink that you can't provide??? It's just a caramel frap... No crunch hun. I gave up for a while and stayed away for a while. Last week they said they were completely out of it... Typical Starbucks... I'm not a huge fan of trendy, overpriced coffee, so in my opinion, there are really only two reasons to purposely stop in at a Starbucks... 1). When I'm away from home travelling on business or pleasure I've and got to have my morning coffee fix, or; 2). When nature calls and one needs the "privacy" of a Starbucks lavatory. Generally clean facilities at each one I've ever visited. This particular location, (our first visit here), has a nice outdoor patio area to relax, converse, smoke, etc. Must say the staff was very friendly and courteous to boot. Will definitely stop in again if "nature calls" and help speed the entire process up with a grande, skinny mocha, easy whip, LOL. read more

I love this SB because it's right on the corner of Temecula and Pechanga Parkway and it's open 24/7. I don't know of any other SB that is open 24/7 and you can sit outside on their patio but I don't think you can go inside. I usually come here late night after leaving Pechanga to pickup a little something for me and a gift card for moms. The employees are pretty nice but they really need to nail down their tip jar at the drive thru. I'm so glad that they are open all the time it's so convenient. Of course I will continue to come here I just wish more SB's at 24/7 drive thru's. read more

My fiancée and I rode our bikes to this Starbucks location, as we often do, and a sign posted on the entrance read "Drive-thru only. Sorry for the inconvenience". There were no cars in the drive-thru, so we rode our bikes to the order board and were told "Sorry, we can't serve you unless you are in a car." I understand the premise for that, however, I would think than an accommodation would not be out of line considering the circumstances. So, I had an awkward and bad experience with a barista. Im actually going to reach out to corporate because its not ok to be rude to a friendly patron or anyone for that matter. I walked in to get some food and a beverage. The woman barista greeted me inauthentically with a heavy sigh then "pshhhhh ughhh what can i get started for you :/ " I told her I would like a blueberry scone unheated and I had trouble remembering the name of the breakfast sandwich I wanted so I had to take second to look. She rolled her eyes at me then scoffed. I told her I wanted the reduced fat turkey. She rudely repeated "ok so you want the reduced fat turkey bacon and white egg breakfast sandwhich???" I said "yes....that". Then she scoffed at me again and asked if there was anything else as if she had something better to do. I swear this is not made up haha. (what the heck) Then I told her I would like a beverage. I asked for the soy chai tea with no water AND I said please with a genuine smile. She said "ok well that's hot... just so you know". I said "oh, ok thank you - I'd like it iced". She then rebutted "well just so you know, that beverage doesnt have water in it if its iced". (I thought to myself "ok....thanks for the education on the product".) But what I actually said was "oh, ok thank you....I didn't realize that". Then she scoffed at me again and gave me this really rude eye roll. The woman had to be in her late 40s. Like, whoah, I was being treated this way haha. She then said, "you STILL have not told me what size.... ugh". I then responded "I am going to tell you what size". Again, she scoffed at me. I told her what size I wanted and she was out of that transaction faster than I could say "dont be rude". Well, something right off the bat in my gut told me she purposefully did not put my sandwich into the oven and it was ON PURPOSE. But I wanted to give the rude barista the benefit of the doubt. So I waited. Then my scone was handed to me AND my beverage. Still I waited for my sandwich. Finally I got the attention of another barista and told her I believed her coworker forgot to put my sandwich in the oven. She went to check and confirmed it was NOT put into the oven. She had some excuse and it was total bs. I said, "no, your coworker was rude to me and intentionally didn't put my food in the oven". I finally got my sandwich and went out side to eat. It took 15 minutes to get an iced cold brew. There were 5 people working behind the counter, one busy with nothing, two taking orders, one talking to one taking orders, one at the coffee bar making drinks. There was no line! This is ridiculous. Starbucks has great coffee but the service is terrible. They build a great culture with their employees, but the service sucks. Take a lesson from McDonald's and figure out how to do both. read more

