It was a pretty standard Starbucks but I'm personally disappointed in the hot chocolate (too water-y compared to other Starbucks we've gone to in years past) Parking: There is plenty of parking because it's in a small shopping center. They also have a long line up for the drive through. Service: It wasn't very busy when we arrived and the staff was friendly. I have a very oddly specific pink drink that I like to get (extra coconut milk w vanilla cold foam in a bigger cup), and there's a few employees that I love, that remember me every single time, and always execute my drink perfectly. Garrett and Theresa are wonderful and it always brightens my day when they're giving me my drink. They always ask after my job and compliment my unique hair and seem so happy to see me every time. What I like about it is that it has a decent amount of space to enjoy a coffee or do some work; with chairs, small tables and bar-style tables with available electric outlets. Don't go to this location if you can avoid it. The only reason I still go here is because it is closest to my work. Starbucks, being a $104.72 billion company, is unable to spare extra caramel drizzle. Doesn't matter the time of day or what barista it is. I actually receive LESS caramel drizzle than what was intended for the original recipe when I ask for extra. Not sure if Starbucks employees receive raises for stock-piling caramel drizzle, but it seems that way. This location also does not understand what it means to ask for more ice and less milk. Drinks are way too expensive to be served incorrectly 90% of the time. read more

It's really a bummer to see all of the low reviews from this Starbucks because I have had nothing but superb experiences from this location (and I frequent it more than 2x a week). The workers are incredibly friendly and the drive-through lane is very quick in comparison to some other Starbucks locations I've been to in the past. The ladies in the drive-through lane really put a smile on my face today when they talked about they were dancing with their coworkers... you can tell they really enjoy working there. I always like bringing my dog with me because the ladies in the drive-through always cram to the window to say hi to him. I love that this is so close to my house! The last several times I have ordered my drink here, it isn't quite right. I finally noticed why. Their printer doesn't print well on the beginning of the ticket, so it never has the right number of pumps on the drink. This was supposed to be the standard vanilla latte recipe which is 4 pumps not 1 pump...This happened earlier this week as well. First of all, whoever runs this location deserves the noble peace prize. This is my favorite Starbucks. I live in Addison but work in frisco and will suffer for half of my morning drive without coffee just so I can go to this Starbucks instead of the one by my house. They are courteous while also efficient. The drive thru line is always moving at a good speed. Today they really went above and beyond. I am a regular at the Drive Thru at this Starbucks since I live nearby. Unfortunately, my husband and I have been told countless times after we place our food order that they are always out of that particular food item. Today it happened again, Saturday at 9am yet they are all out of breakfast sandwiches? Out of every single breakfast sandwich? When we then tried to order a coffee cake instead, they were out of that too! To make matters worst, I was picking up a latte and asked for a green plug /stopped to keep it warm. Guess what? They were out of green stoppers too. So now my latte I picked up for my sister is going to be cold. Whoever is running this location has the worst inventory management I have ever seen. I rarely give low one star ratings, and I hate to give them especially in a pandemic when I recognize the restaurant industry is hurting but today's visit warranted my review today. I recognize it's a great first world problem to live in the suburbs where there's a half dozen SBUX in the general radius you are, but I made the mistake to come here because I thought I'd avoid the busy SBUX a mile away by the mall. There were only two cars in front of me as I pulled into the drive thru at 2:30pm on a weekend afternoon, so not a peak rush time whatsoever. It should also be important to note that their dine-in/cafe is only open until noon. Therefore, the only option to purchase from this SBUX was to go through drive thru. Both cars took awhile to get past the order screen. When I drove up, there was no acknowledgement. I waited patiently and then I called out to say "hello" as I was ready to order. Silence. Crickets. Nothing. Not even a "hold on" or "just a minute" if they were running behind. It was a good two minutes and the cars in front had already gotten their orders. Behind me was a line of easily 6-8 cars waiting to place an order. There was no point trying to get out of my car to go in to place an order since they only offered drive thru. Maybe it was a bad day, maybe they were short staffed, but when your only option to order is drive thru, make it a point to have someone communicate to customers if you have a line waiting. Definitely noting to make sure I pass this SBUX and go to another one in the surrounding area in the future. read more

For some time now, my husband & I have been asking for Peppermint Mocha Frappuccinos and plain Madeleines. I asked the drive-up girl and she stated that the Peppermint flavoring is out of stock (Nationwide) and that it might not be brought back until Christmas, if at all. Lately, I have been disappointed that the stores don't have the following products in stock: plain Madeleines, egg white bites, banana bread and apparently have discontinued the thai chicken wrap. Now, we are NOT going to pay $6 for a coffee unless we can get it the way we like it. So, I want Starbucks corporate to know that you have lost our business until these items come back permanently. This morning, I treated myself to Starbucks and was very disappointed. I ordered an iced espresso with whipped cream and caramel and a bagel with cream cheese. They got my order wrong by forgetting to put it on ice, so I corrected them (this wasn't a big deal). But when they gave me my order corrected I was very disappointed. My Venti iced espresso was only filled halfway, and my bagel was given to me without any cream cheese. Unfortunately I was on my way to work and didn't notice until I got there. I love Starbucks... but loath this store. Almost without exception the most court, no-can-do location I've ever been in. Everyone seems to carry a permanent scowl. Sadly this is the closest store too me. I often drive 6 miles east to the store on McDermott & 75 were the attitude couldn't be more different, friendly and helpful. They make you feel like there glad to see you... whereas here your more like an interruption and inconvenience to an already terrible day. Worst Starbucks Ever!!! I placed an order for a Venti Chestnut praline latte (Holiday drink). I purposely chose a Venti because I was using my free rewards points. This order was placed 15min before they closed and was placed through the drive through. I drive off. Almost home, I try my drink and realize this isn't what I order. They gave me tea. Clearly not a Holiday drink. Knowing they were going to close, I give them a call. Determined to speak with someone, because I used my free rewards points, I let the phone ring and ring until finally someone picked up. I told the person what happened and that I am en route. She said fine, they will make a replacement. Great news right?! So I thought. I get there and the lights are still on but the place is closed. I don't see anyone initially but I just spoke to someone, so I call while waiting outside. This time no one answers. But now I see folks working and moving but no one is answering the phone. So i knock gently on the glass using my car key hoping to get their attention. After 5 minutes of this, finally the girl sees me and makes a "Hold on a sec" gesture with 1 finger. Great! Finally! (More working & moving by the employees) 10 minutes later I see the same girl who disappeared into oblivion. I wave at her and lift up my Starbucks cup pointing at it, asking for help. She finally comes to the door. I tell her I'm the guy who just called about the messed up order. *Blank Stare* Can I have the correct order I placed? She says No they are closed and that I can try another store up the street still open. I explain the situation regarding my points and that this is an error on their part. She says they can't do anything about it now. I ask her if the other location can correct their mistake. She says "Hold on for just a sec sir. I'll have my manager come out and speak with you. Maybe she can help." Okay Great! I'm actually semi pleased that this is about to be resolved. With a manager, at I can get an IOU or voucher, gift card or something. Mind you, at no point of this conversation did either of us get hostile or confrontational or anything of that sort. This was a general monotone conversation. (Another 5mins passes) This idiot employee called the police!!! I get swarmed and surrounded by Cops asking me why am I trespassing and harassing the employees. As I begin to explain the situation, the employees are being escorted out as if they were being held at gunpoint or something traumatic. If you wanted me to leave the premises, you don't have to tell me twice. Don't lead me on think we are near resolution when you're intentions all along was to have me ambushed by the police. I spent the next 90min explaining to the police what happened. It was a waist of everyone's time. read more
