I went there with kids and I got great service and no issues like describe in the comments. Service was fast and polite. Kid asked more milk and they said just say stop when enough. Place was clean, no code for restroom. Coffee and all drinks were at Starbucks good quality. All drinks were correctly done. Thank you, Starbucks, for the being there when one needs it! I came to this location for the first time and I was amazed at the modern decor and ambiance. It didn't even look like a Starbucks and I know this bc I frequent one weekly! Before I used to go almost daily to study so this design is none like the rest. I appreciated the brightness, spatiality and got to sit at a nice table and concentrate on my reading without much distraction! I think this is the only one in Loomis so it started to get busy and more people started coming in. Customer service was ok- not the best. I had to ask to adjust my drink because I didn't taste the chai and the guy at the front seemed a bit bothered. My drink just tasted like milk. I'd give them 3.5 stars so I'm just rounding to 4. One suggestion is to wipe down the seating areas, not sure if they do that after their shift. read more

Third time I've ordered a drip coffee and you guys overfill the cup. The lid always starts dripping the moment I put it in my cup holder and when I tried to take the lid off to empty it out a bit it burst open and a bunch of coffee spilled and burned my thumb. Please stop over filling your cups. read more

The price keeps going up, and the quality is plummeting. For $20 an hour, you can't even make sure my sandwich is stacked properly, or I get a full cup of coffee? These baristas today are absolutely worthless. I don't know why I spend so much money to go down to Starbucks just to get disappointed like this every time. This Starbucks is located at the last exit out of Loomis off of horseshoe bar rd. Katelyn was our barista today while going through the drive through. When we pulled in close to 8 AM, there's only one car in front of us. We were greeted right away and you can hear her smile through the speaker. I had asked for a salted caramel cold brew. She told me they didn't have it there currently, but will make a mock up version of something similar and closest to it. Hubby had ordered a white hot chocolate, which he was super happy to receive because other Starbucks always makes this the mocha version which he can't have coffee, so it was nice to have it done the way he asked. When we pull up to the window, we were greeted again. My cold brew was the wrong size and they immediately we made it to the Venti I asked for. Thank you so much. We will have to stop by and go inside and check it out sometime. I've seen some photos and it looks very modern. read more

Starbucks in Loomis opened a new drive thru. New and Nice and convenient. The staff are always great and friendly. The 2 stars is for the drink. Again not the fault of staff, just Starbucks policy. This is a tall Brown Sugar Oatmilk Latte which is all ice. I hear on the east coast if you ask for less ice, they charge you. Not sure if that is happening here. But much better to buy local coffee shops, not corporate. They raise the prices and just add more ice. :/ read more

Bummed to write this review. I'd give it a 1 star but the guy at the window was pleasant and kind. The guy working inside the Starbucks talking so loud we could all hear him from our car on the other hand, ruined our experience. I've been making mobile orders in hopes to make it easier on them since our order is specific. We also have kids so sometimes trying to order at the counter or drive thru can be a lot. We put our order in 10 minutes ahead of time (he even stated this, but complaining about it not being enough time). The reason I'm writing this is because of his rudeness. We totally understand putting in an order with enough time, and if he felt they needed more time we would've loved to hear that from him personally in a kind matter. Not him shouting to his coworkers, complaint about how ridiculous we were. While we were waiting we heard him shouting and complaining about multiple other things. He needs to go or learn proper customer service. Food and coffee were as usual, exactly what we wanted. Sorry for the other workers who get a bad review for this one rude coworker. The slowest and laziest employees. I work in DoorDash. I came to pick up the order for the customer. The order was ready and all that remained was to put it all in the bag. I waited for almost 15 minutes. I asked them twice to give me the order since it was already ready, but they just passed by my order. But the lack of customer service from the girl with the long black hair working the drive through window was absolutely atrocious!! She had the absolute worst attitude all the way from the speaker to my checkout. Not a single smile, the most monotone, bland, lifeless, lack of conversation I've ever had. By far the worst Starbucks in the area (at least) I was a barista at a cafe/drive through location for 5 years and this Starbucks is by far the worst one managed by far that I've ever seen. I live across the street from it essentially, and I know better than to go here anymore because whether I go in drive through or cafe, it will take me at least 45-50 min from the moment I place my order until I get it. I don't understand exactly what they're doing, that they can't get their act together. The food is cold by the time I get to eat it, the drink is lukewarm and the quality just not there,l; the inside is hit or miss. Sometimes it's disgustingly dirty with sticky, full of crumbles tables and trash on the floor, sometimes it's ok. The bathrooms, a whole other store. Again, as a previous barista, I can assure you that these are not Starbucks standards by any means. And it's not in a sh*tty area of town either, quite the contrary. I feel bad for out of towners driving by in the freeway and exiting hoping they will make a quick stop, because it's definitely not. Not sure how corporate hasn't done anything about this yet either. I've heard from numerous people, even out of town visitors for the weekend, how horrible the service is. Considering the prices we now pay for coffee, and the tip they expect, I think it's time we get better service, cleaner space and quality product! read more

