Two stars today. Great service! ...but your manager needs to work on training the team in how to clean, and how to use cleaning and sanitizing products to actually clean and sanitize. A good rule of thumb is "a dirty front of the house translates to an even dirtier back of the house". So, as I sit here at one of the tables, I'm noticing a gummy build up dirty, oils and not really sanitized surface. Same for the chairs and floors. Guys... good training and maintenance practices can turn this around! Get with your cleaning chemicals supplier and ask for training. And who ever is Food Safe Certified at your store, needs to review the training manual. Really... these table tops are gross. I invite any patron to come in, and run your dry hand across a table and feel the sticky, gummy surface. People, I know you can turn this around! This has to be the best Starbucks ever I used to live super close to it, but since moving to West Roseville. I still come here. I mainly use the drive-through. The folks are really on top of their game and super friendly. It's rare that they ever get my order wrong. The facility itself is very clean and cute. Not all Starbucks are same. Ordered an iced latte with almond milk. They gave me 2 percent or some sort of dairy milk. I couldn't figure out why my drink tasted funny at first. It had this odd taste, and then I realized. I have a dairy sensitivity, so this was highly disappointing. But get this, not only did they not give me almond milk but it was spoiled! It smelled disgusting and tasted so gross. I thought it was just me but my husband noticed the same and told me not to drink it. I would've gone back for a remake but I've done that before when they made my drink iced instead of hot and they just steamed it... so gross. This place is a hit or miss. Haven't been to the SB on Lonetree Blvd in a minute and since I was in the area and needed an afternoon pick me up, I thought I'd give it a go. Because of the recent shit downs our misguided governor has implemented again, the interior of the business was closed and only drive-thru was available. This caused a huge line to form and when I pulled up I was at least the 10th or 11th vehicle in the line. The drive-thru line wrapped around the business to the main entrance. Since I had time to kill. It wasn't that big of a deal to me, but I watched many vehicles leave or turn away from the SB because of the line. I just placed a mobile order and waited until my turn. I took me approximately 15-20 to get up to the window and my order was waiting for me. Pretty painless process except for the wait. If you're a customer with no patience, you'd have a hard time waiting, but if you don't mind the wait the afternoon line at the Lonetree SB is your go-to spot for an afternoon pick me up. read more

Until my last visit I would've given you a 5 star rating. We have had the best baristas until the last time...Think one was named Trish And the guys were always great at the window too. We always order Chai tea lattes iced little to no ice and extra chai and it has turned out so watered down. We drive up to the window, in two second our chai was ready, and it was made it very fast and it was like they don't care. We ask them to make it again and it still tasted really bad. This is my favorite Starbucks location in the Roseville/Rocklin area! The line always moves super quick and the staff is always friendly and kind. My drinks are also always made right and consistent. One of the guys who works here has my order memorized which makes me feel so special too! Love that he always remembers it. My one wish, and reason for subtracting one star, is that this location would set up a table for mobile orders! Some locations are allowing this option for mobile orders during the COVID 19 pandemic "lockdown" so that customers don't have to wait in the drive thru line for their mobile orders. I've had to go to another Starbucks near my house for mobile orders due to the lockdown, but if this location started the outdoor table option this it would be my go-to location again! I unfortunately don't always have time to wait in the drive thru on my way to work so having the option to mobile order and not wait in line is a must for me. read more

Worse Starbucks in the area. Went today 9/20/2024 @4:15pm ish and was greeted by the worse set of baristas I've ever met. Came in and greeted everyone and was ignored. We thought maybe nobody heard us so we moved closer. Got to the register and made eye contact with the cashier and said hello to her and all she said was "what can I get you?". Rude... So even after being ignored twice already, we still decided to be kind. Another barista (pretty sure it was a manager bc I always see her there) put my drink on the counter, so I walked up and said thank you and to my surprise, the girl ignored me again. It was not busy, literally only two other customers were in there and no line in the drive through. We thought the place wasn't even open... So did we interrupt your free time and you were mad? Long story short if you can't be kind to customers, don't work somewhere where you have to deal with people all the time. Hopefully this is an insight as to why people don't tip and treat retail workers kindly. You give the rest of us retail workers a bad reputation with your bad attitudes. We recently moved and our house didn't yet have internet and since I work from home, I was recently in some desperate need of internet so I ran to the one place I can always count on for internet access: Starbucks. I was a little concerned because it is fairly small from the outside, but when I got inside there were plenty of seats, and it wasn't very crowded at all. This Starbucks was clean, the employees were friendly, my drink came out correctly, and the bathrooms were also clean. The internet was fast and I was able to get all the work I needed to get done in about an hour. It's the closest starbucks to me and so I'm super excited to have found this spot. I truly feel like it's a hidden little gem since it's so small from the outside. I'm sure that it's busier in the mornings, but in the early evening it was the perfect quiet spot to work. read more

