Ordered Vanilla Bean Frapp, double blended and no whip cream but they ended up putting it anyway. No worries, they acknowledged the mistake and said they will remake it for us. They even had us keep the wrong order with us. Staff were very nice and apologetic so no harm done. All in all, a good day to be had. read more

The warm reception from the friendly server who even laughed at a dad joke was priceless. The staff was swift in preparing the drink order, which was a delight. The sitting area was calm and not crowded, allowing for a peaceful conversation, a rare treat these days. As for the food, Starbucks is a matter of personal taste. I've been to locations throughout the US and in five other countries. This is the noisiest location I've been in. The acoustics are awful. In addition they charged for a large Pike though I ordered and received a small. read more

I really appreciated. How kind of barista was, I ended up mobile ordering, and my drink was out really quickly. They greeted me even in the midst of it being busy and told me to have a nice day. As someone who wasn't having a great day and their fast service, good drinks, and Overall hospitality, and seeing me as a customer/person was great. I'll definitely be coming back , it really uplifted my mood and I felt appreciated. Thank you guys! read more

Waited a long time to get my drink about 30 minutes when they have two registers and only one is being used. I get this is a very popular business but hiring one more person or two can make a difference since they are close to businesses which employees can only take an hour break not to be spent half that time standing by waiting for their drinks. The baristas are ok but one stood out for her kindness and amazing personality like you wish business had people again. Sadly didn't get her name but she was making drinks standing by the pick up area. The cashier lady, she is so sweet but she didn't ask what size I wanted my drink and just chose by herself and also didn't asked if I wanted hot or cold so I got a cold drink on a semi cold day heck we all wearing sweaters even a jacket Drink was delicious but just add more staff and waiting time as well as make sure size and temperature is what the paying customer wants to have. My ice espresso tasted really bad here, i did asked for add-on extra salted caramel foam but it did not taste the salted foam at all. I asked them it did not taste the same as i always order the same drinks, but they kept ensure that they did. At this point, I hope they could remake it for me because i literally had to throw this drink anyways, it was too bitten for me w/o the foam. Hope they could do better with customer services. read more

I visited this Starbucks for the first time, and unfortunately it was a really disappointing experience. I typically have always had a great experience and every location I've gone to but this one really was not the one for me. The barista making my drink (Lexi, blonde) completely walked away in the middle of preparing it-she was dripping the drink down her hand, then stopped to go chat with her family members and introduce them to the staff. Meanwhile, my drink sat unattended. I got asked if I was waiting for an online order when clearly I had been there long enough and if there is no awareness about the customers coming into your store especially when it's slow it leads me to believe that customer service is not being valued. There were plenty of staff working (at least 5) and only one other customer waiting, but nobody seemed focused on finishing my order. After several minutes, someone else eventually picked it up and finished it, but by then the drink was watered down and not worth the wait. I usually enjoy Starbucks, but this location really dropped the ball. read more

I'm not surprised of the service they didn't offer. I walked in and literally waited five minutes, the young lady in Red hair helped the white couple that walked in behind me and I was totally ignored like if I wasn't there, I even said hello. I wasn't even acknowledged. I'm not only highly offended but I walked out. What happened to the happy kind good morning greeting that you normally get when you walk into Starbucks? It's cool. After writing about the worst SB in the world, I just have to give a shout out to the best SB in the world, or at least my world. I come here almost every Saturday. I have received consistent good friendly service. ALL of the people here are so nice and attentive! I don't think I have ever had a less than fantastic service after 50+ check-ins. The place is generally pretty clean including the condiment station. They don't run out of stuff. The one or two occassions they did, she went and double checked their back stock before telling me no on one and yes another time. They also have the best coffee around. Mind you I just get the pike but I always take my first sip and say to myself, "That is GOOD coffee!" I wish this one was closer to home but never hesitate coming when I am here. read more

So. I had just gotten out of the Emergency Room from getting hit by a car. I wanted a drink, so I went in to order my drink. Greeted with smiles but then immediately let down. On the sign it said $1.00 for the rainbow straw. I asked for it and the woman at the counter (Haley) said "oh, it's $3.00" and then I showed her where is say $1.00 and asked " so you don't have to honor what you advertised?" And she said no. I still bought my straw cause I missed out on the cups, I was extremely upset on how the facial reactions and comment after was. The woman behind me commented and told me "You should get in contact with corporate, cause it's advertised as $1.00, you should get what they advertised!" And she ended up not even getting a drink. I will NOT be returning. So sad. read more

This is the location I go to closest to my office. Today I decided to try out my new reusable cup I got for my birthday! Super excited! Went in to find the normal crowd waiting for their orders but surprisingly there was no line to order, yay! When I walked up to the cashier to order my usual tuxedo mocha w/whip, I was asked the size. Since it was my 1st time using the cup, I thought I was only able to order a Tall, as I had noticed a line inside marking it so. The cashier informed me that I could order a grande which would fill up the entire cup. Well shoot, I'm going for the full cup!! Got my order and was a bit disappointed that they were out of stoppers (my fav thing they've invented for their drinks!), but was given stickers to cover my 3 drink order for the office. Don't want any spills on the way back!! Upon returning to my office, I was a bit disappointed to see my cup wasn't actually filled to the top. =( I've heard before it's because they leave room for the whip, but I feel like I got a rip off! When I opened my cup, I saw my beverage, 'melted' whip & all was barely over the Tall line in the cup. & I pay how much more than a tall for a grande? Looks like I'll be ordering Talls from now on. Lesson learned. On a side note: Service here is typically good, if not great. Today was no exception. read more

