Ordered this place to go and it was okay; nothing crazy We got their veggie breakfast burrito that comes with eggs, spinach, mushrooms, cheese and hash browns with a side of sauce (super spicy) and fruit (which I didn't have as it had some that I am allergic to) And we tried their green sauce chilaquiles that my husband loved Overall a fairly decent spot for brunch. can't comment on service or ambience as this was a to go order $22 is steep for a burrito that tasted just okay
Visited Casa Mia for brunch and ordered their Chorizo Benedict, Nutella Pancake, and Banana Split French Toast. Everything we ordered was delicious, the Benedict was flavorful, the French toast wasn't too sweet, and the pancakes were nice and fluffy. The service here is excellent, very welcoming and friendly. I would visit this place again for some brunch
My husband and I came here around 1:30pm on a Sunday and were seated right away. All of the staff were really nice and helpful! We got the birria chilaquiles, crab cake Benedict, and churro French toast. We liked all of them but thought the crab cake Benedict was a little bland/lacking seasoning. I was hoping the churro French toast would be crispier but it was good overall. We'll definitely come back!
This cute brunch spot was so delicious! Service was great! My family and I went here and I ordered cafe de olla, chilaquiles, and bottomless mimosas. It was about $30 for bottomless and each glass is $12. So you'll need to drink at least 3 glasses to make it worth the money. You're welcome haha.
The horchata latte was actually mind blowing, wish they had SF options though bc it was really sweet. Ordered the green chile chilaquiles with steak-good flavorful but nothing special. Our least favorite dish was the Oreo pancakes....we did not know it came with orange butter NOT A FAN. Maybe telling people if they want regular butter or that would help a lot of folks (for those who missed reading the menu). They were also doughy and didn't taste good. I don't like judging a restaurant by one visit, hence why I say probably will return and give them a 2nd chance although not too soon.I was expecting much more and better food, but was disappointed with what we had. It was one note ,not much flavor and barely ok. My daughter's plate came with a hair, although it was quickly replaced, the experience wasn't the same. She didn't enjoy it as the potatoes were undercooked and the beans tasteless. My dish was ok, their machaca was barely noticed in my machaca & eggs, the beans were good, but i asked for toast and receive one piece of bread! The coffee was ok, but when I asked for the complementary pan dulce, they were out of it. I wanted to like this place as the reviews were positive,but I guess it was a negative experience for us. I do have to say that the staff was friendly with the exception of the server that brought the replacement dish for my daughter, as she let the plate drop and it felt like she was upset.
My family and I visited on a Saturday around 11:30am. They have a parking lot which is really convenient. When we arrived there were a few people waiting outside. We put our name down and were seated in about 15 minutes. They have indoor and outdoor seating with comfy chairs and a brown and green aesthetic. I ordered the red chilaquiles and they were delicious and the orange juice was freshly squeezed. The food made the visit worthwhile!
4/25/2026 Casa Mia 2483 Old Middlefield Way Mountain View, CA 94043 I went there for a Saturday breakfast just after they opened. There is a large parking lot surrounding the building with the entrance on the RHS. The interior is a clean spacious table and bench setup with fairly new furnishings. There is also an outdoor patio area with awning coverage. There was one other person there and they were doing a good take out business. I ordered the House Special Chicharron & Eggs which comes with refried beans and foil wrapped warm soft corn tortillas. My meal was brought to me muy rapido and the reason was the scrambled eggs were warm and the beans were cold. The Chicharron was covered and soaked with my requested red sauce, some were crunchy on the outside and some were very soggy. The skins had a good porky taste. The sauce was not very spicy with little pepper flavor. The tortillas had a nice slightly sweet corn flavor. This is the first time I tried this dish and I won't repeat for this. They have an extensive breakfast menu with other items I'd like to try. Prices are reasonable and service was very good. I will repeat.
Went to Casa Mia on a Saturday around 12:45pm for lunch. We were starving, and thankfully it was not too crowded, so we were seated immediately. I appreciated how there were a good amount of vegetarian options on the menu. Friend and I split the chilaquiles and the churro French toast and our food arrived within 15 minutes. Chilaquiles (5/5): Very flavorful! I liked how the tortilla chips stayed crispy even with the red sauce on top. The beans and eggs were well cooked Churro French Toast (5/5): Had to end my meal with a dessert and this definitely satisfied my sweet tooth! The French toast was perfectly made and the berries were tasty Friend got the horchata latte and gave it her stamp of approval! Overall, delicious food and good customer service! I'm not usually a big fan of breakfast/brunch spots, but Casa Mia was fantastic and I would definitely return.
This is a popular breakfast spot in Mountain View. Go early and put your name down because it can get busy, but they usually move through the line pretty quickly. The staff is extremely friendly, and you have the option to sit inside or outside. They offer the usual breakfast plates along with some Mexican-style dishes if you're in the mood for something different. We went with the chilaquiles and waffles. Both were really tasty, the chilaquiles hit the spot and the waffles were crisp and delicious. This place definitely delivers for breakfast or brunch. Shout out to Casa Mia!
One of the best brunch places I've tried in the Bay Area! We came in on a Sunday and were seated fairly quick. It was really clean in there and they had great customer service. The food was delicious and full of flavor, the only thing I would say to improve on is the temperature of the food other than that everything was perfect. We tried the birria breakfast plate and the lechera pancakes, they were both a 10/10. I can't wait to try their other menu items.