I came here today on the way to start training for my new job right away when I came in I received a very warm friendly greeting and I placed my order. The gentleman working. The cash register was very friendly made my interaction very nice smiled and had a very good attitude, this is a very clean establishment. Very nice atmosphere very warm very comfortable. This establishment is very conveniently located in the same shopping center as Hobby lobby, dollar tree grocery outlet. It's very convenient to have this location right here if you're running your errands and you need your coffee. It's right here today I decided to get a Venti white mocha extra hot And a butter croissant warmed. I was very surprised how fast my order was done I didn't even have to wait five minutes. It was amazing how fast they made my drink and made my croissant. I was really happy with how speedy the employees work at this location. Very happy with the service I received today they don't just have coffee they have refreshers. They have caffeine free Frappuccino's, which a lot of people I know kids really enjoy, and it's a very nice choice. They also have several different food items to choose from chocolate croissants snowman cookies, which is one of my favorites and they even have breakfast sandwiches that you could order warmed up. They definitely have something for everybody. I highly recommend this establishment for anybody who is a big coffee lover like myself very clean establishment. Very clean parking lot very clean drive-through very clean and great drinks. I always come to this Starbucks. However going through drive-thru on today ordering 5 drinks, for my co-workers and myself. Upon arrival back to work I couldn't help to notice that the green frap had made a small puddle in my car. I actually thought it spilt due to being to full. I whipped it down and cleaned it out of my car. Once again it has made another puddle after being whipped down. I drove it back to the Starbucks on Lonetree Blvd, Rocklin, CA explaining to them what had happened. Got back to the office with the replacement and what do you know another disappointment. Noticed this time it was full of foam and did NOT taste a bit like green tea frap the whip was also foamy. My co-worker indicated that from the looks of it they may have reused the previous drink into the new blend. I am disappointed by this. I would normally grade this by giving five stars. We got iced coffee in the drive thru. The wait was a little long but that's not a big deal. When the barista brought us the iced coffee, he said there was a hole in the cup so the double cupped it. He was nice and apologized for the wait time. Well when we drove away and got a little down the road, we noticed the coffee started spilling; because it was flowing from the cup that had the hole into the second cup that didn't have the hole, and flowing over the top. My question is, why wouldn't they just give us a new cup rather than double cupping it?? Any who, when I went back inside to tell them it was spilling, the cashier was sweet and said she would fix it. However the barista behind her (female with short hair and wearing a beanie) rudely grabbed the iced coffee from her, dumped it in a new cup (which, you should've done that in the first place) then walked away without adding more coffee, ice, or putting a lid on it. Didn't say sorry. Didn't say anything. The cashier who started to help me went and topped it off with more coffee for me and apologized. Thank you to that sweet girl! Coming from a Coffee Fanatic, this is by far the best Starbucks in Rocklin. It's near all the shopping centers, it's very fast and the atmosphere is just so homey. I usually try to get my morning Starbucks once or twice a day. Always fast in the mornings, and very good customer service when I get back at night. But the reason I put 4 stars instead of 5 was because I think the snacks(cookies, muffins ect.) are a bit overpriced. read more

This location is great because it's got both the in store and drive-thru portion. The location makes it a very good place to get your daily coffee fix because it's not too crowded here. In addition, there's plenty of parking nearby. I've visited this location a couple times before, but today's visit stood out the most. There was about 5 cars in the drive-thru line so we decided to go inside the store. There was no line & there were many people sitting outside studying & enjoying the day. We were automatically greeted by the cashier & after placing our orders, we received our orders quickly within a couple of minutes. I appreciate the staff filling our orders quickly, accurately & were so polite. Crossing my fingers! This location is so far, so good!! I get my drink in a timely manner and it has always tasted great. Whether I park inside or go through drive thru, never really a long wait. Okay, mind you, I usually frequent this location between 11:00 am - 2:00 pm. However, I went to the Starbucks on Sunset around noon last Monday, and I waited an excruciating long amount of time in the drive thru. It was so long in fact, the lady two cars ahead of me kept exiting her SUV (three times) to tend to her infant in the backseat. That's crazy! In the future, I will just come to this location! Rockstar location! I've placed 3 mobile orders this week and all of them were correct and on time. Even if I have to wait in line, never had an issue with my drinks or the staff. This location is always CRAZY busy too because it's in the middle of a strip mall and there are 3 charter schools down the lot as well but that doesn't affect this friendly crew and I find that so awesome when I'm trying to wake up for work.
