For what seems like a fairly large investment to bring a cafe to this corner of Keller Springs, I'd say it's less than mediocre. Every menu item is $5-7 or more, dependent on the type of coffee obviously. Any additions or size increase is another few dollars extra. For two small Iced Lattes with flavor; was just short of $15. More than 50% cream/syrup, about 40% ice, and an undetectable coffee aroma. Maybe the increased size would allow more room for what was purchased. After the tab for the coffee, I didn't find it in me to order any of the food. The menu seemed confused, and the online portal menu prices are cheaper than what is posted inside the cafe. Some by $1-2 less. Plus there seem to be more menu items on the website. Unsure if these items aren't available, or if they didn't fit on the screen. The interior and atmosphere is nothing short of cozy. The "cafe" feel was definitely nailed here. The machines and the kitchen are clean, the employees professional, and the music is fitting. I was eager to finally try Maestro after quite some time of passing by it. It is alarmingly empty for most of the day. This retail space on the corner of Keller Springs has rotated a few businesses over the years. Will be difficult to keep up with the already established neighboring businesses. Stopped here on our way back from Dallas because we desperately needed some caffeine and I'm so glad we did! Absolutely delicious lattes and we tried both the pistachio latte (so creamy and smooth with a touch of sweetness) and the carrot cake latte (the perfect hint of spice, it's like biting into carrot coffee cake)! They also made my daughter a white hot chocolate covered in whipped cream, which was very sweet of them since it wasn't on the menu and she LOVED it. We had to snag some pastries too and my daughter got the chocolate mousse cake and I got a blueberry cream cheese croissant thing that was probably a million calories of butter and blueberries and deliciousness but it was worth every bite! We saw this place driving by so my daughter's and I decided to try it out & were not disappointed. What we ordered..., Turkish latte, CaraRose latte, pistachio crème cold latte, and the carrot cake cold latte. Food: carrot cake, plain croissant & a croissant sandwich.All were good but the favorite was CaraRose latte. I enjoyed the carrot cake. The service was good. The cashier was bubbly & informative. One of the cooks was friendly & cheerful. I enjoyed the ambiance. There are several areas with conversation couches. Or many choices of tables if you'd like to have a meal or work. We will be back. I was really hoping to love this spot but it was kind of meh to me. I like the set up inside. There is tons of natural light and different seating options. I was helped pretty quickly by the time I approached the counter. Even though the employees were busy, they stopped to help me. I ordered the carrot cake latte part of their spring menu and unfortunately for me it tasted like a regular latte. It wasn't bad, but it liked the flavor that I was excited to try. I had also seen other reviews mentioned the smell of cleaner which I was hoping I would not experience but the café definitely had a strong cleaning smell. I come here regularly before work. The wait is okay, it's usually just one barista working the drinks and he goes as fast as he can! They need a few more baristas if this place gets busier. Stopped in on a cold day just to have some coffee to warm me up. There were some others there sitting, some working or on laptops. It doesn't give off cozy coffee shop vibes. The coffee was quite pricey I thought, almost $7-8 for the 12 oz matcha latte I got. It was a lavender one, so I'd say it was decent, the lavender was there but not overpowering. Doubt I'll be making it a regular stop though. Some other shops are more welcoming and offer me more options for less. read more

Based on the Google reviews, I was excited to try this place, but unfortunately it did not quite live up to the 5-star rating. The vibe feels very generic. The space is new and bright with plenty of seating and natural light, and they do have a La Marzocco machine, which is always a plus. However, when you walk in, it didn't smell like coffee or fresh baked goods- just cleaning products masking a less ideal odor. The music they were playing was an unusual mix of mariachi-style or French/Italian instrumentals, which did not add much to the atmosphere. Most customers seemed to be older remote workers, and I naturally wouldn't see this place appealing much to younger crowds. The coffee menu is pretty basic and limited, and it honestly does not feel like the team has a real passion for coffee, or maybe they just don't really get modern coffee shop vibes- it felt more like a business just existing for profit. Prices are high for what you get (for food); a tiny slice of pumpkin loaf was over $5, microwaved, and served with plastic utensils. Overall, I left feeling let down. It worked as a place to get some work done for a few hours, but I had planned on staying until 7pm when they closed, but couldn't focus well with the vibe so I ended up leaving a lot earlier.
