I walked into the bakery about 30 minutes before closing with a completely last-minute request for five dozen plain vanilla cupcakes -- no frosting -- and Eli didn't hesitate for a second. They jumped right in and got the order together without making me feel like an inconvenience at all. That kind of guest service is genuinely hard to find, and it did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Eli! You rock! read more

This was my first time at a Nugget, I was very excited to get a sandwich and they did not disappoint. All of our sandwiches were delicious, super fresh and the bread! So fresh and soft. The downside, sandwich making is a little slow, paying extra for gluten free bread, and of course the prices lol. For 4 sandwiches and two 6 oz Mac salads it was $78. The tiny little Mac salads were $6 each!!! They were very good though. Also $4lb for apples!!?! When did apples become a luxury food lol. The store is super clean and so pretty. All of the employees were very helpful and so friendly. They seem like they actually enjoy their job! I will definitely be back but I'll have to pick up a second job first read more

Nugget Markets - Grocery Near Me - Granite Bay, California

This nugget is closest to my home, and we come here at least 1 -2x a week. We get our water bottles refilled for our in home dispenser, get freshly made hot breakfast burritos, fresh made smoothies. Or to grab a couple groceries. Employees are always very nice and kind. Service is quick and friendly. Clean store with lots of lighting. They even have a indoor area to eat. The Nugget is a great place to get a prepped meal to warm up, a hot meal to eat now, or even baked goods, like my favorite, their warm fresh made chocolate chunk cookies. read more

Nugget Markets - Warm fresh to order breakfast burrito. - Grocery Near Me - Granite Bay, California

Went to the new nugget and I was shocked with how big it was inside. They have seating outside and a smaller second floor lounge area where you can enjoy a nice meal from their hot food bar, cafe or sandwiches. I've always been a fan of nugget and this one feels just like any of their other ones. Employees are very friendly and they had tons of staffing when I was there. Usually my sandwich takes awhile to be made at other locations but this was one was ready in about 5 minutes! They had several workers at each station: cafe, bakery, sandwiches and pizza. Everything looked really fresh and clean and they even had small sample stations to try certain foods out and tons of cashiers open so there was no wait time at all. I highly recommend trying their cafe, sandwiches and pizza. Their breakfast burritos are also one of the best! Definitely try it if you get there in the morning. read more

I mean it's the best grocery store in the world. You can find anything here. It is a little pricey but you get what you pay for. We do our meats and veggies here and any specialty items for a charcuterie board . The deli, seasoned meats, fresh cold and hot apps, everything here is good. The staff are amazing too. Everyone is in a good mood all the time and happy to help with questions. read more

Saw the advertisement for this new location so I had to stop in. I'm so happy that I did. This upscale grocery store has an excellent selection of fruits and veggies you don't always find in other grocery stores. The store is so neat and clean. It's easy to maneuver through the aisles and find the items you are looking for. They are generous with samples and their customer service is impeccable! The meat department and wine selection were very impressive. Eddie Murphy might regret selling his home in the area. read more

I got a good impression from this market during my visit. It was clean, organized, and filled with great shopping options. They were also giving away a variety of samples throughout the store, so I enjoyed some good snacking. I stopped by for lunch and found all kinds of fresh salads, sandwiches, and soups in the deli. The employees were rushing to stock the shelves with things like sandwiches, and chicken salad they ran low. I went to the self-service salad bar and filled a container with a selection of pasta salad, green salad, and curry salad. The price came to $8.99 and it was a fair amount of food. Everything tasted and looked great. My checkout was quick and the cashier was friendly. You can't ask for much more from a grocery store. read more

Opening Day!! I've been waiting (not so) patiently for the newest edition of my favorite store! It is Stunning! Sooo busy but so welcoming. There were employees everywhere to help. Beautiful coffee bar. Amazing flowers and produce. I work nearby so I will probably come every day. Welcome to the neighborhood, Nugget! read more

The Nugget is always a great experience to visit. The warm food counter with the sandwiches is always great. They have literally everything I could ask for from a grocery store. Great food, chill vibes, and great customer service. Prices are a little high but you get what you pay for. read more

Clean and a great selection of good food. Always happy with what we get here. Small selection but still grateful they came to this area!

This market is my favorite to visit because it's clean, organized, well stocked, has great looking produce, nice bakery, has hot food options, and it's never crowded when I go. The staff is also very nice and welcoming. All the reasons to make shopping here pleasant experience. It is slightly higher priced items but the quality of this place and its products is definitely high. read more

I love this market so much except for one thing, and it holds me back from shopping there more regularly. Nugget has got to improve its produce. For the price point, the produce should be incredible. It's not. I've tried many times to buy different things and it's usually ok, and sometimes, less than ok. So I find there's things I really like at this store but if I also need to pick up some produce I'll head somewhere else. I really hope to see the produce situation improve because I'd love to shop there more! read more

Not sure what is going on in the dairy department, but five of the last 10 half gallons of Clover I've purchased has gone bad far before the expiration date. When you're throwing out a half gallon of milk after 3 days it's kind of a joke. read more

I love the nugget but their juice bar needs to hire better people. The guy who makes the smoothies is amazing. He is respectful and caring. Today Saturday afternoon unfortunately he wasn't there. Instead they had two young girls which the cashier was rude by ignoring us while we were waiting in line. She was having a personal conversation with a another employee who was in front of us. On top of being ignored when it was our turn to order she walked away to fix a drink I hope. Then after she took our order I noticed the other lady placed my cup almost all filled with ice. To which I asked her to use less ice please. To which they said it will be watery. Well I said it's okay is supposed to have other ingredients not mostly ice. I even paid extra for adds ons. Well, after one of them removed some ice, the cashier lady aggressively threw in the ice in the blender as a sign of anger. This aggressive behavior shouldn't happen just because I asked to have less ice. Please managers be aware to this ride employee. That behavior gave us an aweful impression. On top of it the smoothie had no flavor tasted like blended ice. So I promised myself not to buy any smoothies from them anymore. Just make my own at home. Made with love and no hate. read more