Really a no frills kinda place, but every seat in the house taken! I got the apple chicken sausage with over easy eggs, hashbrowns and sour dough toast. My mom got basic butter milk pancakes which were nice and fluffy and had like an orange zest butter on top. Service was friendly and food was out in an expected time manner with regard to how busy it was. If I was in the area, I would be back! Parking is plentiful which is needed!
Food: Phenomenal. You cannot go wrong with the chilaquiles! The hashbrowns were also a pleasant surprise -- soft but well baked and super flavorful. Service: The service here -- from putting down my name to wait for a table to the actual dining experience -- were wonderful. Excellent hospitality! Casa Mia has the best chilaquiles verdes I've ever had! The salsa verde was incredibly savory, the chips had the perfect crunch, and the chorizo--recommended by our waiter--was cooked to perfection. Every bite was delicious! One thing to keep in mind: the wait can be long. We waited about 45 minutes for a party of 3 on a Saturday around 11:00 a.m., but it was absolutely worth it. I've been here on several occasions, and I'm including photos from different visits because the food has been consistently amazing every time! read more
Wow . What a disappointment. Usually , my fellow Yelpers steer me in the right direction , but sadly the inflated reviews here are not justified. I drove 20 minutes just to try this place out yesterday. The menu looks creative , as it is a hybrid of Mexican food and American food. However, the execution of the menu was terrible and the food was not good at all. I opted for the chorizo omelette with avocado slices with a side of hash browns and sourdough toast. The hash browns were overcooked, the toast was overcooked, and the omelette was way too overcooked . I can deal with crispy hash browns and toast, but omelettes should never be brown. The burnt eggs were off-putting and were as dry as my Grandma's elbows. I didn't not like my meal at all. Not even a ton of ketchup or hot sauce could save it. My Father opted for the chicharrones with eggs and beans. They did not look great , and he said it was mediocre at best. We won't be back ,as this food didn't meet our expectations. read more
The drinks are good! They definitely know how to add their cinnamon in. The cafe de olla is something new I've never tried and it's very interesting (but good). It looks like a black coffee but tastes sweet? Now the environment is nice and the waitress went up to us to help us order our drinks first very efficient service. The Nutella French toast, it could've been better... but very beautiful! Good amount of fruits but some bites would have more Nutella than others or would taste completely plain or even sour , but still good. The Poblano omlette is nice, the chilaquiles were delicious! But the omlette is alright (I just personally don't like Omelettes so I can't say much). It was stuffed generously. The machaca and eggs was okay, comes with tortillas. The way I still think about the red chilaquiles and the fresh carrot orange juice...so so good! The food was so flavorful and the juice refreshing. Given how busy it was, the environment did feel a bit stressful with the waiters rushing and being a bit rude. However, the food was so good that I would give this spot another try! read more
Went to CM for brunch on a Saturday. The place was packed and we got one of the last parking spots in an otherwise good sized parking lot. The inside is clean and no frills pretty basic. The place was buzzing with activity. Every item we ordered was top notch delicious, all cooked properly and to our spec: -Mexican omelette special with wet with chili verde and hash browns -Oreo pancakes & buttermilk pancakes -3 Berry French Toast -Birria special with eggs and beans We were waited on quickly and the food arrived straight away. These folks were not messing around! Our server was nothing short of amazing. She was so nice, so busy and so spot on given all the tables she was juggling. Absolute banger of a breakfast spot!!! The chilaquiles with the chipotle sauce was so so good! And the huevos rancheros with chorizo was also delicious. I will admit that I do think it is a little pricey compared to other breakfast spots but it was totally worth it. I definitely want to come back and try some sweets. If I could give 10 stars, I honestly would. This place feels like an undiscovered gem. The server was incredibly sweet, everything was very clean, and the prices were totally reasonable. The interior isn't anything fancy, just simple and normal, but honestly that didn't bother me at all. I had the chilaquiles and my daughter had the kids' cheeseburger. It was my first time trying chilaquiles and it instantly became one of the most delicious things I've ever had. And the cheeseburger was exactly what a cheeseburger should be, nothing extra, nothing missing. I really loved our experience and would recommend this place to everyone. Got what the server recommended - chilaquiles with chile poblano sauce and steak, and it was so good. Very flavorful and creamy without being too salty or heavy. Not at all spicy, which was nice. Also got the chicken tenders for the kids, which was really good - very tender and juicy, not at all dry. Fries were also nicely done. It was not at all like the typical kids chicken tenders. chorizo omelette was very yum. They were super generous with the chorizo, and it was very flavorful. The hash browns were perfectly crispy too chilaquiles and french toast were just ok. This place is really good. It does get packed but seems to be fast with the food service. I really enjoyed the mimosa. The Pork chilaquiles were definitely star of the breakfast. Casa Mia was a decent spot overall, though I wasn't blown away. The chilaquiles were good, but I personally would've preferred the scrambled eggs mixed in rather than served separately--it would've tied the dish together better. I tried the mole sauce this time, and while it was okay, I usually go for verde and realized I should've stuck with my usual. The standout for us was definitely the chorizo quesadilla--it was flavorful and one of our favorites to eat. Overall, not super impressed, but not bad either. The server was nice and welcoming and the ambiance was clean and nice but wasn't blown away by the food. read more

