Baskin Robbin's is an ice cream staple. Growing up you were the cool kid on the block if you served a Baskin Robbin's ice cream cake. My little sister wanted a 90s themed birthday and we got that nostalgic ice cream cake. It was excellent. A tad hard to cut because the ice cream insides were frozen despite thawing for the time directed before serving. Service was excellent when purchasing. Our order was delicious but the service sucked. I forgot to ask for the lady's name but she had brown hair and wore glasses. The lady got our order wrong, we asked for 3 milkshakes and she only made 2 milkshakes, then we asked to use our coupon on our app but made a mistake of scanning the loyalty points so we asked if she could redo the order so that we can use the right coupon and girl told us she didnt want to do it cause it would make her look like she did something wrong on the system. Eventually after we asked a few times she redid it and we were able to use our coupon but she was not very friendly about it. Our milkshakes also were dripping with the milkshakes all over the sides as she did not pour it cleanly or/and did not even wipe it. After everything we had to do another transaction to get our last milkshake and the lady did not leave us any time to scan for loyalty points. We love the taste of the ice cream and all the flavors and combos they have! It's such a great location but today the woman working was very rude and it really ruined the experience for our kids. The kids were pointing to a "sugar cone" but calling it a waffle cone because they are kids and the "sugar cones" didn't have a label on them. The kids said "can I have a waffle cone with cookies and cream ice cream" and she was like "well why are you pointing to a sugar cone and saying waffle cone" and they said "oh I want this small waffle cone" and she said "that's not even a waffle cone". that's fine that she told them the correct name but the tone was unnecessary, they are little kids. We probably won't come back if she is the only one working, making kids sad while they are ordering ice cream is not fun. read more

The ambience is very good for Baskin Robin's. They had hot pink chairs and the setting was very cute. I don't think I have every seen such cute setting like this at any other Baskin Robin's before. Came here last Tuesday, 05/31/22 around 3pm and there were 4 guests in line ahead of us and some guests dining in. We first sampled the Ube Coconut Swirl which was a hard pass. This B&R is my "Go-To" place for a Turtle Pie, which I get for my wife every year on her birthday. I can depend on it being right and on time. The staff is great and ordering over the phone is perfect. I picked it up on time and it was ready with a smile. The shop's is always clean, cool , and ready with a friendly smile. Great service! I went to get ice cream with my wife last night and we both got a double scoop and the employees were very friendly. One of the guys got me my double scoop and was very nice and then the other guy who was very tall got my wife her ice cream. The girl there was working on a really cool looking cake. The one thing I will say though is they don't have credit tips for some reason. I've been to other Baskin-Robbins locations and they've had credit tips. Maybe the owner is too lazy. Ok, it's ice cream, so how can you really go wrong? Well, the main way is by taking so long to build a banana split that it actually melts into sweet milk soup. Now don't get me wrong, it still tastes fairly decent, but it's not yearly what you're lookin' for when it feels like Satan himself is massaging your face and you just want some delicious ice cream to fend of the swelter. I ordered the USS butterscotch and the girl didn't really know how to make it so I think that was the biggest hold up. When I finally got my banana soup split, I didn't even get the little waffle cone sail things on the pic and it was spilling out all over the sides of the boat thing. I came here yesterday with my friend and she got the one cookie with the scoop of ice cream and I got the chocolate dip which is really good this Baskin-Robbins has a very large selection of ice cream they have several different flavors to choose from very clean atmosphere very clean establishment very friendly helpful staff My favorite flavor is peanut butter and chocolate and chocolate fudge they also have really good milkshakes the sizes go from 16 ounces to 24 ounces and I believe a large is 32 ounces this is definitely a place that you could take the whole family to plus on the 31st they have the single scoops on sale I highly recommend this location to anybody in the area looking for a nice place to get ice cream very friendly very quick very knowledgeable staff I will definitely be coming back here again very soon from work future visits and more great ice cream And great customer service I look forward to the next visit here read more

Well, I'm here once again. Lowered the star because nothing has changed (NOTE: If you're reading this in the future, every store in America is literally sold out of hand sanitizer and face masks due to fears of coronavirus flu. California's first fatality was recorded yesterday less than ten miles from this store). Why am I saying this? Again we walk in for ice cream. Again the same worker (relative of the owner?) rubs her face and comes to serve us. When I asked if she washed her hands, she said yes. "After you just rubbed your face?" I asked. I will give her credit - it probably took all her willpower not to roll her eyes at the weird cranky old dude as she sullenly trudged off to wash. Bottom line, they're not interested in your weird "hygiene" in this food service retailer. The young lady taking our order was great helped us out after she was done with her customer, but her co-workers 1 was dealing with the icing but Emily was standing there carrying on a personal conversation. Looked up made eye contact with me and didnt say anything. Then as a older gentleman walks in the young lady that was helping us had to ask Emily to help her. My family and I just had a terrible experience at this location. There was hair in two of our three orders. The issue was blown off and not corrected properly the first time, and we brushed it off. The hair definitely belonged to the employee that was wearing no hair net or hair covering at all, with wispy hair falling all over her neck and face while scooping. It was certainly not a match to any of our hair types or length. We later discovered the next hair in another item, and were thoroughly disgusted. When confronted, the employee smirked and offered no help. She even tried to argue with me about what my niece had told me. This was completely unacceptable. If this store has such a relaxed attitude on hygiene and health codes I am concerned with what else might be in my food. read more