The selection in the store is great, but last night I was waiting for the guy with the long black pony tail to check me out, I had 2 items. The man in front of me checked out and continued to talk to the courtesy clerk ahem, about high school track or something. Now its my turn to check out two items and the clerk with the long black pony tail, TURNS HIS BACK FROM ME TO LISTEN TO TJIS HIGH SCHOOL TRACK CONVERSATION! I waited for him to ring me out, and I waited a few more minutes. When I realized he was deliberately ignoring me, I said to him I have two items. Oh yeah I know. Was his response. Up to then help as been great, but if youre a woman maybe? Avoid him. read more

Veronika in the floral department was amazing! She put together a beautiful arrangement for me in record time, definitely will recommend

Went today on my limited lunch to get a sandwhich and some pasta salad to eat, I proceeded to go order a sandwhich from the counter and patiently wait( 7-8 mins before I was even acknowledged) to order a sandwhich, I was told it would be 10 mins before it was ready no big deal, I get my bulk pasta and wait to the side and doom scroll away on my phone. Several minutes go by that the timer for my lunch goes off I'm now late, I proceed to head to the sandwhich counter to ask about the sandwhich again I was not acknowledged all the while the employees gossiped about another employees personal life (all of which I needed not to hear about) was told it would be another 10-15 mins as they could not find my sandwhich order slip. Turned around and walked out feeling as if I had just been ignored like the odd person out at the water cooler. read more

I used to drive from Granite Bay to Nugget on Pleasant Grove because it had the best bread, vegetables, meat, and knowledgeable people. The new Granite Bay store is out of bread half the time, vegetables are average at best and staff is not knowledgeable about anything. Meat department is still great. I used to be able to ask produce people a question and get a great knowledgeable answer. Now they know about as much about vegetables as someone working at Home Depot. Hope this is just because it has new staff and management. Don't really understand why you have such a great store in West Roseville and basically a loser in Granite Bay. read more

Since the new nugget opened in Granite Bay, we've been shopping there every week. We are very satisfied with the quality of food, the quality of service and the employee team that make us keep coming back when we both lived in Rockland we shopped at the nugget that was in Roseville and also had great expenses there. I'm so happy that the nugget is here and Granite Bay and we're able to shop there. Thank you everybody that works there. BEST GROCERY STORE ANYWHERE! Amazing selection of produce - especially organic! Their entire store has amazing selections...I love Nugget!

My favorite grocery store! They serve great breakfast, lunch and dinner options. We needed a store like this in our neighborhood. People may not know you can call in order whole pizza to go. There is an online menu. About 25 per pizza one size. read more

The phone service is amazing (Costco is horrible). I called for a product, was connected to the right department and she offered to hold the items for me. I came into the new Nugget in Granite Bay which is a quick 2 minute drive from my work and I was in AWE. Everything was aesthetically displayed and organized. I would love to give a shoutout to the sandwich making department. Jershawn greeted myself and my coworker with a smile and took our sandwich order. We loved that she clarified items we were unfamiliar with. Very personable. It made for a good experience. Looking forward to coming back tomorrow! Alicia and the checkout was also super awesome and sweet! Great job Nugget!! read more

This is a nice store, great ambiance but very expensive. Many of the items that were on sale were out of stock so that was frustrating.

We we're hoping for a store like nugget to arrive in GB for 29 years. what a disappointment with the quality and price of produce. Broccoli was inedible. Blueberries; no taste whatsoever. Walmart produce is superior at 1/2 the price. why? read more

Ok the experience is just terrible, I visit this place like every week since they opened and I think the store try really hard to make the employees at check out nice, but this one lady made it downhill. How can someone be so bossy not allowing their customer walk their cart through the check-out lane (which is how every store supposed to work). This lady had the nerve to say that the cart has to go through her side even when all products has already been scanned by her on the register. Lady, I know this not the norm of the store since I have been there countless times and no one has ever treated customers like that. I will stop visiting this place. I can find cheaper priced items anyways. read more

What a wonderful experience. Beautiful produce, friendly and knowledgeable staff, delicious food. My favorite is the cheese bar

This review is in regards to the premade cold food you take home and reheat. My wife and I grabbed pancetta Brussels sprouts, bbq ribs, and mashed potatoes. The Brussel sprouts were inedible and tasted like bad fish, my wife and I each ate one and threw the rest away. The ribs were not bbq but some kind of nasty overly seasoned ancho chile tasting garbage. We ate as much as we could because that was our dinner and we needed to eat something but they were terrible, my wife covered them in bbq sauce, I added salsa since they were already seasoned like Mexican food but they were still hard to eat. Don't call it bbq ribs if you're going to put some nasty taco seasoning dry rub on it, THATS NOT BBQ!! Lastly is the mashed potatoes, how could you mess up mashed potatoes right? Straight out of a box, I swear to you the mashed potatoes were straight out of a box of instant mashed potatoes, you can not convince me otherwise. So don't eat the prepared food unless you want to pay restaurant prices for trash. You could get better food at chilis for less even if you added drinks read more

My wife and I are now buying all our meats and veggies at Nugget, the quality is always far superior to Raleys or Safeway.

I went there right after their grand opening. It is a beautiful store, well organized, very clean. The staff all so friendly and helpful. I had heard their meat was good quality so I bought a bone-in steak for my husband ($27.00) and filet mignon for myself. They were so superior to any of the steaks at the local markets. Top restaurant quality. The store does have high prices but they also have sales. I'm going to try their fish next. Barb H read more
