Really shitty customer service. I was literally inside for awhile checking the menu and then in line. With 5 girls staring at the counter they waited until I got to the register to say sorry no dogs. Yes I had my dog which I've taken to every Starbucks and they've happily said hi, and given a pup cup. But they probably felt like being shitty then said oh you did nothing wrong to one another uhmmmmm if you're standing there you could have said that to me when I walked in versus make someone stand for that long. Apparently at this location if you order extra cold foam for your coffee which they charge you. You can't request it on the side. Or ask to BUY a side of extra cold foam. That is when the older lady with glasses is working that has zero customer service and doesn't know how to work the register is there.... I guess she assumes it will come out of her paycheck?? I only used to drink Starbucks coffee and double shots, but when they raised the price for a Tall coffee to $3, and make you beg for cream and sugar, I had enough and switched to McDonald's coffee; $1 any size coffee if you're using the McDonalds app . Nice big location, plenty of seating, quiet and comfortable environment for someone who would like to sit for a couple of hours and get some work done. Drinks were made consistently - I like my ice coffee with just a splash of cream and they didn't overdo it on the cream like some other places do. read more

The last time I was in there, there were two young women working behind the counter who were rude. I was missing the staff that used to be there. A note to management ...whoever you've hired recently, please give them some pointers on how to treat customers. I had to remind them of what I had ordered because I was waiting for awhile; they didn't apologize for their mistake. They were chatting with another customer rather than taking care of my order or acknowledging me. I've given quite a bit of business to this Starbucks over the years, so it's disappointing. For example, this morning, mobile order was down and when I walked in, my iced coffee was ready before I finished checking out. Thank you, Brian - that was so awesome! People get so cranky with the employees here because they are usually under staffed and it takes time to make things, but boy do they work hard! This didn't happen to me is actually happened to a Latino family that was waiting for their drinks. This little baby was watching a cartoon on her phone and one of the baristas "Brady" told the little girl in a very negative tone to turn of her cartoon. It was awkward for the family and I don't think Brady should be treating his customers that way. He was also very short with the other customers for the duration that I was in there. read more

ZERO STARS!! I went this morning, July 3, a little after 1030 am to purchase some beverages and food. I spent well over $50.00 and wasn't expecting anything out of the ordinary. My drink was made wrong, when I asked the barista to remake my coffee she was extremely rude, her name is Dori. Another employee, Alex, was also extremely rude to another guest just because he asked for his drink to be remade. I experienced an awful service this morning and I understand that they're working, they're backed up but they should have better customer service and not be rude. This is a pretty typical Starbucks. Employees are friendly and won't spell your name wrong on purpose. Drinks are standard and they will also take the time to explain the menu and items to customers from my observation. I have been here several times to work and study and have only seen the individual work tables along the walls and couch seating freely available once or twice since I started coming here for the past three weeks at around 1 pm. If you are looking for a place to do some work, it is a great location, but be prepared to have someone looking at your face on the other side of the table you both share. It is in a shopping center with Safeway and several other restaurants so parking close-by can sometimes be a challenge. read more

Just recently moved to the area and had to get my coffee fix. First time here experience was not so good as they were only letting people in one person at a time due to Covid. Problem is that there were three separate lines from mobile order, delivery order, and regular order line. There were no instructions and it was chaotic who goes in first. People end up cutting each other off. Second time was much better since they opened up the store and streamlined so that mobile order goes to one side of the store and regular orders on the other. The manager "Justin" was unspeakably rude. He was working the end of the line preparing drinks and calling out orders. I received my order and headed to the condiment station, which was filthy to say the least and not stocked. I asked Manager Justin for sugar. With annoyance in his voice he replied "what kind of sugar?" I took a Maleficent moment to respond and in my moment of silence more rudeness spilled from his mouth. Manager Justin indicated that there's many types of sugar and he needed me to define the sugar. I'm on a CAAA-FEEE hunting spree. Been visiting different coffee shops (different starbucks, peets, local cafes) lately because of having to travel around for clients. I am disappoint. The store is fantastic. It's spacious, plenty of places to sit and do work, though it seems Starbucks could do more with the given room. Add in a few more tables or bigger tables to fully maximize the space. But it's not the space that bothers me. It's the baristas. I walk towards the register and the barista asks me, sorta demands me, to give my order. No "HI" or smile. So I order my normal Grande Red Eye (black coffee + ONE add shot. I been getting Red eyes or Black eyes for years and it still baffles me that many baristas still don't know what it is). She walks away to get the coffee comes back and gives me total. I pay and walk away. Didn't greet me. *strike 1* Didn't ask if I wanted room for cream *strike 2* Didn't say Thank You or say anything else after I gave my order *STEEEEEERREEEEEYEEEKE 3!* You're out! Bad. I go to the counter where they shoot out the drinks. I wait patiently for barista on bar to finish making a drink before I ask for soy milk. He finishes 1 drink. I wait patiently for him to look up *testing to see if he would be attentive*. He finishes a 2nd drink. He still doesn't look up. COME ON! Your PERIPHERALS CAN'T BE THAAT BAD! Throughout the years I am constantly seeing new and new baristas; nevertheless, they have all been great! I ordered and iced drink and she tried to argue with me that it was fine because the milk made it cold. this starbucks actually sucks. i always ask for the SAME drink with light ice, and they always mess it up. they never want to add more milk, they never want to make the drink light ice. every time i get my drink there's always an inch of room on top. if i wanted less drink i would've ordered a tall. every single time they mess up, they're on a roll. they also need to learn now to multitask. i shouldn't be waiting for my mobile order for 5 mins when I see it sitting there ready. you need to ask me if I need help or for my name or SOMETHING. they also always grab my drink with their hand on the spout of the lid, where we are supposed to drink from. that's like the first thing you learn after getting hired. from a former shift supervisor, you really need to work on A LOT. read more
