I've ordered many coffee travelers at Starbucks and typically they will supply with lids, stirs and several sugars, this morning before work I bought one and noticed at work about 30 mins later that I only Had lid and 3 sugars , so I decided call to tell them my situation and the dude that replies "oh I remember putting all that there" , you really think I would call to state that I didn't receive those items, brahhhhhhh, and then after that's his best response was "oh you wanna come get them now" bruh I'm at work, so let me just drop everything and go get it, a simple "oh I'm sorry" would Of been a better response, I would think Starbucks customer service would Be better #smdh read more

not the greatest place for sitting and studying, if that's usually the reason you go to starbucks. staff are all super nice but the music is ALWAYS blasting so loudly sometimes you have to raise your voice so the barista taking your order can hear you, and the music itself isn't really even good. i don't know if it's the baristas' personal playlists or what but the music choice is always crap so that definitely puts a damper on the experience whenever i'm here. also the people who come through here are usually obnoxious and/or rude, which i know isn't starbucks' fault obviously, it's just the fact that the local community is full of a-holes. more about this particular starbucks though, they're often out of stock of high-demand stuff for several days at a time which sucks but again, i know it's not the employees' fault. it's just distribution and shortage stuff, which is understandable, just unfortunate. read more

I had the nicest experience with a barista today at the LA and first Starbucks. Her name is Lexi . I was having issues with my lid staying on. Uhhh soo not sure what was going on at this location today, 1/29/2021 4:50 pm'ish, but, I felt bad for the ladies taking orders as the drinks were not being made correctly, from the drive thru window I noticed the girl packing my drinks up throw away a half made pistachio frap in the trash, no big deal till I watched the male barista hold up a new one in her face like "here is this better" well, it wasn't, I understand they are ice blended but in the photo below is an ice block, nothing blended, it's literally still in its block form that it fell from the mold it was made of lol. My other two drink were iced coffees with soy milk and a Splenda each, one was supposed to be decaf but apparently this location doesn't have iced decaf coffee??? Or decaf coffee they can ice down 'shrugs' who knows but they tried handing me just two iced coffees nothing in them, again, not a big deal but I did pay for the soy milk soo Yes I would like for you to add it in please. I love this Starbucks location. Yes, it has a drive thru but I always like to mobile order, park and pick up my drink. There is plenty of parking in the gigantic shopping center. The baristas are super friendly and this location is extremely clean. Bathrooms were open the last time I went in during COVID and that's always a plus! Drive thru always seems long but the cars move fast. Suggest mobile ordering if you can and going inside to pick up your order. read more

I come here practically every single morning. I always get the double espresso with a tab of honey it. This is how we would drink it back in Italy. I recommend you training it out. It's a Starbucks with all the related amenities for your caffeine fix! This starbucks has a drive thru as well. There are gender neutral bathrooms that do not require a code or key. There are many tables inside and out so there is plenty of room. The staff is friendly and nice. I noticed the staff talking and joking with many regulars. There is free wifi of course and the staff even walked around and offered me a free coffee cake sample. Defiantly a good starbucks to visit. Plain and simple, don't come here if you want to get your coffee quick and be on your way. The line for the last few months is always 15-30 minutes. I'm currently in line waiting for my one coffee and it's been 33 minutes and counting. Absolutely ridiculous and I feel as though it reflects on management. This Starbucks is regularly packed and yet it seems like one girl is taking the orders and making them. Something needs to be done and I expect management to figure it out. One of the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Absolutely horrible. Very slow.... and when I got my drive thru coffee, the lid popped off as he handed it to me. Pretended not to notice so I had to park and go in. (Which I obviously didn't want to do, hence the drive thru in the first place) Their answer? Oh that happens when the coffee is too hot. Did you want another lid? As my coffee is dripping down my arm. They remade my americano and now it's just like brown water. Disgusting. Horrible service, horrible coffee. This Starbucks is a favorite with locals for ONE reason: the drive-thru!! The inside of this location is pretty small, but the drive-thru is packed all day, every day. The staff keeps the line moving pretty well, but you should still plan on a 5-10 minute wait. If you choose to go inside (or sit on the patio that has room for ~ 15 people) there is usually plenty of parking. Overall, this Starbucks is very busy so don't be in a hurry. This review is based solely on my experience at the drive-thru. The line is typically long, especially in the morning, so be prepared to wait. It was partly my mistake for dropping by when I was already running late for work, but I had ten minutes to spare so I thought it'd be worth the risk. They usually run out of food fast, so I was pleasantly surprised when the voice over the speakers exclaimed that they--surprise, surprise!--still had the Spinach And Feta Wrap in stock. And there I was ready to back out of the drive-thru at a moment's notice! What left a bad taste (or lack thereof) in my mouth was the fact that I waited in line for ten minutes only to have the cashier take my $5, hand me my change, and then a minute later stop in her tracks, wave her hands in the air and say, "I totally forgot. We're out of the wraps." I tried ordering another breakfast sandwich but they were out of those too. This Starbucks gets an extra star due to it's drive-thru. It also has more indoor and outdoor seating than any other of my "usual" Starbucks.
