Came here with friends after a filling dinner. We were looking for a place that served the sweet stuff and closed late. ChocoLit Cafe fit the billing. There was plenty of parking spots during that weekday at 9pm. I immediately noticed that they were neighbors to a pizza place, a smoke shop and a CBD store. Businesses that complement each other? The cafe had a nice color tone to it, creating a pleasant atmosphere ideal for dessert consumption. There were only two crew members (helpful) manning the counter. With all the pending orders, our built-from-scratch dishes came out past 15 minutes. It's good we didn't mind the wait as we made it up with catching-up banter. The ChocoSushi was smothered in two-toned chocolatey syrup and was perfectly warm and succulent. Sliced strawberries & bananas... yes, please! The Dubai Crepe was also delicious. My Dubai chocolate greenhorn friends absolutely loved the blend of Nutella, kunafa and pistachio. These would've been perfect with coffee but it was kinda late for a caffeine fix. Well, ChocoLit Cafe satisfied our cravings. Food wasn't too sweet, just perfect! This is a great spot for dessert, and we'll definitely be back for more late night sweet cravings. Hands down the best Dubai chocolate strawberry cups around the area! They are rich in flavor, the chocolate tastes amazing, the pistachio cream and shredded pastry all have superb flavor. I have tried a 3 different Dubai strawberry cups from around the area and these are always worth the 15-20 minute drive for me! Customer service is always great and the family is very kind! Wanted to try a new crepe place. At first, we were happy to have a crepe place close to home. We knew that they only serve sweet crepes going in, which is what we wanted after having a late lunch. We ordered the viral Dubai chocolate crepe. It was massive. Perfect for 2. We enjoyed the taste. It was to be expected - sweet with some crunch. The crepe itself was okay (found a naked corner). If it weren't for the toppings, it did taste bland. It was also "denser" if we were to compare it to another crepe place. Service was fair. Decor was retro. Overall, I'd give it 4 stars for effort. Came by on 2/27/26 with my beautiful family after dinner, Chocolit Cafe is located on Foothills Blvd in Roseville, CA. When we walked in, the restaurant was quiet with music playing and the staff member greeted promptly. We ordered our shakes and let me tell you, they were the best milkshakes ever. We finally made it into ChocoLit Cafe to check out their Dubai Chocolate Strawberry Cup. Love the inside decorations (murals on the wall, velvet seats and tons of black and white checkers). My daughter loved the music playing. The guy took his time building this masterpiece!!! Layers of warm Nutella and big juicy strawberries, overfilling the cup. We came today at 12:10pm and it was closed. Checked back at 2pm and still closed. Nowhere does it say why. On the door and on maps it says they open at 12pm, maps showed as "open". Disappointed because we came with a big group for this. read more

The crepe was delicious but I would recommend not to get the burrito because I feel like they fit less fruit in it but it was really good nevertheless. It had lots of milk chocolate drizzled on top which I loved. Presentation was really good as the layering in the Dubai chocolate strawberries was really even. High quality pistachio butter not that cheap stuff that many places use. I will say it's pretty pricey but I really enjoyed the quality of the desserts, which makes it worth it lwk. Nice place to hang out and chill to the music. The guys that work there are nice and will answer your questions the best they can. The menu is limited and it wasn't busy the evening that we visited. The only negative I encountered was the price. We tried the Dubai crepe for 19.00 and a large iced latte for 6.00. I paid 28.00 for two items, while the crepe was good, not 19.00 good. My pockets hurt from ordering here After passing this area multiple times I finally decide to try it. Walking in it is similar to the vibe of an ice cream shop. Very quiet and enough space to sit. I looked at previous reviews and saw they had a Dubai chocolate crepe, so that's exactly what I ordered! It was not on the menu at whole, however they were able to make it for me. This definitely made me gasp in my head by how much it was for a dessert, it came out to be $20 + $2 tip so $22 for just a dessert. (I could literally get a whole meal with this). HOWEVER, after tasting how DELICIOUS this crepe was I would definitely go back and get another one. Just on payday IT WAS SOOOOOOOO GOOD. The Nutella spread and pistachio crème was warm and melted on the top of the crepe with a bit of crunch from the pistachios. Better yet, there was crisp kanafe on the inside of the crepe. Honestly every bite was delicious. I give this place a 4/5 because of the price of this and that's huge in this economy..but I will say, they make one hell of crepe. Inside the decor was very white and clean feeling but not warm and welcoming. They need to add some pictures or paintings on the walls. Maybe a little decoration on the wall will help make the place more inviting. The menu was hard to read because it kept changing like a slide show. I wish they had a hard copy to look at. The desserts needed better descriptions because hard to know what some of the items are. They are new and I'm sure they are working on how to make things better. Saw this place after eating at Leo's Kitchen and knew I'd have to go back and try it. So glad I did! The decor is fun and funky, the staff is sweet, and the desserts are creative and delicious! I tried a crepe with dark chocolate and biscoff biscuits, and my husband had a crepe with Nutella and rice crisps. They are big, so next time we'll share, but having said that I did eat my entire crepe. Lots of fun mix and match flavors. The place is clean and friendly.
