I was staying at a nearby hotel and wanted to check out the area. I've never heard of Nugget Markets and decided to check it out. It reminded me of Sprouts, but much bigger and with a better bakery selection. I love grocery stores and enjoy wandering around looking at everything. I enjoyed wandering around Nugget. Spacious, clean, and great customer service. All produce was fresh and the bakery was well stocked with fresh baked bread. I wish I lived closer because I would be here every week. read more

This may have been the nicest Nugget I've ever visited. We don't have a Nugget close to home, but I was in the area and decided to pop in to see if there was anything that caught my eye. The shop is set up in an interesting way where you enter through the produce section and snake around to the main shopping area. I thought this was cool at first but realized the way they have it set up to get back to produce you either have to go past the cash registers (which I think they don't want) or loop back around to get up front again. I typically like picking up produce last so it's on the top of my cart/basket so I ended up heading back that way at the end. The rest of the shopping visit was pretty typical and I loved the selection of items they had. I ended up picking up some cheeses, yogurt, noodles, and grapes during this visit. The prepared section did look nice, and if I hadn't already eaten lunch I would have grabbed something here. The staff member who helped me was friendly too. read more

Have been shopping here for 6 years since we moved into the area. There is a great selection of organic produce and fruits as well as other healthy and organic products. The bakery has a huge selection of yes pricey cakes, but they do not disappoint! Deli is a bit slow but they are always friendly so I don't knock them for it! Cashiers and helpers are always helpful and friendly as well!!! I really enjoy shopping here. You get what you pay for Excited there will be a Nuggets in Rocklin, hopefully that will take the traffic off of this one read more

After a long hike in Auburn, I was craving chocolate. Problem number one, the bakery is right at the front door! All sorts of goodies for every palette and craving. There were a number of chocolate options (muffins, cake, brownies, cookies) and I settled on the chocolate brownie. What's chocolate without vanilla? I set out to find a cool brand and variety of vanilla ice cream only to be met with problem number two: Jenni's ice cream! I fell in love with Jenni's last year on a trip to Nashville. I returned to Nashville (and Jenni's!) again this past summer and elated to see a wide selection of Jenni's ice cream at Nugget. Scrap the vanilla, brambleberry crisp for the win! The lemon hand pie called my name twice, so I grabbed one to enjoy later this week. Billy and Lex were lovely, can't wait to visit again. read more

We haven't visited Nugget Market in many years, and stepping back inside made us wonder why we stayed away so long! The produce section is wonderfully cute, colorful, and fresh. Best of all, the employees are just as friendly and welcoming as ever. We completely forgot how great this store is, but we are thrilled to be back read more

Today we went in to check out the Harvest Menu. I ordered the Pumpkin Latte and my daughter ordered the Pumpkin Chai. As we were waiting my little spotted the gelato! She wanted the Strawberry Cheesecake Gelato. My daughter loved her Pumpkin Chai. Not too sweet but just sweet enough. My Pumpkin Latte was not my fav but definitely tasted like fall! And the gelato was delish!!! read more

Love this store. It's beautifully laid out, clever and makes one buy stuff not on a grocery list as it looks so tempting to the eyes. Lots of good choices, some are more expensive than other supermarkets but the ambiance is so great that it's kind of like an adventure to go through the aisles, from the moment you enter and up to the end when you're ready to leave! Produce is amazing. Butchers are happy to help Out! The staff is very friendly and helpful although they blew it because one grocery bag was not loaded into our cart and we had to go back after we made it home! Bread and dessert choices are nicely laid out and very pleasing to the eyes. An amazing hot food buffet was offered including takeout prepared lunches and sandwiches, pizza, made to order sandwiches, etc. Everything is offered here! Enjoy!!! read more

First off, this might be the nicest Nugget I've ever seen. I was genuinely amazed as I parked and saw how huge this store was. In this specific trip I picked up a cake for my sisters baby shower. I love how easy it was to order online. They open early which was nice because I needed an 8am pickup. When I got there, they showed me the cake. It was beautiful but missing the wording on top. When I told them that, they were quick to make it right and super friendly and polite. Thank you all for a great experience at this location! This cake was a vanilla cake with buttercream frosting and raspberry buttercream filling. DELICIOUS! read more

