I've been going to Dutch in the Roseville, Rocklin, Sacramento area since 2012. This location is always the slowest. I don't know if it's understaffed or lots of call outs. But it's a reoccurring issue. I am familiar with Dutch bros welcoming talkative style I don't think that is the problem, since this location seems to move at about a 1/3 of the speed of any other Dutch in the area read more

This is my go to Dutch Brothers coffee location whenever I am in the Roseville area. The barista is here are decent and nice. The drive-thru seems to run smoothly with two lanes to choose from. At this location, you will not find a lane to go around other cars in case the barista bring out your order before other cars get theirs. There's limited parking for walk-up orders. The music usually isn't blaring like it is at some Dutch Brothers locations. This is definitely worth checking out, especially if you were in the Roseville area. read more

The absolute worst I Dutch Bros I've ever experienced. I have always gotten the same drink at every Dutch bros I go to along the west coast and this one is the WORST! They have no idea how to make a proper drink. The milk itself smelt very weird and both the drinks I had ordered were disgusting. I didn't bother asking for them to remake because it would somehow end up worse. The service and environment was also terrible making us feel like we had inconvenienced them even though we ordered on the phone so they had less work but damn they were hella dismissive. I don't care if service sucks but if you can't make a good coffee and a coffee shop then you should just shut down. Don't waste your money here. YUCK YUCK YUCK! The worst dutch bros! Ordered the same rebel I always get, noticed it was a different color than usual. Asked to get it remade because the taste was off. The worker argued with me back and forth refusing to remake it. It took him longer arguing than simply just remaking the drink. Great location and an even better set up than nearby DBs - with one window so you're streamlined in and out. I've never waited more than a few minutes for a drink, so I'm liking how quickly I can get my DB fix before jumping on 80. It's incredibly close to the freeway - maybe just a stoplight or two away. Someone at DB headquarters has listened to feedback regarding their dairy-free customers and finally created a menu board that specifically notates these options AND they've got my new favorite front and center - the Oat Milk Kicker (No substitution needed - it's already vegan!) Every time I get a chance to visit the whole Dutch Bros team is 5 star in customer service, answering my questions with their blended energy drink and super friendly making the long line of customers happy with their willingness to converse while we wait for our drinks. One team member that always stands out is Alex! Great guy! Super impressed with his knowledge for Dutch Bro drinks and customer service. I love the golden eagle blended freeze! I used to go to Starbucks drive thru to get frappes but not since I tried Dutch Bros! Their coffees taste so much better. If you're going for the first time, make sure you go to the website and see their full menu as it isn't in the drive thru. They have new drink flavors all of the time and will tell you what is in each drink. Great service too! read more

Another great Crazy Hawaiian! This Dutch Bro's on Sunrise is quite a ways from where I live (twice as far from our local one closer to my home), but there are less people that come to this location. Every month we come here to get our collectors stickers (offered 1st of the month beginning at midnight). The young, energetic employees are friendly and nice and service is usually fast. We've used both windows at the drive-thru and walk-up. Drive thru has two lanes going from the same direction. There are other locations where they are coming from opposite ends and confused the heck out of me. I thought I was cutting in front of another car. This Dutch Bro's is by itself on Sunrise. Adjacent is a Sutter Walk-in Clinic and further in is a senior home (I think). This location has a nice patio seating w/ large umbrellas on a hot day but every time I've come here no one really loiters by the walk up window. My favorite is the Crazy Hawaiian w/ whip cream (it's a mocha with dark chocolate, caramel, and macadamia nut syrup). All Dutch Bro's are normally open 24/7 but not sure if they've amended their hours due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Also, the stickers have been temporarily suspended due to the virus. Literally the slowest drive throu ever. It's been my 2nd time and last time here. I guess corporate needs to look into this location.

This Dutch Bros just falls completely short compared to the others in the area. The coffee is largely the same quality, so if you come here you won't be disappointed by the product. The primary issue is the line and their lack of management of the line. If you show up and don't pick the right side you'll get stuck behind multiple people who showed up after you and chose the correct line. Tack that on to this being far and away the slowest Dutch Bros in the area, you won't even want your coffee by the time you get to the window. There are some bright spot awesome employees here, but the poor management of the line, the slow work, too much socializing, and lack of awareness of how slow they're pushing cars through just highlights the issues with this location. Go the extra 5 minutes to the next Dutch Bros down the road, because that extra five minutes will more than likely still be 5 minutes faster than what you're dealing with here. read more

I went to this Dutch Bros coffee location before heading to work and they had exceptional customer service. I couldn't believe how bubbly the staff were that early in the morning. My favorite drink at Dutch Bros is the flap jack mocha which is absolutely delicious for those who have a sweet tooth. I highly recommend trying it out if you haven't had it. Absolutely satisfied every time I come to this location. Just recently moved to Roseville from Chicago, IL and really enjoy Dutch Bros over other coffee shops in the area. I get the Golden Eagle iced, similar taste to the caramel Macchiato. Staff is friendly and the location is always clean. Definitely recommend and expect a long drive thru line. I love Dutch Bros! They have the best coffee around. The smoothies and Dutch sodas are also very good! The price difference for drinks is also night and day compared to other places. You just can't beat it. Also the sizes are obviously bigger than their competitors. A small/medium here is for sure a large at other places. The customer service here is always above and beyond. Everyone is so friendly and always willing to help with any questions you have or give out suggestions. All the employees that work here really seems to love their job. What a great atmosphere. My only slight complaint is when employees ask if I'ld like to leave a tip which I do most of the time otherwise everything is great. read more

