Not sure if they understood me but I ordered the same drink, just this location is different from the last place I went. I was craving my green tea matcha blast smoothie. I told this register worker that I wanted oat milk, no soy, to add energy boost, no vanilla frozen yogurt & to make it a medium size. My daughter's drink I ordered her a mango a go go small with vitamin boost. I was a bit unhappy to see my drink look watery and the flavor of it was flat and bland. Not like what I had at the other jamba juice that I visited when I went to Rocklin location few days back. Didn't taste horrible but it was something I could of made myself at home and pay less of. (( UPDATE 3.3.2022 )) So.. I realize after returning to the Jamba Juice in Rocklin that they added frozen oatmilk dessert instead of just "OAT MILK" to make the smoothie. Although, I did wish this location would of done the same in suggestions as the one in Rocklin did since they knew it would taste bland in flavor & gave me an alternative for the drink. read more

Refreshing Whirld Famous smoothies! This location is where I frequent the most to get my Jamba fix. They keep it real with their delicious juices, smoothies, shots and smoothie bowls! Mmm, so good and refreshing. My absolute favorite is the Razzmatazz Smoothie with its simple ingredients that include bananas, strawberries, raspberry juice, orange sherbet, and crushed ice. The gals here are usually friendly and they work fast. This location gets busy. If you feel their products are on the pricey side it's because they are expensive to make. The drinks come in 16-, 24-, and 32-ounce sizes and I think the large size is $7 (they usually give you the spiel "for 50-cents more would you like to make that into a large?"). Their prices are high for a reason so if you can get those Jamba BOGO fundraising cards you get a great deal. I always purchase those cards whenever someone is selling them. For $10 you get six Buy one, Get one free promo that's good for any size smoothie. My teen and I love teaming up on this deal. This Jamba location is at the Creekside Town Center across from the Roseville Westfield Galleria. Update! I just had a conversation with the General Manager Sage, she deeply apologized for yesterday problem. She said the Shift Lead was mistaken about the refund and has since been informed the correct way to do refunds. Sage said the refund should be in my account in a couple of days. She then said she emailed a me coupon for my next order as part of the apology. I am glad to have this issue resolved, especially with in 24 hours. I am Jamba Juice have General Managers like Sage to resolve problems like this very quickly I placed an order for two Vegan Pumpkin Smoothie on Jamba Juice App. When I arrived the employee said they were out of the Frozen Oat Milk. I asked for a refund, but the employee said she couldn't give a refund. I asked why? She said her manager changed the password and she was unable to give me a refund. Employee said give me your information and I will pass it to her manager. Then she said it will take up to two weeks to get my refund once the manager puts it in the computer. This is unacceptable not to be able to refund a purchase when order was not completed due to their errors. Their employees need to be able to give refunds to customers on problematic orders when they order using Jamba Juice App. Now for the employee, Catalina McMaster, was very polite and professional. She said her hands were tied and there was nothing she could do. Plus she couldn't get in touch with her manager which is a must when problems like mine happen. read more

I haven't been in to a Jamba juice in about 9 years, but was hungry and had hurt my mouth recently so it sounded yummy. Walked in and saw the kiosk to order, but I stood there looking confused at how to use it, and was immediately greeted by Julian, who told me that if I had any questions about the kiosk to let him know. I asked if I could only use the kiosk to order through, and he said "no" and with a very friendly smile, led me to the main register. I asked him about a couple drinks as far as their tastes and he gave me really good recommendations and told me that if I didn't like it, he would remake it for me. So I went with the new pumpkin coffee drink and it was really YUMMY!!! But my reason for writing a review was to thank Julian for the amazing customer service. It seems like everything these days is done via computer and Julian's kindness and hospitality was really a big breath of fresh air! I'm a Apples N Greens kinda girl but I've pretty much tried them all and yes you really can't go wrong ... well to enjoy you must be a smoothie type of person but it always beat chopping down a burger ... The employees at this location is very helpful in helping to customize your order, add whatever free shots and off some other tasty snacks! Smoothies are great for people who don't like eating veggies , don't have the time to cook, or you just want to intake something good other than junk food.., making them at home is great you can add whatever ingredients and have plenty to share... Highly recommend this location and definitely you need to try the Apples N Greens .. read more

There's really nothing surprising there. The people are nice and helpful. $10 seems crazy for a drink, but it was refreshing on a hot day.

