NUR Coffee kept popping up on my TikTok, so I knew I had to try it while I was in Dallas. I had also seen some of the conversations about the prices, but honestly, the price is the price. Just like gas or any other cafe, you can choose to pay it or go somewhere else if it doesn't work for you. I ordered the avocado smash and Golden Muse latte, and my total was around $28. The space itself is minimalistic, open, airy, and very clean. It's definitely a good spot to bring your laptop and get some work done because I saw several people doing exactly that. The avocado smash was flavorful and had a little kick from the chili flakes, but nothing overpowering, and I don't even like spicy food! It could've used just a touch more salt for me, but overall it was really good. The Golden Muse latte was the perfect level of sweetness. As a Dunkin' and Starbucks girl, I can honestly say I felt that burst of energy afterward--not jittery, just ready to start my day! Service was great as well. I ordered at the counter, and the cashier brought my food out to me. It's located in a shopping center, so there was plenty of parking when I arrived. I'm glad I came when I did because around 11 AM, right as I was leaving, the cars started rolling in and there was a line of about 10 people. Disappointing experience, especially with how the business handles criticism. I personally visited this business and, while the staff was kind and the decor was beautiful, I didn't find the overall experience worth the price. The food was decent, but nothing particularly memorable, and drinks being $15+ felt difficult to justify for what you receive. What ultimately changed my opinion of the business was seeing the owner's public responses to criticism from another customer. Rather than simply addressing the feedback professionally, I found the responses unnecessarily confrontational and dismissive. I later saw another video posted by the owner that included clips of the same customer discussing completely unrelated topics and connected those clips back to this situation. I found that approach particularly disappointing and unprofessional. Food: Decent, nothing spectacular Service: Great, staff seemed kind Ambiance: Similar to La La Land I originally rated this business 2 stars based on my personal visit. After seeing how the business has chosen to respond to criticism publicly, I've changed my rating to 1 star. Beautiful new coffee shop with a calming, minimalist aesthetic. The staff was so friendly and welcoming, and the space feels bright and relaxing. My latte was good, but I personally thought it was a little expensive for the size. Overall, I'd still come back for the atmosphere and to try more of the menu. i found the matcha to be watered down and not flavorful. the food was also dry, which was sad. the prices are steep for what i got which sucks. it does offer a quiet ambiance great for a minimal working space though and the interior and staff were nice. read more

Look the service and atmosphere was pretty & clean. The place seem like a really good place for Instagram Photo taking. The Matcha was very mid. When I go to places, I care more about the food taste versus atmosphere to be honest and look. I know some nice places that still serve good Matcha. Friendly staff, friendly atmosphere, bad drink. The space is beautiful and great for working remotely! I got a latte (forgot to take a pic) and the smashed avocado english muffin. While both items were tasty, it just didn't make sense for the total to end up at $30 :( The coffee was good but there are plenty of other coffee shops with high quality coffee so I'm undecided on whether I'd go back. read more

Visited Nur Cafe for the first time and was immediately impressed by how beautiful the space is, both inside and outside. The atmosphere is warm, stylish, and very inviting, making it a great spot to relax or catch up with friends over coffee. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't quite as smooth as I had hoped. I ordered my coffee ahead of time through the app, but when I arrived, my order was not ready yet. Additionally, the staff seemed a bit grouchy and not very welcoming, which made the overall experience less pleasant than expected. The cafe itself is absolutely gorgeous and has a lot of potential, but I hope the service experience improves in the future. My favorite drink is Be Someone's Light Latte (vanilla and cinnamon cold foam, delicious) Pros: creative menu, having 4 shots of espresso in the 16oz, and tastes great, very nice interior, seating along the wall is comfy Feedback since it's so new: there's an app wait time buffer in the morning (opens at 7, but online orders aren't ready until 7:30), no sugar free options on the app yet, are they cups actually 12 and 16 oz?? read more

I stopped by during the soft opening, this is one of the most beautiful cafes in dallas for sure 10/10 decor. The employees are so nice, however they are pushing a membership so they are not the fastest when you're ordering. My personal experience was not the best. I ordered to go and i don't think they have their process down for that just yet. I ordered 4 drinks, 2 bowls, 1 salmon english muffin and my total came out to around $72 which i was shocked LOL, but i had already ordered, they were starting to make the drinks and there was a line behind me so i didn't say anything. As i was waiting for the drinks to be made the cashier came back to me to tell me they had forgotten to charge me for the english muffin, they apologized and i got up to go pay for that as well which ended up being another $19 and some change, bringing my total to $92 before the tip i left as well. $92 at a coffee shop is CRAZY. I don't care what coffee shop, 7 items that's averaging $13 each item, that's a bit much. Beautiful store, beautiful concept, super kind and bright people working there. I think the membership is worth it and staying there to work is also worth it but not if you're just stopping in to grab stuff to go. The to go holder also didn't hold the drinks well and they spilled in the car a bit so i would love if they changed those as well! Had blush matcha and earl grey milk tea! They are both delicious and the staffs are super nice and attentive, they came to check if I need water from time to time. Love the message: be someone's light on the cup. They really are sweet and definitely make my day a little brighter :) read more

The coffee here is truly good, and the overall environment is lovely and welcoming. However, I left with a couple of disappointments. Since they explicitly promote themselves as a Christian-based coffee shop, I was really hoping to hear Christian music playing in the background to match that identity, but that wasn't the case. Additionally, the prices are incredibly steep.. easily one of the most expensive coffee shops I've ever visited. Overall experience coming here for the first time was very pleasant. The atmosphere was welcoming and the food and drinks were wonderful. The staff are very attentive as they came to where I sat and gave me my coffee and my food and also came back after I finished eating to pick up the plates/utensils. Overall I would make this place my go to for getting some work done, but the seating on the middle tables may be an issue for long hours of work as theirs fixated to the floor and you cannot move them around to get comfortable. read more

Pros: Good drinks, great service, and nice design. They hyped that up in their marketing and they live up to that. Cons: The venue was small. The place was completely full. They had four, mostly unused, tables outside in the hot sun. I bet they could decrease the size of their employee area for more customer seating. Also, the corner where the t-shirts are hanging seems like wasted space where you could fit another table. I kept staring at the size of my cup after ordering a matcha because it was so small. Would I come here again? Probably not, it's 20 minutes from me and I can't gamble whether seats are available each time. Even at the higher price point I might still come if I knew I could find a place to sit. Since I couldn't stay there, I drove to La Souq in Richardson where you pay less for a larger matcha and they always seem to have a place to sit even when busy. I felt I could breathe there in comparison. Edit: I brought my empty "12 oz" matcha cup home and measured its capacity. It holds exactly 11oz when filled to the brim. I tried several times and kept getting to 11oz exactly. Realistically I'm probably getting closer to 10 oz since they don't fill it exactly to the brim.