Very nice and beautiful grocery store. This reminds me of Wegman's back home. Everything is laid out perfectly and the shelves are stocked with various name brands as well as local and smaller brands. Their cafe is extensive, and they make very good açaí bowls. In my opinion, this is a high end grocery store. I cannot afford to shop here weekly for groceries. This is a place you go every once in a while. Would recommend, but only 7/10 due to high cost. read more

I like Nugget when I can afford it and I try to go there every chance I get on grocery day. I like that they have my favorite milk there and it's hard for me to find a certain brand and they always have it. I don't even drink milk that much really but I like it that much. I recently tried their sushi and it was really good and really fresh. I stopped eating pizza as much as I used to, but their slices are reasonably priced and taste great. I like the chorizo and Italian sausage they make there. Their clearance rack in back is my favorite part of the place. I usually go here first and then there's another place down the street sometimes that has good a meat selection as well, but by far I like this store the best. My kids like it too and now that they're on their own, they like to go there and treat themselves. They also accept EBT for folks that have EBT benefits. read more

I love the idea of this super market but writing this review in hopes that the store improves on the bakery products. I ordered three separate times from the bakery at two different stores and all three times the cake slices were dry and stale. I won't be buying bakery products again from here again. read more

I cannot stress enough how amazing this bakery is for it to be in a grocery store. I will NOT order other eat baked goods from ANYWHERE besides Nugget Markets. The quality of their cakes and baked goods, breads and other pastries is leagues above others. When I am in the northern California area of Roseville and El Dorado Hills I love going into the nugget. I love their bakery, especially. We ended up getting a cake for the event which was very delicious. Little pricey on their product but they call themselves a gourmet store so I get it. The cake was like $40 for an 8 inch cake. But we were taking it to someone's house for an event and it was very delicious. I love that. They have a coffee station and the bakery goods are always extremely tasty. Their meat department is always very fresh and they always have the items that we are looking for actually. So yes, I will return to the nugget. I love that store. read more

Searched the Roseville area for a quick breakfast; after seeing everything offered near our appointment, we chose Nugget because of our experience with them in the Elk Grove area. I'll tell you what, it's bigger and better here...presentation, ambiance, cleanliness and friendly service! This area was crowded at 9:00 am, even with Peets nearby! Ordered a vanilla latte w/oat milk and lox and bagels...perfection. For $10.99, the lox was full of salmon and presented cleanly! Nugget Market Corp., you guys are consistently awesome! Coming from the retail industry myself, this store is definitely "showtime" and "walk ready!" Keep up the amazing attention to detail and culture! read more

I am eating an acai bowl right now from Nugget Market. I always come here for acai bowls.

We always go to Nugget when we want fish or great beef. They also have a great selection of cheeses and salads. If you need a good dessert they have a great bakery. They are a bit pricey for many things but the quality is great. Staff are always friendly and helpful. We always ask for help and they give us great advice. This has got to be one of the most friendliest place I ever been. They understood the assignment of treating ppl as human and not a wallet. They are high in prices but they are definitely worth it. Thank u to the nice manager lady I spoke to yestseday.. I don't know what ur name was but you helped me with my sandwich remake. I usually go to the cold case they have there and get my Turkey sandwich because I avoid the deli.. I will probably continue to do the Cold case due to the interaction my fiancé and I dealt with at the deli bar when we came back and had a remake. The lady Kept questioning us.. telling us "why didn't we bring the sandwich back so they could see their errors" and that all ciabatta rolls that come out get cooked and crispy and are supposed to be hard and crispy like that.. which I told her I don't think all of them are like that.. I had a very soft cibatta roll the other day when I came in and it was amazing. Fresh lettuce fresh Turkey. It was a cold case item and they were sold out of it so that's why I had to go to the deli and have one similar made.. but the roll was hard.. it didn't have cheese on it.. the lettuce was bad.. I didn't mean to make her feel bad. We just wanted what we paid for :( We told her the manager said we didn't have to bring the sandwich back as long as we had the receipt.. she then had an attitude saying "well thats just weird that it would be bad and that she doesn't believe that and to bring proof next time but it's okay I guess" so here's a picture for proof of the sandwich that was not good.. Feel free to show the Deli girl that was trying to make us feel like we were getting a free samitch out of it when we were not.. we come here 3x a week and it used to be very welcoming but anytime we're in the deli department we are being treated not the best and questioned a lot and I'm not sure why.. hope this can change so we don't have to go to another nugget but thank u for Atleast helping us get a remake. I enjoyed the remake sandwich but hope the people there can be nicer next time. read more
