Cute little space with a flavor for everyone! The service was with a huge smile and a ton of patience. I had the sundae flavored with Ube and the matcha cheese tart. Both hit the spot on a hot day, and were not excessively sweet.

Wow ok, I was in the area and saw the signage I was intrigued so popped in after visiting a neighboring business. First off, I love the decor. The furnishings say "come here with your friends and stay to enjoy your goodies " so inviting ! I peeped the menu and the food case and decided I would grab some of the tarts and a croquant choux for our Super Bowl gathering. You order from a monitor/tablet so interaction with staffing is minimal. There was a gentleman working hard behind the counter. He kindly greeted me and handed me my items . Wow such unique goodies. We really enjoyed them. Will definitely come back to try a sundae or coffee treat.

We stopped in on Friday to see if it was worth the hype! First of all I LOVE the black and white decor, it's like stepping back in time! Staff are very friendly as well! We ordered the Cloud 9 and The Boba Sundaes. The cotton candy is insane, my hubby devoured his drink! My eldest and I thought the sundaes were sweet and creamy! Boba is chewy since it's in ice cream, next time I'll try it in a drink. We'll be back! SYOY! :-)

One of my new favorite ice cream spots! The servers were nice and helpful. Adding on, the shop itself is very cool and different. My favorite is the matcha ice cream and it tasted so creamy me soft! I'm not a big fan of soft ice cream but the texture was a good amount of soft and stiff. The honey ice cream and black sesame swirl ice cream were extremely delicious too!

Got the black sesame swirl. Tasted icy and not as rich/creamy as I'd hoped. Would give this 3.5 stars, but rounded up to be nice. Probably wouldn't come here again unless someone asked me to.

Tokyo cream just like desserts, are what dreams are made of! Located in the heart of Roseville, you'll want to try Tokyo Cream over and over. The theme of the restaurant is pretty much all black-and-white. Including the restrooms. You place your order at the kiosk at the counter, and when your order is ready, your name will be called and you pick up your items from the counter. The Thai tea: it was a little disappointing. Keep in mind that it's made with what they say is imported ice cream from Hokkaido Japan. IYKYK. It was definitely interesting to have ice cream and Thai tea, but the tea was rather weak, and I was really looking for that caffeine kick. The Hokkaido ice cream with the strawberry purée over. It was really tasty. I am a sucker for strawberries, and this did not disappoint. Every bite was delicious! We also purchased a croissant with the filling with strawberries. This was really disappointing. The croissant tasted more on the stale side. The filling was underwhelming, and the expectation of strawberries went way out of the door when we realized that they had literally taken one straw and put three slices of a strawberry sticking out of the croissant. That was it. That was the strawberry. I definitely would not purchase this item again. Cool place and tasty items. This definitely will be on dessert rotation. I'm excited to try some of their other drinks! It absolutely is a place worth checking out and it would be fun on a date, hanging with friends, or even taking the kids to.

Came here since it's conveniently located next door to Vons Chicken. The Hokkaido Milk soft serve was pretty good (I'd give it a 3.5/5). While it's not quite the same as the ones you find in Japan, it's still a solid dessert. I was a bit surprised they charged extra just to put the cone in a cup. The shop itself is beautifully designed and definitely an "Instagrammable" spot. However, the drink menu was quite limited and confusing. I had to ask about the ingredients for most of the unique names: "Dragon YZ" apparently means Dragonfruit and Yuzu (how would you guess "YZ" is Yuzu?). What in the world is "Mystichrome GT"? My son got the Dragon YZ, and while he enjoyed it, I found it to be quite sweet. If you don't have a big sweet tooth, you might want to ask for 70% sweetness next time! Overall, a good spot if you're already in the area, but I wouldn't make a special trip just for the dessert.

The establishment is very clean and gives me a comic book vibe. Sort of like an underground hangout, very intriguing to experience! This was my first time here and I got the strawberry sundae. The flavor was absolutely refreshing! It was rich, creamy, and sweet, but not TOO sweet. It was a perfect balance. The Hokkaido cream used in the ice cream is very delicious, and the strawberry tastes fresh. I got it just 3 minutes after ordering it, so it was really fast. I'd highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a refreshing treat.

We were meeting up with a friend and needed a place to sit down and talk. We had just finished Top Golf and needed a place to chill and catch up. However, most of the coffee shops closed at 6pm. Tokyo Cream popped up and I noticed their specialty coffee menu and decided to head there. They also closed at 8pm! The inside had a trendy aesthetic to it. There were cool lights and art all around. It was quite busy around 5:30pm when we arrived, but we were able to find a table. They offer desserts, coffee, matcha, milk tea, and soft serve ice cream. There was a variety of different options available and everyone could get something different! I was debating between the banana matcha, but ended up getting the banana coffee. The banana flavor was present and it didn't taste artificial. The banana cream distributed at the top and bottom made it so you could taste the flavor more, which i loved! I'd definitely come back again to try their other menu items and get that banana matcha!