Nice Jamba Juice location. The staff were fairly helpful. They serve "tasting samples" of snacks every 30 minutes of so, for things like pretzels. The inside is kept clean. I had purchased a tumbler under a promotion and was told I would get an ongoing discount of 20 % each time I brought in the tumbler. When I brought it back the employee said there was no such thing but filled my tumbler up with excess juice. The next time I came back I didn't bring the tumbler in but asked and the employee said there was an ongoing 20% discount. I was excited so I brought the tumbler back 2 days after. The employee was different again and denied there was a discount and was rude when I tried to explain to her that I was there 2 days ago and told something different. Thank you so much for being open!! Jamba Juice is awesome because I love their smoothies; especially when it is super hot and dry outside. I love that they not only have smoothies but, they have protein bowls, pastry items, regular drinks in the refrigerated section and freshly squeezed drinks too. They also feature a small children's menu and a secret menu too which features smoothies that you thought were discontinued. I love this particular location because they didn't close during the pandemic (although they do limit the amount of people coming into the shop for social distancing). Also seasonal drinks are available as well. My favorite drink during the summertime is the Summer BlackBerry Jamba which is made with blackberry pear juice, coconut milk (which is a dairy free milk alternative ) and pineapple; omg amazing; the watermelon breeze smoothie is equally as delicious. Quick tip; only five people are allowed in the shop at one time so be aware. Anyone who enters the shop past that capacity will be kindly asked to wait outside. Gave me a sample and she offered breakfast items Aloud which encouraged me to buy one. (Good salesman) and she just made me want to have a good day. It would be nice to walk into an establishment and feel welcomed. The young staff there at the registers seemed less than happy to help us. Leaning on the registers with no enthusiasm to see customers walk in the door. You want your customers to feel like we they're not a bother. You might need to work with your staff. It felt rude and like I didn't want to be anywhere near that place. They got our order wrong and we didn't want to have it fixed so we didn't have to encounter the "customer service" again. read more

I was having one of those mornings where nothing was going right. Decided to get a smoothie before getting my nails done. I ordered one of my favorite drinks, but something didn't taste right about it. The young lady working remade it with no hesitation (I'm not sure of her name :( she had a lot of pins and a pink breast cancer ribbon on her hat). It tasted better and I was content! On my way out, it slipped and accidentally dropped out of my hand and exploded everywhere. The young lady remade it once more for me! We offered to clean it with hot water and she said not to worry about it she will take care of it. I felt so bad!! Thank you to her for the great customer service and patience. This location is always busy. The service at this Jamba Juice is cordial and quick. This Jamaba Juice is well run. Staff remains friendly and do their best to acknowledge everyone. Quality of beverages are never compromised, and consistent. I come back, but Jamba Juice can get pricey. read more

Update: I received an email from the general manager less than 24 hours after I wrote this review. He was extremely apologetic, and explained that the cashier did check ID and it matched the card. Jamba Juice is not responsible for the credit theft, therefore I retract my original review. I give them five stars for their quick response time and willingness to help! Original review: I highly suggest requiring your cashiers to check ID when people are using credit cards-- especially if they're buying $100 gift cards. Someone stole my boyfriend's credit card information and made a credit card. They went to this Jamba Juice location and purchased a $100 gift card today (11/13/2017). They went to Nordstrom Rack and tried to purchase a $200 gift card, but was denied. They went back to Jamba Juice and tried to purchase a $200 gift card, and was denied. Ordered an orange a peel. Saw them about to put a lid on it and noticed that the color of the smoothie was way too light. I was certain it was an orange dream machine which I'm not very fond of. When my name was called, it was reiterated to me that it was an orange a peel but my first sip confirmed it was definitely an orange dream machine.