Our server was super nice and funny. He was fast at taking our order. The Michelada was good, you get to choose which beer you get it with. We also go the iced mocha latte and lychee mimosa. For food we got the club sandwich, french toast 3 leches, and salmon & avocado toast. They use the same bread for the sandwich and french toast. Wish they used a brioche for the french toast. The 3 leches wasn't that flavorful. 3/5 for food. 4/5 for service. read more

Went here on a Sunday b/c of its proximity to Costco off Rengstoff. The pluses were an interesting menu, good food, friendly staff, reasonable prices, and outdoor seating even if not the greatest atmosphere with the parking lot view and a lack of umbrellas. Another plus was the relative ease of finding parking. Downers were a very long wait to get seated and then very long waits to put in our order and get our order. Servers were hard to find almost all the time. Potential option if you are on the way to Costco or live in the area, but otherwise would recommend searching for other options. read more
I was SO excited to come back and have brunch here before the Super Bowl but unfortunately, we left disappointed. This visit was nothing like our first experience. I had mentioned that I wanted oat milk for the horchata latte and the server repeated it so I didn't think anything of it, but when I got it I definitely did not taste oat milk and I was lowkey doubting myself so I had my non-lactose intolerant boyfriend try it and he confirmed it was regular milk, at least he got to drink it. Later, when we receive the check, I had seen that it was rung up as regular milk. We had also ordered the Nutella pancakes but our server let us know that the kitchen had accidentally made them as French toast, again not a huge deal to me at all because I wanted to try something new anyways, and she did offer to take it back, but I didn't really feel like waiting another 20 minutes. It was also rung up as French toast. I was disappointed by the birria chilaquiles, I had high hopes for them because last time they were so tender, flavorful and cooked to perfection but this time they were just blocks of chewy fatty meat lacking flavor. What really got to me was the fact that we didn't really see much of our server. When we had asked for a box and the check she said okay she'll be right back and disappeared I'm not sure if she had went on break or something, but we were waiting for several minutes until another staff member asked us if we were doing okay. Maybe this was just an off day for them, because I remember the service being so much better and the food being a lot better, I live pretty far so I just don't think it's worth the drive back. read more

Casa Mia was stunning inside and the food was delicious. The food was flavorful as well as the butter on the pancake we ordered. It was orange flavored instead of plain. Small mix up, no big deal, but we couldn't get our waiters attention to fix it. The service was disappointing. Our server never checked on us, forgot to bring out our waters. Our coffee was never refilled. However, as soon as we were done with our food the plates were picked up. Still had to wait an additional 5 minutes at an empty table to get our check. I've came here a few times and am finally reviewing it :) To start I got the Horchata Latte and Guava Mimosa; The latte was so good I had to buy two and almost left with a third one. The mimosa comes in a perfect serving size and there's so many fruity flavors to choose from aside from guava. Then I opted for the Crepe while my friend ordered the Chicharron. Both plates were licked clean! The crepe was soft and crispy, topped with fresh strawberries. Aside from the food, all the waiters and staff were friendly and welcoming, always checking in with customers. Wait time was 30 mins at 11:30am on a Saturday morning, but we were seated within 15mins. read more

Super friendly staff. Food was good. This was our first time here. They have fresh squeezed orange juice. It must not be the right season. This is the second one I had this summer, not here though and it wasn't that sweet. I prefer they don't add extra sugar but I just wanted to let you know. My daughter had the matcha latte. It was a little lumpy but she was able to stir it up herself. I ordered the chilaquiles with the chile poblano sauce and eggs over medium and it was great. Chips were crisp and good tasting sauce. I saw a picture of hash browns and they looked so crisp and big. It's 3 thin layers and one side was really crisp. We did ask for them to be extra crispy. I'm just really picky about my hash browns and these were still better than some places. My son liked his Migas eggs. They were crispy, filling and good with the salsa. My other one thought the chorizo burrito was nice & hot - temperature wise, but would have been better with a little more onions and flavor. The salsa that came with it was ok but he much preferred it with my chilaquiles. Fruit salad wasn't completely fresh but still good. The area was spacious and there were about 20 customers inside. Yelp really came through with this one! I was out getting my MechaLeg tweaked cuz I like to play with my toiz like a child plays with his barbies. And a bottle of gasoline. And a match. ^______^ Yeah, I was one of those kids. Almost lost control of it a few times, but I was always smart enough to not burn the house down. Noooow, if ya wanna talk about some of my friends who were not so smart, well I'm sure they can just show you the scars, HEYO!!! Like this one time Benijammin kicked a flaming soccer ball into a giant bushel of Poison Oak, OH MAAAH GAWD!! You know what happens when you BURN poison oak oil and that covers your entire body?
