My thoughts about their customer management skills!!!
    Chet D.

Went here for the first time this week after being recommended from a couple friends. The setting is very nice but it went from being a decent start to being my worst winery experience ever in 35 years of wine tasting. First off I am not an unreasonable individual and know that people fall short of the mark at times but when some treats my wife like a tennie bopper I have an issue. They berated her and acted like she was trying to get a free tasting which was the last of our desires since we could easily afford every bottle of wine they ever made. But to treat us as if we were trying to pull one off for a messily 5$ worth of wine and get something over on them is pathetic. I will NEVER cross their threshold again. Thankfully, there are many other wineries in the area. Skip this one!!!

Grabbing a table near the fire pit is the best!

For a $15 tasting fee you truly get a wonderful assortment of wines to try. The tasting room is so cute and the outdoor area is beautiful with fire pits in the winter and misters in the summer. My parents are wine club members here and we feel like the wine keeps getting better and better each year. You can order food at the nearby restaurant to be brought to your table and they also welcome outside food for a nice picnic. Staff is friendly and highly recommend!

Friday night music on the patio. So much fun.

Excellent wine here in Sierra Foothills and a fun winery to belong to. We enjoy music on their patio during the summer months. And during the cooler months the patio is set up with fire pits. They have food trucks so there are a variety of food offerings. Parking is in their lot. Give Casque a try!

Really cute and charming little winery just outside Granite Bay.Unique wine selections tasting little on higher side $15 each,(members get free tastings though)and no discounts offered on wine purchases unless you're a member. No crowds at all on a Sunday afternoon .The grounds were nice the garden center was a little rundown. We bought a bottle of wine and shared a tasting. Our favorites were the Marsanne,Adrian Blanc,Syrah & Petite Sirah. We'd definitely come back.

I've been to Casque Wines Tasting Room two times now and this is a popular spot! Both times I've visited each table has been full on their patio area, which speaks volumes. Seating is a first come/first serve basis and they do not take reservations. The patio is right next to a pond. The patio seating includes many firepits, which is nice for the cooler fall and winter months. They specialize in Bordeaux and Rhone style wines, which all come from the Sierra Foothills. Tastings are $15 per person and include a pour of 8 wines (4 whites and 4 reds). Wine is also available for purchase by the glass or bottle. This is a great place to enjoy a bottle of wine as the ambiance is so nice. Many of their wines have won awards by Wine Enthusiast. My favorite wine was the Petite Sirah for it's complexity. You can order food from Flower Farms Café next door and enjoy this with your wine tasting. They are also dog friendly, which is always a-okay in my book!

Very Nice All The Way Around! Wines were very approachable. Outdoor setting was very nice. Service was genuine and engaging as I asked several questions about a couple wines wanting to know a bit more about a couple. My favorite was the popular one... Vin Gris.... It's their Rose that is made from Barbera. Great flavor, not overly sweet tasting, light bodied but had lovely flavors from start to finish. Easily what I would call a Summer Porch Pounder because you don't need food to enjoy it. You can order food from Flower Farm next door and enjoy a meal with your wine. I suggest making a reservation because they sometimes can be busy. Rez system is easy and free. Just go to their website and fill out the form.

This tasting room is looking to provide high quality service that people would expect from more established wineries and they are doing it right. I've been here 4 times by the time of writing this review and the experiences have all been fantastic. All the staff really do invest in the guests. Very knowledgeable about the wine and dishes. They take the time to really break down the wine and food if you don't know your stuff like me. They check up on you frequently! I really enjoyed the Carmenere wine. It's not as dry and is easily palatable for people who don't usually prefer red wines. I'm not super knowledgable in wine, but the flavors were earthy and slightly dark fruity taste. Some nights they have live music or events to meet the owners. Can't wait to see how the vineyard turns out if this is just a sneak peak of what's to come!

Our wine host was friendly, super knowledgeable on the wine varieties as well as giving interesting wine descriptions. I thought the pours were generous and I didn't feel rushed. I liked that I was given time to investigate and enjoy which wines I wanted to purchase. I bought 4 bottles to enjoy at home. The Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, and Sierra red were my top three favorites. I docked a star since it's not really a vineyard and you have a view of Highway 80 but overall it's a great little escape and great way to spend the afternoon.

Is this some nouveau wine tasting experience where we communally pass the bottle around like hobos sitting around a fire barrel? Our group of 8 whispering to one another, "where are our wine glasses?" Set before us were bottles of wine but no stemware to imbibe the elixir. We flag down a server; a gawky bespeckled young man sporting an earpiece as if he were cosplaying a secret service agent.
