When you enter the store they will greet you and staffs are friendly and welcoming, they also have a clean restroom. I ordered my all time favorite flavor Banana Berry, well its not in the menu but they can make it for you because I know this is one of the special menu or request. This branch in lincoln always make my smoothie really good because some other branches like the Galleria it taste bland to me. Here in Lincoln it was just perfect it doesn't taste bland or need a lot of syrup, my smoothie is so perfect. Try this place probably your smoothie taste so much better on this location. read more

We used to come here more often, and our recent visit reminded us why we like it. They offer a large selection of smoothies, juices, acai bowls, and some food choices. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and helped right away. I ordered the Purely Carrot juice, and my son got the PB + Banana Protein smoothie with an Apple Cinnamon waffle. He didn't want his smoothie (he is picky!), so his dad drank it instead. My son usually gets the Orange Dream Machine with an added vitamin boost, which is always a hit. David greeted me with a huge smile when I walked in. So nice when employees really have great customer service and welcome customers like this. It seems so rare nowadays. David just exuded joy and made the experience very positive. The other employee was nice as well but David's beaming smile just made the experience stand out. My son loves Jamba so we swing by to get a treat when he comes with me on errands. Convenient location and Always ample parking. The employees are always the nicest and provide wonderful service. I've been coming to Jamba for 25 years. Lately it's gotten real bad in terms of quality. For 7.75, I got something that looked and tasted like mud. It was supposed to be a Mango a go go, which I've ordered dozens of times before. As you can see from my picture comparison, it should be a shade of orange, not gray-beige. It also had some type of boost in there (based on the chalky and gritty texture). I absolutely cannot have mystery additives in my food because I had a kidney transplant, and these unknown substances can poison my new kidney and interact with my medication. That being said, I think Jamba Juice needs to improve their pricing to make it a more regular part of people's lives. My daughter wanted plain orange juice while I wanted a smoothie. I decided that since she probably wouldn't finish her juice I would upgrade the size to 16oz and we would share it. The cost was nearly $7. Not sure what has happened at this location in the past year, but service has all but disappeared. Between the repeated line of "oh there is a national shortage" of whatever item is needed for one of their products, or the 30 minute wait for a single drink. At times the line has been made to wait for 15-20 minutes while on line orders are made. Then it's another 20 minutes for the in store orders to be processed. Seems that those who run the business have forgotten what customer service involves and worry more about the bottom line therefore understaff their employees and make the paying customers sacrifice. read more

When I arrived there was no one in line so I knew it was going to be fast (it was 7:10 AM) Jamie was my server/register person and he was all over it. Very happy and upbeat and lots of smiles.