I just got to say how horrible the customer service today was. Usually I get the best service and everyone knows my name when I walk in but dang this guy was rude. I purchase my drink as usual I get the shots of blonde expresso in venti cup with light ice and pay the $0.70 cents to fill my cup up with breve(half&half). But today he filled my cup up half way and said if you want the milk to the top you need to order a latte? Like what???? I paid $.70 to filll cup up. Before the half and half was always free. And what you want to charge me extra $2 to $3 for a drink name? It sad how low some employees get over a cup of half and half. Why even add a cup size if Starbucks employees don't know what it stands for? I'm just so mad if I had the time to stand and tell him I would but my shift starts at 6:45. read more

Nice to know that Starbucks Employees can come on Yelp and talk to reviewers like this over a straw. For one if she was an entry level employee who doesn't have the power to change prices why did she then go over to the board and re write $1 straw to $3. Seems to me like she had all the power in the world. 2nd off the review wasn't that serious to begin with. She was just stating that she was upset about being told she had to pay more than advertised. Will be contacting corporate about Haley and her wonderful customer service. Because again contacting people who make reviews on your store when you're NOT the owner or General Manager is unprofessional. And just in case you're wondering I was with Linnea at the store and Haley or whoever the cashier was was nice at the store but maybe now that she's not at work she decided to grow a pair. FYI I'll be in the store sometime soon to talk to a manager also. And let them know I'll be contacting corporate too. read more

Register/ front half was very friendly. The back off was slapping down coffees and yelling out names. This location is obnoxiously loud. Sorry to say the iced coffee was poorly made and barely drinkable. I don't expect great things from Starbucks but not even in the range of consistent mediocrity for this visit. Also, the heavily promoted cold brew, teased as brewed in small batches and served until it's gone was out at 10:30? Might be worth the consideration to make a few more small batches so it's still around past mid morning. Going to have to place this one on the list of locations to avoid in the future. They had all kinds of reserve coffees and the clover brew but not at all tempted in those if the basics cant't be done marginally well. read more

I went to this Starbucks location on a Saturday afternoon because I went to pick up some bagels next door at Noah's. Honestly, I didn't even know this location was here. There isn't any signs on the street, and it's hidden in the back of the parking lot in-between Noah's and the now defunct Fresh Market. (Which is now temporarily a Spirit Halloween Store) There is no drive thru at this location, but plenty of spots to eat at inside and a few tables outside. You have to admit; a Starbucks is a Starbucks is a Starbucks, but I actually kind of like how hidden this location is! There was no line when I came in, the employees were super friendly, and they still had a good selection of pastries at half past noon. I will definitely keep coming back to this location now that I know it's here and I drive by all the time! Especially since it's right next to a Noah's Bagels so very convenient. read more

This place is Great. Morning staff has got this running like a well oiled machine. As we all know the rush to get to work is in demand and so is our coffee (morning wake up call). I come here every morning on my way to work. The gals at the counter have my cup filled out and ready for the Barista. Most times my coffee is started before i pay. There isn't much difference between the Starbucks store as far as I can tell. Except merchandise and customer service. And this Starbucks has a Clover machine that takes forever, but pumps out great coffee and strong. Which says a lot because coffee doesn't normally effect me. Customer service here is exceptional which I normally expect from Starbucks and here they don't disappoint. I love that Jen knows my name! My favorite location by far! read more

Another shopping center, another Starbucks. This one is tucked away in between some smaller shops and the grocery store so it's a little harder to spot. Step inside though and you'll get that same mass-appeal caffeine fix that Starbucks is know for. I was mainly looking for a place to bust out some laptop work. Since coffee isn't usually my thing, I just got an iced tea. The barista was friendly and it was a slower time in the afternoon so I can't really speak to how they perform during peak hours. The tea came up quick and I grabbed a small table. Only slight downside was the quieter time of day meant it was easier to hear the chatty staff talking away behind the counter. A little distracting, but not that much so. I guess I'm just used to the quiet coffee shops in downtown Sac. I consider Starbucks locations in general to be one of the most inaccurately rated. The experience can vary so much from one visit to another. So take your chances and call it how you see it. In my case it worked out just fine. read more

The table seating (good for 2) against the wall each had its own wall socket where you can plug in to charge your electronics. My Oreo Berry smoothie was refreshing and yummy. The boba had a good consistency and chewy except they were a bit hard. Not sure if they were undercooked or if it has been left to sit too long after cooking. I was honestly so excited to go to this place. This coffee bar is actually quite hidden, as they are located right behind the Village General Store on Vernon. There's quite a bit of parking when the storefront is closed, so you wouldn't even expect a wait at all. They have such a spacious patio as well (if you want to sit down and have a good time chatting it up with your other friends), and such big space to wait if you don't want the patio. I got one of their oatmeal cookies as well as their Matcha lattes. What I didn't know was that their oatmeal cookies were gluten free, and they were sourced and made locally by artisans here in Roseville. They also used quite premium-grade matcha that made it taste really good with the whole milk they mixed in eventually. The ambiance and the hospitality was one of the best out there, and I can't wait to be back the next time I'm in Sacramento!