I've been to this Starbucks plenty of times and you know.. it's about time I review them. Over my past experiences , I feel like this Starbucks lacks any customer service and the crew isn't as attentive as other ones I've been to. They end up making something wrong or they forget something. This morning easily put me over the edge with them . I went through the drive through and I ordered the blueberry oatmeal which came perfectly normal , along with the everything bagel with cream cheese to put on top and make sure it was warm and placed the order on my app. My order came out of the window pretty quickly, I grabbed my food and drove off . Once I got onto the free way, I ate my blueberry oatmeal.. I wasn't really feeling it. Overall I'd never get that again. So I was pretty excited for my bagel. Pulling it out of the bag, it was COLD. I was like okay.. that's fine. I just need the cream cheese. I emptied out the bag to find absolutely nothing. How annoying is that? To eat a COLD bagel WITHOUT YOUR CREAM CHEESE. Things like that piss me off. Yeah, I should've looked in the bag to check if I had everything. But honestly, it's your job to make sure you have everything in there for your customer. Why should I have to double check if you're doing your job correctly . Okay anyways. Of course I'll always come here. It's the only drive through Starbucks that's convenient and by the freeway. Ordered through mobile ordering at 8:30pm because the app said they closed at 10pm well apparently that's not the case. Went to go in and grab my drinks and they were cleaning up inside and had the doors locked and I knocked and they totally ignored me. Confused, I went back to my car and tried calling on their phone and they didn't pick up. Looked on my app and the drink was "in progress" tried to go in again and still locked. Waited till morning to call corporate and ask for my money back and they gave me my money back and I asked about the hours and they said "they are able to close whenever they want." Temecula. 11:30pm. We have the good fortune of coming across a Starbucks open 24/7. Not quite sure what we want, we spend far too long looking at every food and packaged option possible, but our barista is so patient with us. There are others in the store, but we are the only ones ordering. Come time we finally start deciding what to get, we make our order, but we're a little goofy this late at night. But that's okay, because Rachel gives us the best customer service you could possibly imagine. We end up leaving with a (purposefully) cold sandwich, a hot breakfast sandwich, string cheese, a cake pop, a chocolate bar, and 3 drinks, and the best mood ever. Rachel's out in a week. I suggest you take time out of your busy night to visit her before she leaves this wonderful establishment. She IS a coffee master after all. read more

Wow. I've never seen a Starbucks with more inefficient service. 7 people behind the counter and they're all laughing and chatting and not making anyone's drinks. There were 6 people in front of me in line and it took 25 minutes to get my coffee. 25 minutes to make 7 drinks?! I've seen a busy Starbucks who have three people working and I got my drink within 10 minutes. I don't even know how to make the drink but I could have jumped behind the counter and made myself my coffee in 25 minutes. I definitely won't be returning to this location. Ok, who really writes about Starbucks? We all know they make the drinks consistently, they have the same menu, and the baristas all seem high on caffeine. So why am I writing about this one? I think this Starbucks has the best customer service around. I come here practically every morning to get my coffee (grande Pike no room), and the baristas there all remember my name. I can't even give you a name of one person that work there but they know mine. They are always friendly and seem like they truly enjoy their jobs. As a paying customer, you feel at ease coming to a place like this, almost as if you are family. So for that, getting my coffee is almost secondary. Ciao! read more

Oh god what a mess, i actually couldn't remember which location this was as i go to Starbies twice a day across all southern cal, but when i did my heart skipped a beat. parking lot sucks, its a cluster with 5 other business. took me 10 minutes to just GET to the order speaker and then they waited until i was perfectly aligned to the microphone to take my order. 22 minutes later i got to the window........... i asked the bar-reesta "is that normal to wait that long?" I have never had a problem at Starbucks. But this was the worst. I mobile ordered my coffee at 8:58 A.M. and it took and HOUR for it to be ready when the app quoted me 15 min. People who stood in line to order rather than pre order while I was waiting for mine got their coffee before me. So it's extremely frustrating. It's nice to take advantage of the drive thru once in a while, but why can't they get the concept of tiny splash of cream in my dark roast coffee? It looks like they handed me a glass of milk! I wish my bartender had heavy hands like that! Drive thru isn't long enough to handle the amount of customers that go thru. After waiting I just decided to park and walk in. Waited over 15 minutes and the line didn't move at all. If there was only one or two employees it could be justified but I saw at least 6 people and only one register was open. I was early picking up my son from school so I decided to treat myself to Starbucks but after waiting 15 minutes not including the car time I decided to leave. Being busy is one thing but not one employee said sorry for the wait for even attempted to talk to the customers. Horrible service, horrible wait and the very horrible location. This is one of the Starbucks I try NOT to go to. The last time I was at this location, I tried to call in an order for pickup so I wouldn't be late for work. This location usually gets pretty busy and their parking lot is a disaster. The drive through is always backed up by 5+ cars. When I called, I was only ordering two drinks. The girl on the phone told me that I couldn't order them over the phone because the order was too small. I told her I was running late and needed them quickly. She stated that I'd have to wait in line to order them like everyone else. I call in small drink orders all of the time on my way to work! I have NEVER had an issue at any other location. I call it in, come inside, pay and pick it up. Fast, simple, convenient! I arrived at this location and the drive thru was INSANE. Wow. There wasn't a single parking space available. I had to drive around for 5 minutes and wait until someone left. getting out sucked just as much, because the drive thru line was blocking me in, so I had to wait for them to move as well! If I had been able to call it in, I could have sat in the car, sent my carpool in to pay and grab them and all would have been fine! Unfortunately, the customer service here was so poor they wouldn't even take my order because it wasn't important enough. Shame on them. If you're okay with waiting 20+ minutes for a drink, waiting to park, and (usually with this one exception) mediocre service, then stop on in to this location. DO NOT EVEN TRY IT if you're in a hurry. read more