I ordered a mobile order since they take so long at this location and showed up a few minutes after my order time and still had to wait to get my drink. Not to mention I got an iced Matcha latte which was not shaken up correctly because every sip I took I had Matcha powder that was not blended in my drink and was very bitter and also I ordered a peanut butter protein bar and was not given the correct one. I had to even tell the guy before he sent me on my way that I had a food order too. I understand that sometimes it gets busy and drinks might not be correctly made but I always have some kind of issue at this location. I wasn't even bothered by the first or the second sip getting Matcha powder in my mouth, but every single sip?? I took off my lid and there's clumps of Matcha throughout my whole drink. This is my favorite starbucks to come to. The staff has always been so friendly in my experience every time! They have gone above and beyond for me. I came close to closing one time and it took awhile for them to get my drink out, understandably, and they gave me a gift card for the wait. My drink always tastes amazing as well. when will Starbucks stop nickle and dining customers??? this store charges extra to add milk (something NO other store does, anywhere) but if you only want one shot expresso instead of the three shots a venti iced mocha comes with, they "can't" credit you or charge for less!!! The Barista says the extra milk charge is "standard"!!! Nope, it's NOT standard! And lastly, I guess the planned price increase for July was moved to March! or will Starbucks have two in one year!!!! I use the mobile app ALL the time in lots of different Starbucks. This store consistently gets it wrong. Very disappointing

Worst Starbucks experience. Everyone there was waiting o we 20 minutes some 30 minutes just for simple orders. They have no clue. This store had staff but was confused and moved without any sense of urgency. Many customers walked out. Starbucks is great but service is really slow. Drive-through is ridiculously slow. I must've spent a good half hour trying to get through the drive-through. And whoever was trying to take my order either needs to clean your ears out or they need to turn the mic up on the microphone outside so the person can hear me. Just want to say today the Starbucks staff is working their butt off. A very long wait. I asked the young lady at the window something must be going on. She was positive and said today is BOGO and they are short staffed today as well. I love this new location and hang out once a week with my bestie. Also rocklin crossing is not taking online orders and say they are closed. So yes a long wait today, for good reason and no fault of the staff. She thanked me for understanding and gave me a gift card. So if this gets back to management all the workers at this location deserve praise, and management should staff better for events like today in the future. I can bet not all customers were as understanding as me and likely staff, mainly the young lady at the window, had to take some hits in the chin. This StarBucks deserves five stars because they are better than most others. Yes you still have to ask for a receipt, and yes the staff still like to goof off But... They are friendly, they almost always get my drink right and the 1 bathroom they have is usually clean. As I added sweetener to my drink I took note of a silly sign that was accidentally placed above the sugar. Hmmm well at least StarBucks taste great. read more

Nice and clean location with plenty of parking in the shopping center. When I was here most recently there was a homeless person in here wandering around, which was odd since the space is so small. Fortunately he figured out where he was going and left after a short while. The baristas here are always friendly and helpful, getting orders up quickly. read more