Excellent service, classy style and design, clean from top to bottom, welcoming and comfortable ambience, and ample parking right out front for simple and easy accessibility. I was looking forward to sampling this spot thanks to the raving reviews and gorgeous photos. So then, why 3 stars? Ice cream sundaes, drinks, and dessert selection is great! However, the taste was mediocre at best. The dessert presentations are absolutely wonderful, but for me it's all about the taste and nothing special really stood out for us to return. We ordered purple rain (ube), boba, and so matcha sundaes. I also had the ube coffee (iced) to go. We started to dig in and ultimately didn't finish any of the sundaes. The taste for each didn't highlight anything special - I'd actually prefer the tubs of ice cream at Asian markets for the same flavors and much more affordable. The iced ube coffee hardly had a hint of ube flavor, if any, and tasted simply like an iced Vietnamese coffee but a subpar version. I'd rather just get a classic, authentic Vietnamese iced coffee to be perfectly honest. I get what the vision and goal is for this sweet spot, but I feel it's more hype and curtailed towards photo ops as a hangout spot rather than an elevated sweet spot with incredible delicacies. We're very happy to have finally tried Tokyo Cream given all the marketing surrounding it, but this just wasn't our cup of tea unfortunately. Should you try it? Absolutely! Visit at least once and decide whether or not it's for you. Don't let this or other reviews waiver your decision! For us, we'd rather just visit our local joint to satisfy our sweet tooth cravings!

Been wanting to check this out for a while now. It wasn't busy since it was still early. ORDERED: Hokkaido Milk: 5/5 - really good Coffee & Cream: 5/5 - this was really good I really liked the hex lights inside. I wasn't really feeling the black and white ambience - felt like I was in a garage but overall a great spot to hang out. I would come back to try more of their flavors.

Discovered this place summer of 2025, and every time I am in Roseville, I have to come to Tokyo Cream. The black sesame ice cream cone is not too sweet with strong black sesame flavor. Plus, I cannot find the special charcoal cone anywhere else. It has such a nice and light crisp to it and compared to the classic sugar cones. In addition, the Ube sundae was delicious too, but if I had to choose one, I have to get the black sesame cone.

We were craving a sweet treat on New Years and was so happy to hear Tokyo Cream was open! When we got there it was packed with people. We ordered our favorite BananaZilla Matcha and Pistachio Coffee. Both are always amazing and this time didn't disappoint. My youngest ordered the Hokkaido Soft Serve in a cup. Simple but yummy!!!!

We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Nice and polite older Filipino staff/owners. The place was empty on a Sunday afternoon, with a couple customers coming in for to go orders. I first noticed the mini foosball table and saw another mini video arcade game, along with a few other table games. The place was clean and spotless (restroom also), with wooden tables and chairs. There was a cute photo background on the back wall. I took a few minutes to look over the menu and decided on the iced Vietnamese coffee for my husband and the "Caffeine Collision" (Thai tea and Viet coffee collab) for myself. Our drinks were ready quickly, and we decided to sit and sip for a few minutes before making our way back home. I loved my drink. I had done that same mix at a Thai restaurant Yelp event where they had set up a drink bar, so I knew it would be good. The balance of a strong Vietnamese coffee and the sweetness of the Thai tea blended perfectly. Next visit I will try their halo halo or avocado shake, both of which have good reviews. They have an area in the back for photo op with plush toys. A variety of card games to keep us busy and entertained. The folks behind the counter and making the drinks are so nice and friendly. I have a feeling that this is a family business. The drinks were really good. I didn't get anything exciting - just my usual fruit tea. My son got the Halo Halo and it was delicious. It had ube ice cream, some sort of jelly, coconut flakes, and fruit on the bottom. It's like a meal in a cup. I was shocked that he can finish it. He said it was the best Halo Halo he ever had. It was the perfect way to spend an hour. Too bad this is so far from my house. If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely come back to pick up Halo Halo for my son.

The workers did make a small mistake during what seemed like a quick break switch, but one of the girls apologized immediately, made your drink in about a minute, and even offered you a free doughnut. From my view, they handled it well and kept their composure, considering how the situation became tense. Also, the "15 minutes" mentioned in the review doesn't match what you said in person about waiting "10 minutes," so the wait time was overstated. Shoutout to the same coworker who handled everything and even watched my drink and belongings while I used the bathroom. Honestly, writing this review made my drink taste 10x even sweeter :)

Their boba is soft and fresh, they are not under cook or mushy.Especially if you like to order the drink with boba , need to make sure is good quality since it's $1 extra. The service was pretty quick. They do have self service screen to use and also if u need to talk to someone u can order in the counter. I like to use self service so this is good option and amazingly they can be customize with a NOTE!!!! Not all places have a note for example if the customize doesn't show the request you like to adjust, you can put the note in. I got matcha order and like less matches so not too strong and there is no option for that so the Note request part is so wonderful. When I submitted? I saw the worker quickly take the receipt print out and he did read the request and the drink come out as expected. For the store itself is a very new store and look ok since the seating itself is belong to the mall I'm guessing. The only thing is they put fake plant by the self serve area and it stick out so when I typing order it keep brushing my hand. So far this is the best boba place in this mall! Love it. You don't really talk to anyone here since they have a self-l serve ordering screen tucked in the corner and you just tap in your order, pay, and wait. We tried a few drinks, and the cookies and cream shake with boba was the standout: super creamy and rich. The QQ Happy Family was really refreshing with lots of toppings in every sip, and the matcha pearl milk tea wasn't bad either, just a little lighter in matcha flavor than I prefer. The only downside was the boba, which wasn't as soft or chewy as expected. Once your order is in, they make the drinks pretty quickly and call out your name when they're ready, and that's pretty much the whole interaction. It's simple, fast, and convenient. Perfect for a quick stop while shopping. Even with the boba not being perfect, if I'm already at the mall and craving something sweet, I'd still pick this place over the other options around.
