[[HIGHLIGHT]]Cute cafe in downtown Los Altos near so many businesses![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Parking was aplenty over the holidays when I went, and Red Berry was bustling. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Clientele included families, workers, and people young and old.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Interior is very warm and cozy. I loved their holiday decorations too![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It was hard to get a seat, it was so busy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I enjoyed an Iced Rose Latte and my friend enjoyed some tea. We would be back.

I love going to downtowns and experiencing local coffee shops - this is one of those places! Staff is young kids that are learning new skills. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place has a nice cozy vibe - there are 3 places to sit / downstairs inside ; downstairs outside and upstairs inside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The breakfast is very fresh and tasty. The coffee sayings are adorable!

My favorite spot for Coffee, Pastries & sometimes breakfast in Los Altos. The pastries are delicious--don't miss the banana bread and sticky buns. The breakfast and brunch menu is filled with fresh, healthy options which I've enjoyed. It's my go-to spot to catch up with local mom friends, share with my out of town guests, and also have enjoyed a quiet moment inside upstairs sipping on my cappuccino. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The atmosphere is welcoming with multiple seating options - upstairs, inside, and outdoors.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]While it may look like a small venue from the outside, there's plenty of space to relax and enjoy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The service is always excellent and staff incredibly friendly. Whether you're looking for a cozy place to work, meet friends, or just treat yourself, this spot is a must-visit in Los Altos.

First time coming here for lunch. [[HIGHLIGHT]]They have a nice lounge area upstairs.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Food was pretty good. My firend had the waffles and she said it tasted great. I had the ham and cheese sandwich and was yummy. Service was pretty good. Part self service and part full service. The food was brought out to us.

    Inside downstairs

[[HIGHLIGHT]]I didn't realize the space was so big with the upstairs space![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]A great spot for drinks, breakfast, and catching up with friends.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I enjoyed my beautiful rose latte which was unique and my friend enjoyed her breakfast avocado toast which was quite large and with yogurt!

This is a nice little coffee shop in downtown Los Altos.. They have an upstairs indoor lounge area to enjoy, relaxing or small group discussions with some friends. The barista here is friendly and nice. There's also a large outdoor patio in front. Gluten-free baked goods sold here!

Great coffee and service! The pastries aren't the best but the rest of the experience makes up for it...

Nice coffee shop located in downtown Los Altos. Came here to get work done, and went upstairs. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The seating area is great, lots of plugs and it's well-lit to get work done.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The work space area is tiny bit small and easy to hear others talking, but likely will come back to work again.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The hot chocolate was tasty and service was great.

Cappuccino had great taste, the service is also very good. Friendly barista recommended half caf for my late afternoon coffee, good call!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Ample indoor and outdoor seating space[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], has brunch food and very good coffee. Barista was very friendly and recommended 1/2 caf for my late afternoon coffee, good call!

I like trying new coffee shops, especially independent ones. So I had to give Red Berry Coffee Bar a try when I walked by in downtown Los Altos. When you walk inside, you will find their menu on a chalkboard wall on the right side. I opted for an iced coffee since it was a hot day and I wanted something cool and refreshing. I didn't have to wait long for my drink, since it was quiet mid afternoon. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Lots of outdoor seating, with a bit of shade.

Perfect cafe for great drinks to be enjoyed either at an inside or outside table. Creamy with the right amount of sweetness. Look forward to drinking more specialty beverages and enjoying some of the brunch items too. Thank you for an excellent experience.

I was standing at the glass for a while before being acknowledged. Someone finally came over, and I asked if the Ube Black Sesame cookie was vegan since the display writing was a bit smudged. The staff member confirmed, so I got that cookie and a Gingersnapperdoodle since I loved it before. I also asked about the Brownie, but did not receive a very helpful reply. My question: Is the brownie very rich? The response: It's like any other brownie. I'm not a fan of chocolate items that are super rich, and some brownies are fudgy, but some are more mild. I'd expect someone working there to be a bit more helpful and descriptive. I ended up not getting a brownie. Lowering my rating because the service was subpar, and the Ube flavor was nonexistent in the Ube Black Sesame cookie. The Gingersnapperdoodle was still yummy like before, but had a more sandy texture than last time.

On this occasion, we came here on a Friday evening, we had made reservations for 6 of us. I personally ordered the agua fresca-pineapple and the lasagna. We ordered 2 chips and salsa for the table and the others ordered, arugula salad, tacos de carnitas, mahi mahi tacos, hamachi tostadas and drinks such as the spicy tamarindo, mocktail and margarita. Everyone loved their selections. One of my friends ordered the chocolate tart and the chocolate was too rich for my liking but the mousse that accompanied it was soo good, very tart and tropical. This restaurant is on California Ave., no restaurant parking but there is street parking nearby, although not on this street since its closed off to vehicle traffic. There is also a parking lot and a parking garage nearby. Because of timing for other errands we came at 10:30 am and they were open on time and ready. Sitting outside or inside is amazing, outside you get the crowd and the sun. Inside you get amazing interior design. My overall feedback is this is one of the rare "fancy" Mexican places that justify the price and justification. Everything is above average in taste and execution. Brunch Tacos mole: chicken mole poblano, scrambled eggs, huitlacoche, tortillas, epazote crema, fried shallots & avocado. Perfect portioning and the salad that came with it had a fantastic dressing. I pulled some chicken out and gave it to my wife and then it was perfect, a bit too overstuff before. The mole and overall taste were quite good though. Chilaquiles: tortilla chips sautéed in chile de árbol-guajillo salsa, topped with queso fresco, cilantro crema, and an egg. My wife loved this so much it made her question every time she didn't order it before. Fried egg sandwich: two over easy eggs on house baked brioche bun, chipotle aioli, avocado, bacon, cheddar cheese, fried shallot. Kids loved this and happily ate the leftover after. Iced Mexican Cafe: delicious iced coffee with a distinct Mexican taste. Distrito Verde: mezcal, basil, lemon, and falernum. Simple but refreshing brunch cocktail, really paired well with the mole tacos. Chips and salsa: These are not free but worth the price. Both the chips and the 2 salsa are of extremely good quality and preparation. Abnormally tasty and the kids went crazy eating it.
