If you're someone who finds traditional matcha a little too strong or grassy, this is a great option. It was lighter, fruit-forward, and the mango flavor came through nicely. The pastry case also caught my attention--everything looked fresh and incredibly tempting. I didn't get a chance to try any this visit, so I'm looking forward to trying some of the pastries next time. Was greeted and helped by Miriam. I was indecisive with all the wonderful options available. They even have matcha and London fog. Trisha took my order and was super awesome at making many great recommendations while Miriam cranked the beverages for the people ahead of me. Loved the GF option for an almond loaf. This reminds me of a wonderful home cafe mixed with a nice southern coffee shop. They even have seating outside for a beautiful day like the day I went. Very Austin vibes. Seating options are from regular wood bench to a cozy couch. Loved the live plants that add fresh air and a nice atmosphere. They had low playing music that was very urban so you can carry a conversation while supporting smaller artists and working on work. Headphones if you'd like your own music would be great and wouldn't be interrupted with the music playing in the shop. Biscoff caramel latte: Wonderful flavor of coffee. I was fearful it'd be too sweet but it was perfectly sweetened. The Biscoff crumbles add the Biscoff flavor and the caramel isn't overpowering. It's a soft balance of the two together. The foam was pleasant and would recommend hot. Personally would love a stronger Biscoff flavor cause Biscoff is my favorite cracker. But other than that, a super solid beverage. Almond Loaf (GF): The crumble and moist texture were perfect. Not too crazy of a GF taste. Different but wonderful. The top has a crumble similar to Almond croissant that is so satisfying if you're craving a lil more sweet with your bite. Together: Wonderful together. Checked in to Tre Stelle Coffee for the Yelp Elite event. Picked up their chocolate covered strawberry latte (with whole milk) and I've gotta say..it's sooo yummy! Strawberry forward but not too sweet. I also got the almond loaf which was perfectly light and almond-y! The two guys working there were very nice and professional. Hidden away in the strip mall is this cute coffee shop! The service was great. The gentleman on the register was patient and kind. Took one star off because I was disappointed in the decaf latte I got. The portions are tiny! I ordered a 12 oz iced latte but got less than 10oz in a glass cup. For a Wednesday afternoon I was very surprised to see this place FULL of people. It's almost an ideal coffee hang out spot in Plano. Great spot to grab a cup of Joe and a pastry. The coffee has great flavor. Never had to wait long and there is plenty of seating, some tables, larger ones for groups, and a couple of couches and armchairs too. Their regular drip coffee is definitely good - I am not usually one to go for a latte, especially not a sweet / fruity one, but their chocolate strawberry latte is AWESOME. Almost all the tables were filled when I came, which says a lot, but it never felt cramped. They have extra-large tables that are perfect for group work or spreading out with a laptop. The space is very clean, thoughtfully decorated, and has soft music playing in the background -- calm, cozy, and super aesthetic. Honestly, it's also one of the most picturesque cafés I've been to in Dallas. Every corner feels intentional. And the matcha? Easily the best I've had in Dallas so far. I have been here a few times and always enjoyed it; it's nice to have a coffee shop that actually seems to want people to hang out and enjoy their purchase, unlike a certain chain of coffee shops which shall remain nameless (but rhymes with Starshmucks). The picnic benches outside are nice when the weather is good. Has some good food options including both Halal and vegetarian options. Coffees are always on point. Same staff seems to stick around for a while so they ostensibly treat employees well enough. Wouldn't change anything. read more

Big fan of Tre Stelle and the whole shopping center that it's in, a ton of diverse options all around. Tre Stelle serves up solid coffee in a nice and chill coffee shop. I'm a drip coffee kind of guy so I just get black coffee or the occasional pour over. The pour over was flavorful and nuanced and had me questioning my own brew method at home. The milk based drinks all look and sound good too but can't speak from personal experience. The menu should have something for everyone though. I've met with friends at the shop and also worked from here. There's a good amount of seating so I haven't had a problem grabbing a table, although if you want the only couch you might not get that one lol. The baristas are really chill. Whenever I'm there they seem like they're just hanging out with their friends. Often there are customers chatting with them, not sure if they work there too and just loving being there or if they just have that kind of relationship with the baristas. Either way, employees are personable and laid back. Tre Stelle also roasts their own coffee and the last time I bought a bag it was a decent deal relative to other options nowadays for craft coffee, I think $17 for a single origin. Enjoyed the Ethiopian a lot. All in all one of my top local coffee shops. Give it a try :) read more

I think im due for an updated review. I wont lie, It's biased to the max. I love, love, love this place. Even though those who shall not be named no longer make the bestest, greatestest of all genius coffees ana the cold fashioned anymore the house roasted coffee is great, and the seasonal drinks always fun and yum. Burnt tacos are no longer available, replaced by taco deli on friyay and the weekends. Bagel sandwiches on the menu everyday to accompany the pastries. The almond croissant is truly a glutton's delight btw. All this with a cool atmosphere with lots of seats and seating options, plusthe awesome staff. Cute little coffee shop not too far from me. I've been here a few times, sometimes just to grab and go, sometimes to work, and this visit was for a Yelp Elite offer. All times have been pleasant. It's easy to miss as it is tucked away in a shopping center. But once you find it, it has a nice space inside to start your morning or work through your afternoon. The staff has always been friendly and helpful when deciding which drink to get. I have had their lavender matcha before, but today I decided to go with the Peaches and Cream special! It is a latte with brown sugar and a peach cold foam. It was yummy! I didn't taste the brown sugar as much but thats okay, the combination still made for a nice flavoring. I did drive here specifically to try a cookie butter latte, however they do not have it this fall 2025 season (yet)! Instead, I tried their pumpkin pie latte. Very pleased with it! Thankfully, not TOO sweet - just right Then for food, they do not make the tacos in house but they are from Tacodeli (which I've had before), they're pretty good breakfast tacos. It does the trick! It's great when there is a protein, savory option at coffee shops instead of only pastry's - so I'm happy they have tacos, quiche, and breakfast sandwich options!! It is easy to find the location with lots of parking. I wasn't sure what to get because I needed to sleep. And I couldn't decide between coffee or Tea. But I know for sure I wanted a pastry. I got a chocolate chip cookie, which was really and I was happy I bought three . The inside decor is charming, and there is lots of seating. I did like the seats up against the wall because you could sit and work on your computer if you want more privacy, I wanted to try the cinnamon roll, but they were out, so I got the Cardamom bun. I did get that warm, and it was so good. I got that because the lady recommended it since they were out of cinnamon rolls. Overall, it is a charming coffee shop. Not too sweet and had hints of maple syrup flavor, definitely feels like you are wrapped in Christmas. I was happy to learn the baked good were from a Venezuelan baking co (women owned) in Irving called Montecito Baking co. (which I'll be going next for sure!). I think I got a seasonal drink (the photo that I decided to include) but accidentally ordered it hot instead of cold, my usual. But I am kind of glad I didn't! Usually (at least for me) hot drinks bring out more flavors and notes! So I could really taste what they were going for in this latte. The place itself is nice for people that enjoy studying at cafes. There's a decent amount of tables with outlets and some that don't have any.
