I like coming here on Thanksgiving in the morning as they are one of the only places around that are open. Tables were a bit dirty but I give it a pass since they were probably short staffed that day. It was pretty quiet and a great day to get your caffeine fix. We ordered the apple caramel oat milk macchiato. Surprisingly it was really good. Only one issue was we ordered a Venti and got a Grande. They quickly corrected the issue and gave us a venti. I ordered 3 shots of espresso with a splash of almond milk yesterday and it was perfect! Yesterday I didn't have to question that they put 3 shots of espresso because you could tell just by looking at it by how dark it was that it had 3 shots of espresso. I come back today and order the same drink thinking it would be just as good as yesterday but NO I GET THIS (see pic). First of all, that is not a "splash" of almond milk. It looks like they filled half the freakin cup up with almond milk. Secondly, look how light the top half is..you know damn well that ain't no 3 shots of espresso even with the amount of almond milk they put in. Also, why does it look like they drank my drink? They didn't even fill it up all the way. The least y'all could've done is put more ice to make it look full. Thirdly, a splash is supposed to be just a lil bloop. My local Starbucks is just the best! I just picked up a Grande Latte and this cheese Danish. The latte is hot, creamy and just the way I like it. The cheese Danish was warmed but not crispy. I tossed it in the aurfryer at home and it was perfect. The staff is friendly was fast. The store itself is bright and not too loud. Great for working here. read more

Let me start this review with saying - I will not be coming back to this Starbucks. You may notice that I have checked in here 48 times - which would be true - I have been coming here almost every Wednesday nite for the last 2+ yrs to grab a bite to eat and chill between work and evening meeting. The service and cleanliness of this place has progressively gotten worse. I did send a comment directly to Starbucks about this store about an incident a few weeks ago - no response. I came in tonite - spilled drink close to the entry near the garbage. Major crumbs and garbage on the high top table I told the employee at the register about the spill and she just kind of giggled and said ok. I told her that I really hoped no one slipped on it. It took her another 5 minutes before going and cleaning it up. (This btw is a similar experience I had when I contacted Starbucks) No other seats were available so I cleaned the high top off myself - no employee offered to assist or even cared. Final thing - tonite the music was so loud - people are having to speak quite loud over it to be heard. Nope - won't be coming back and will advise others to stay clear. read more

It's a great place to park yourself for a few hours with your laptop to get some work done. The WiFi is speedy and the coffee/beverage have no surprises (I mean, it's a Starbucks so you know what you're getting yourself into). If you're hungry for a bite, there are at least 3-4 options in the same strip mall this Starbucks is in, so they couldn't be better located if they tried. read more

I agree with other reviews that this is a good place to study. There's a lot of seating, including a bar-type area in the back. They don't seem to clean up as often as other Starbuck's. Many of the tables had crumbs on them, and the floor could have used some attention. The drinks are pretty standard; however, the barista who made my drink didn't fill it to the top. It was only about 4/5 of the way full. Bonus - this location is a few doors down from a bagel place that seems to be pretty popular, so you can grab breakfast before or after your coffee. read more

There are a couple tables outside and a large area with tables immediately when you walk into the store. The ordering area is actually farther away from the door than the tables. After numerous similar issues, I must note that there is a consistent problem with delays in processing orders, especially mobile orders. Today I Ordered 10 minutes ahead...had to wait 15 minutes past the due time. The Store was not particularly busy. If you have a schedule to keep, this location is not for you. I've been to this location twice during the midday and both times it was not busy. The first time I went they messed up my order. I ordered a caramel macchiato and got a cold brew with salted cold foam, I didn't want to be difficult so I took it, it was fine not gross but not my favorite. Second time my order was correct. But both times I dealt with Scott and he does not have good customer service skills. He just seems annoyed that you're there and is not friendly. Makes me not want to go to this location. read more

I have mixed feelings about this Starbucks. Depending on who is at the cashier, it can either be a super super quick trip (definite plus in the morning on the way to work) or quite the opposite - SLOOOOOOOOWWWW like a freakin snail. I came in at 5:45am on a Monday morning and was out the door in less than 5 minutes. As I walked up to the register, the barista asked to make my drink. While she was making it, the cashier rang me up. Both are superstars! The very next day, I came in at 5:50am and there was a line of 2 people ahead of me. A different cashier was working the register and OMG she was so slow. I don't know how it can take so long to ring up a coffee order but seriously I was in line for 10 minutes with only 2 people in front of me. As I waited, the line behind me grew to 5 other people. Everyone looked just as aggitated as me. I mean seriously, we're in here at 6am for a reason, we need our coffee and we have places to get to! As a result, I was late to work and was super annoyed as I stood there waiting and watching in disblief. The baristas know their "regulars" and remember their drinks orders. read more

This is the first time I received absolutely awful service at a Starbucks. I came here, bought a drink at around 3:00 PM and went for a refill at 4:00PM. The barista there (Latino, earring, buzzed sides) immediately implied that I was attempting to cheat the system by getting a refill with an old Starbucks cup. He said, "Do you have a receipt?". I said no, as I didn't remember that the previous barista (redheaded goth-style girl) even gave me a receipt. I have never been asked for a receipt before at another Starbucks when asking for a refill. I told him "Don't worry, your system will know that I purchased this drink here because it will waive my fee". He then went into how the refill is only for same drink, same stay, implying that I had left the building. Excuse me but your shift started while I was here and I was here the entire time. I then asked why the guy in front of me got his refill without any receipt, and he said "Because he comes here all the time and we know him". He said, "If you have a problem, you can e-mail my manager. I'm just following store policy". I understand the need for policy in order to protect against abusers. But he assumed that I was an abuser and treated me in a very rude manner. You should always give your customer the benefit of the doubt. Just because I didn't have a receipt doesn't mean I am abusing the system. The other employee I dealt with that day (the redhead goth girl in earlier shift) was friendly. Edit: Upgraded to 2 stars because the location is nice, it is clean, and there is a nice spacious seating area. The decor and ceilings are very pleasant. Daniel read more
