Convenient location in Lincoln, located in the same shopping center as Raley's. I usually call ahead so I'm not sitting around, waiting. Got my Orange C Booster with fresh squeezed OJ. David greeted me with a huge smile when I walked in. So nice when employees really have great customer service and welcome customers like this. It seems so rare nowadays. David just exuded joy and made the experience very positive. The other employee was nice as well but David's beaming smile just made the experience stand out. He deserves to be commended for giving customers a great impression when they walk into this location. Smoothie prices have gone up since the start of $20 minimum wage. I've been coming to Jamba for 25 years. Lately it's gotten real bad in terms of quality. For 7.75, I got something that looked and tasted like mud. It was supposed to be a Mango a go go, which I've ordered dozens of times before. As you can see from my picture comparison, it should be a shade of orange, not gray-beige. It also had some type of boost in there (based on the chalky and gritty texture). I absolutely cannot have mystery additives in my food because I had a kidney transplant, and these unknown substances can poison my new kidney and interact with my medication. Learn to staff your locations better especially at the time everyone is getting out of school. I am generally approving of most establishments that promote healthier food and drink. That being said, I think Jamba Juice needs to improve their pricing to make it a more regular part of people's lives. My daughter wanted plain orange juice while I wanted a smoothie. I decided that since she probably wouldn't finish her juice I would upgrade the size to 16oz and we would share it. The cost was nearly $7. Not sure what has happened at this location in the past year, but service has all but disappeared. Between the repeated line of "oh there is a national shortage" of whatever item is needed for one of their products, or the 30 minute wait for a single drink. At times the line has been made to wait for 15-20 minutes while on line orders are made. Then it's another 20 minutes for the in store orders to be processed. Seems that those who run the business have forgotten what customer service involves and worry more about the bottom line therefore understaff their employees and make the paying customers sacrifice. read more

I have not gone to a JJ in over 2-3 years now. I felt the prices were a bit high for just a smoothy drink. Friday morning, I was just not feeling coffee as it was going to be a really hot day. When I arrived there was no one in line so I knew it was going to be fast (it was 7:10 AM) Jamie was my server/register person and he was all over it. Very happy and upbeat and lots of smiles. Suggested drinks along with samples. He offered me the tumbler so when I come a next time I could receive 10% off. He did a great job with no pressure.
