The warm reception from the friendly server who even laughed at a dad joke was priceless. The staff was swift in preparing the drink order, which was a delight. The sitting area was calm and not crowded, allowing for a peaceful conversation, a rare treat these days. As for the food, Starbucks is a matter of personal taste. While I didn't have a sip of the frap, my mother-in-law enjoyed it so much she could've downed the entire venti in one go. Why not give it a try and discover the experience for yourself?

    Wasn't ask size or temperature

Waited a long time to get my drink about 30 minutes when they have two registers and only one is being used. I get this is a very popular business but hiring one more person or two can make a difference since they are close to businesses which employees can only take an hour break not to be spent half that time standing by waiting for their drinks. The baristas are ok but one stood out for her kindness and amazing personality like you wish business had people again. Sadly didn't get her name but she was making drinks standing by the pick up area. The cashier lady, she is so sweet but she didn't ask what size I wanted my drink and just chose by herself and also didn't asked if I wanted hot or cold so I got a cold drink on a semi cold day heck we all wearing sweaters even a jacket Drink was delicious but just add more staff and waiting time as well as make sure size and temperature is what the paying customer wants to have. Overall drink was delicious

The best service I've ever had at a Starbucks! The baristas were so kind. I think it was Tori or Lori that helped me out and she was amazing!!

Jay and Jo knew exactly how to accommodate my request for matcha

Jay and Jo are amazing baristas and truly help their customers. Even for the smallest request they were so personable!! Thank you for making me feel so much better after a long day

I don't just leave a review for a establishment let alone TWO!!! Super duper mega HUGE shoutout to *BECCA* !!! She is absolutely such an amazing worker! I think she knows every customers' names! And I made it to that list so, yayy!!! I saw her hustle hard when the store got so busy but stayed calm and still addressed the customers and thanked them for their patience! Stay awesome, Becca

After writing about the worst SB in the world, I just have to give a shout out to the best SB in the world, or at least my world. I come here almost every Saturday. I have received consistent good friendly service. ALL of the people here are so nice and attentive! I don't think I have ever had a less than fantastic service after 50+ check-ins. The place is generally pretty clean including the condiment station. They don't run out of stuff. The one or two occassions they did, she went and double checked their back stock before telling me no on one and yes another time. They also have the best coffee around. Mind you I just get the pike but I always take my first sip and say to myself, "That is GOOD coffee!" I wish this one was closer to home but never hesitate coming when I am here.

For the Starbucks in Roseville...they have excellent customer service now!

Great customer service at the Roseville location at Douglas Blvd. No drive they though.

So. I had just gotten out of the Emergency Room from getting hit by a car. I wanted a drink, so I went in to order my drink. Greeted with smiles but then immediately let down. On the sign it said $1.00 for the rainbow straw. I asked for it and the woman at the counter (Haley) said "oh, it's $3.00" and then I showed her where is say $1.00 and asked " so you don't have to honor what you advertised?" And she said no. I still bought my straw cause I missed out on the cups, I was extremely upset on how the facial reactions and comment after was. The woman behind me commented and told me "You should get in contact with corporate, cause it's advertised as $1.00, you should get what they advertised!" And she ended up not even getting a drink. I will NOT be returning. So sad.

They didn't load it up with ice like most do. Overall, would go back but probably wouldn't crave it too often. It's more creamier than it is fruity which I don't always lean towards. Also, not as strong caffeine wise. The service itself was fine. I do agree with the other reviews about the staffs attitude. The girl who took my order was kind and made our pup cup from scratch but as a whole, it feels like they took the girls who worked at Brandy Melville and placed them here instead.

I'll be honest, the Ethiopian I started with wasn't really showing how I expected. It felt a little muted and flat to me. But here's where it flipped, he actually checked back in, asked what I thought, and instead of brushing it off, he was like "yeah... you're right." That alone tells you a lot. He pivoted and brewed up a Mexican that absolutely slapped. Clean, expressive, way more dialed. From there we just geeked out for a bit talking single origins, roasting approaches, equipment, all of it. That level of awareness and willingness to adjust in real time is rare, and it's what makes a place worth coming back to. I'm really interested to see how he continues to shape the program here. This feels like a shop that's still evolving in a good way.

I was honestly so excited to go to this place. This coffee bar is actually quite hidden, as they are located right behind the Village General Store on Vernon. There's quite a bit of parking when the storefront is closed, so you wouldn't even expect a wait at all. They have such a spacious patio as well (if you want to sit down and have a good time chatting it up with your other friends), and such big space to wait if you don't want the patio. I got one of their oatmeal cookies as well as their Matcha lattes. What I didn't know was that their oatmeal cookies were gluten free, and they were sourced and made locally by artisans here in Roseville. They also used quite premium-grade matcha that made it taste really good with the whole milk they mixed in eventually. The ambiance and the hospitality was one of the best out there, and I can't wait to be back the next time I'm in Sacramento!

Now, onto the food and drinks. The coffee is exceptional, and the pastries are honestly amongst the best I've ever had. What really blew me away is the value. Both the coffee and pastries are affordably priced, which is incredibly rare these days. And as a 6'5", 260-pound guy with a muscular frame who definitely knows how to eat, I don't say this lightly: the portion sizes here are far above average! You absolutely get your money's worth.