I love coming to this Dutch Bros the staff is amazing and really friendly. They are very energetic and they make really good drinks my favorite drink is the white chocolate latte it is made with 2% milk I get it extra sweet double cup with whip. If you get the white mocha it is with chocolate milk so you have to clarify if you want for milk this is one of my favorite Dutch Brose, the staff is awesome they are friendly they make really good drinks and I love coming here whenever I am in the area today. I came here when I was in the area after I had my hair done and I did not have to even wait I was able to pull right up to the window and get my drink. I literally only waited like not even a minute and my order was taken. I came up and my order was done and also they gave out a sticker today which I was really happy about because I missed out at the beginning of the month the cute little cat Halloween sticker, so I was happy that I got to score a sticker today. This is a really great location if anything you have to just watch the crazy cause I don't want to let you win. I love my Dutch Bros app because every time you get a drink they scan it and when you get 250 points you get a free medium drink if you save up 325 if you get any size drink, I prefer the medium because the large when you get the large drink it is a lot more shots they have three different sizes to choose from small medium and large and the large is I believe 32 ounces. They also have two different size to choose from when you go in the drive-through, so you could go on either side which ever has the faster line I am looking forward to seeing the new holiday drinks that they have who knows I might try one then again I love my white chocolate lattes lol I am so excited that they are expanding and going to be making one in Lincoln soon. I can't wait for it to be here. I might be going there all the time LMAO. They don't just have coffee here so if you aren't a coffee fan, they have smoothies, cheese, and all different kinds of drinks to choose from. They even have hot chocolate if you're not a fan of the super sweet caramel drinks, or the super sweet drinks, and they have even Red Bull drinks they have a very wide selection to choose from. I even have try the decaf drinks when it's too late in the day to have regular caffeine and it's just as good as the regular except it won't keep you up. This location is awesome. The staff is super friendly, very efficient and they always make the bomb drinks. Such good flavors, such a quick efficient speed I highly recommend this establishment for anybody who has a Love of Coffee like me they make great drinks and they definitely have something for everybody and they do have milk alternatives as well so you don't have to just get regular milk. They have almond milk and other choices to choose from. I will definitely be coming back here again very soon for more future visits and we're great experiences to come thank you Dutch Brose in Roseville you guys are awesome. Another grand opening for Dutch Bros and more Dutch love being spread through out. Nice layout with the longer drive thru, it starts with 2 lanes and merges into 1. It is one sided also. One way in and one way out. Walk up has 2 tables to sit and 2 benches also so you can chill out on and parking lot has a good amount of parking spots. Open 24 hours, now you can stay up late and rule the world lol with a Dutch rebel(energy) drink. From kids drinks to adult drinks with our without caffeine, from teas, coffee, hot chocolates, smoothies, energy drinks, and Dutch style sodas they will have something for you to get your taste buds moving. For a big list of drinks check out thier website at dutchbros.com and each month they will have a sign out with a few of there drinks and styles on a menu board to help you get your mind grooving for a drink. Few tips on the drinks - Coffee based some are breve and some are mocha based but you can get them either way just let them know how you like it. Blended drinks will have more of the flavor strength while the iced will have the taste of the flavor just not as strong. Example nutty irishmen is hazelnut with irish cream. In the iced form not as strong on the hazelnut taste but in blended you can easily taste the hazelnut. Also don't forget if you bring your puppy, you can get them a puppachino (whip cream & dog biscuit), or if they are lactose intolerant just get them a doggy biscuit (both free)! I'm having a hard time figuring out how every Dutch bros I've been to works atleast twice as fast as this one. I've been to this Dutch bros 3 times for coffee runs and no matter how long the line is it's going to be atleast a 30 minute wait. I've been here when there were only 2 cars in line and it was still a 25minute wait. read more

We came here around midnight about two weeks ago and the line was short but the girl taking orders saw one of there friends in a car and talked to them for 10 min which cause a huge line to develop which didnt make her stop chatting either. And when that same person in the car got to the window the same issue unfolded for another 10 min. Plus we ordered both of our trifecta drinks blended which we get all the time at other dutch bros but when we got to the window they weren't even made yet and then she just stirred the ingredients together. I even told here we said blended but she didn't care and said this is how we blend them at night. Really cause we go to other locations all hours due to our schedules and never a problem getting our drink order right. This location has very unprofessional people working late shift on a sat night basically losing them business cause the girls want to gossip and chat like they are in high school. This is a business and a drive through one so it shouldn't take 10 min to make a single drink nor take 10 min to take an order and move the line along. I don't think we will be coming to this location anymore. read more
