They were nice when and greeted us when we walked in. I ordered a large orange dream split into two. I got two small cups where 1 was 3/4 full and one was 1/2 full. These isn't equivalent to a large. Stopped by on a hot summer day looking to cool down with a fruit smoothie! Thankfully, there was a Jamba Juice in the same plaza I was shopping at. Decided to also grab a small bite and ended up ordering their impossible handwich and medium strawberry whirl. Strawberry whirl is always my go-to at Jamba Juice and this one did not disappoint! It was delicious, perfectly sweet, and so refreshing! The impossible handwich was surprisingly smaller than I expected and was smaller than my hand. It tasted like a frozen sandwich just reheated. Always perfect for a mid-day pick-me-up [Roseville CA] This is not my favorite location but I come here when I'm in the area. This used to be the closest Jamba to my home until one opened up closer to me. Parking can get busy especially during mealtimes because it is in the same shopping strip as other food businesses (In-N-Out Burger, Posh Bagel, a Mexican restaurant and a cookie shop) My favorite smoothie is the refreshing flavor of Razzmatazz. I've tried other flavors also but I keep coming back to my favorite... bananas strawberries raspberry juice orange sherbet crushed ice are the ingredients I love in this drink. They've recently switched their clear plastic cups to a more sustainable compostable double-walled paper cup. I do miss the clear cups but I suppose the paper cups are better for the environment. I guess we're in the "pay more receive less" era. It's kinda sad. I remember when a jamba juice used to be $5 for a medium smoothie and now it is $9. That is just insane. Have been here a few times now and never had an issue. My kids loved it and my drinks were always good.

Strolled in here with my boyfriend during a random mall trip back in December 2019 (pre-covid-19) (I'm just catching up on my reviews during quarantine- don't mind me~) Since I've never tried Jamba Juice before I wasn't sure what to order so my boyfriend recommended one of his favorite smoothies. I tried the "Strawberry Surf Rider" which had lemonade, sherbet, lime, strawberries and peaches. It was so delicious and refreshing. The workers at the time were suuuper kind and nice. They vibe in there was fun and friendly which was nice since this was near the holidays. I do look forward to stopping by here again when things reopen hopefully by the holidays of 2020. These young adults are always on their game when I come in. As always, I'm greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. It's nice and I appreciate it so much. Occasionally they'll have special deals, like they did this past month. If you purchase a color changing tumbler, you get a large smoothie for free in the tumbler, plus 10 percent off (future purchases) when you bring the tumbler back in to usefor refills. I mean, it's kind of a marketing tactic by saying the large smoothie is free. OR, you can say with the purchase of a large smoothie, you can get a 64 oz tumbler for just $5. Jamba Juice so famous for their smoothies yum! They still have their classic smoothies like Strawberries Wild (which is one of my favorites) and razzmatazz (which is my husband's favorite). We went here a few days ago; this was the first time we came to this location; we usually go to the one near our home on Galleria. Place was nice and very clean and spacious too. I was in awe of all the different smoothies that they had available (and ones I never even heard of) like Vanilla Sky and White Gummi (I want to try those eventually). Prices went up a little bit too. I remember the price for a Jamba back in the day was around $4 to $5 but that has changed; the cheapest small sized jambs is for over $6 each and averages to about 7-$8 each (yikes)! Food is also available like peanut butter toast, yogurts, pretzels, chips, and fruit bars. I got the strawberries wild jambs and it was just as good as I remembered it and an apple cinnamon pretzel (which was warmed up in the over). My husband got a pretzel too and a razzmatazz which definitely hit the spot for us and our service was nice and quick. We will definitely come here again whenever we want to get our Jambe fix. I went in for a quick green smoothie and decided to add on a pitaya bowl for breakfast tomorrow. I appreciated the place being clean and it being empty when I came in but was disappointed when the staff member making my bowl kept touching her face mask, touching her hair and face and then touch the bananas she was cutting up for my bowl. I called out but she couldn't hear me and kept looking at the build-to menu in the wall and getting hair out of her face. I called out again and she turned and I told her she shouldn't be serving food she just touched with the same gloves she just you touched her face with multiple times. I can tell she was sorry/bothered and just dumped the banana in the trash bin and then went to grab another. I saw her touch her face again a few more times before I got my bowl but I didn't feel like giving her a hard time and being "that" customer. But come on--we're in a pandemic, it's basic fold handling and obviously something she hasn't been corrected on or spoken about to as there was another employee there who looked more so a manager and she didn't say anything either.
