I visit this location regularly and this is one of the better Jamba locations in the area!! The staff is super friendly and they have great customer service even if it is packed or empty and I really like how clean they consistently keep the inside and outside of the store!! Great place to bring kids or family very spacious location and they have a patio in the back as well. The bowls and smoothies always are on point and they always are offering promotions or new items!! Fia and Annalise always help me out when I visit and they are great workers who are always in high spirits and make the visits here very enjoyable with their great customer service!! I ordered the Matcha Green Tea Blast. I asked for Oatmilk instead of soy milk.. comes with vanilla frozen yogurt but I didn't want that as its 56 grams of sugar. I said no to the fat free vanilla frozen yogurt, just give me the oatmilk, with the matcha green tea and that's it! I love matcha green tea drinks and anything else made with it.. I had also added an energy boost with my drink. It tasted amazing that the flavor still tasted like there still was vanilla frozen yogurt added. Filled up my bowl only 1/4 of the way... when I asked she said their normally that full. I have never received a bowl from here that isn't 90% smoothie 10% toppings. Making drinks out of order. Their making the walk in drinks and the online order are just sitting there. Requested a refund after waiting 20 minutes.Paige tells me they only have two people and that's causing the delay. I let her know the delay was making the drinks out of order​ Paige tells me I have to get the refund online. I asked her to show me how to cancel it she has no clue. Her non customer serving coworker said to call the 800 number. I went in ordered this morning i didn't wait to long till I got my drinks and and I saw this (photo for reference) and I asked her why , she told me "sorry it just happens sometimes" I felt disrespected because I know that in order to make drinks you measure your product to make it fit for the size cup. Jamba is pretty good considering it is a thinly veiled sugar vendor. Sure... its made of real fruit but somehow I dint feel like its "natural" to ingest 5 cups of strawberries in 10 minutes.. I wonder if my insulin response agrees with me... I do however enjoy some liquid lawn mower juice called wheat grass. Sure... its a bit pricey at 2.50 for a 2 oz shot, but rest assured you will get your moneys worth watching the poor working class fella behind the counter grind away to bring you your aforementioned green potion. This is especially entertaining if the workers are "slammed" and panicked running around trying keep the wave of sugar craving customers from turning into a mob. Maybe it's all in my head, but I swear it makes me feel better. I like the other offerings as well... Razzmatazz, Strawberries Wild - it's all good! Jamba's new breakfast wraps: not so much. The guy behind the counter took this premade thing - I chose spinach, cheese and egg, threw it in a microwave and then once it was sufficiently zapped, put it in a small brown paper bag - it wasn't even wrapped in waxed paper or some other suitable food wrap. Not impressive presentation. Then I got it back to my office to eat and, eh, well... not good. I think it may have been over microwaved as the edges of the wrap were kind of tough. It just wasn't very good. It was inexpensive enough - I think it was about $3, but I'm still not sure if I'd buy one again. We stopped into this Jamba Juice right around 8 o'clock on a Monday morning only to learn that they didn't have any oatmeal ready. They said it was a very busy morning and they had yet set it up yet, and if I wanted to wait 15 to 20 minutes, they would make it work. No, I'm sorry I don't have 20 minutes to wait on a Monday morning when I'm trying to get my four-year-old daughter to school. Had their staff arrived on time and set things up according to spec, perhaps her little belly would be having some oatmeal right now. But she doesn't have any oatmeal right now, because their employees don't care about their job. And the audacity to tell me that I can wait 20 minutes on a Monday morning is beyond laughable. The salads are to die for & this Jamba also has frozen yogurt. Of all of the Jamba's this one is the best all around.
