Amazing drinks! Their mini boba is so good, and I can save the drink for the next day, and the boba is still chewy and soft! I tried their matcha oreo tornado today w/ mini boba. It was so delicious, I nearly inhaled my drink. The presentation of their drinks are also notably beautiful. The cashier was kind, and the shop is super clean and not overcrowded.

Amazing, fast service! We came at 2:30pm so it wasn't busy at all. We got the smoothies because we were told they were caffeinate-free. We got them all at 25% sweetness and they were all SOO good. I don't usually drink boba because it can be too sugary for me but this was a nice treat & they are so pretty

The people here are so nice! And my drink was absolutely delicious! Cute and minimal decor. There was a stupid and rude lady wearing a snakeskin skirt and heels she clearly couldn't walk in - who complained about having Milo chocolate powder sprinkles on her drink - the drink is literally made with the same powder mixed in - she cussed the manager for not remaking the drink without the powder. At that point it would have just been blended milk. All she had to do was stir her drink. The manager handled it so well and kept her cool. Will def be back for the great customer service, tasty drinks n possibly a show.

love trying new boba spots! the inside was super comfy and cute, the service was fast, and the drinks were flavorful! always like to try a fruit tea and milk tea!

Pretty cool spot. The setup is very minimal and the selection is super unique. Mushy Milo is such a good drink. Seems childish but just hits. I asked for my matcha Oreo tornado to be at 50% sweetness but to my own self displeasure it tasted very very earthy. I recommend keeping it at default sweetness! Need to try the avocado drink next time.

Delicious smoothies and boba so close to home!! Woohoo!! Plenty of parking out front shared with multiple businesses including our main grocery store, Raley's. Friendly customer service, very clean and well maintained, classy ambiance (with Jazz music played... what?! NICE!) with a brilliant internal design, limited seating inside but spacious, and best of all - delicious smoothies and boba! Biggest thing with boba spots is the boba itself. Some spots have boba too swollen that it gets stuck in the straw or not soft enough so you're annoyed by tough, undercooked boba. Not here! Moon Tea House's boba is fantastic and NO annoyances whatsoever! Perfectly rounded and soft boba to reach 100% satisfaction with each sip! Quite a surprise to see a bit of the flavor's "origin" in a couple of the drinks themselves! (Small sliced strawberry, little taro chunk, etc.) Lots of tasty flavors and we have our typical go to's, but we had to start somewhere and decided to mix it up with typically "safe" drinks and a couple of new stuff. Got regular ice and sugar levels for all drinks - 'twas perfect for all of us. Have kids? For $1 more, ask to split the drink into two cups so you can enjoy a bit of peace and tranquility. Worth every penny. Half moon strawberry was sweet as expected. Magical milk tea was "safe' as expected - black tea with a hint of sweetness. Ube taro was fantastic and enjoyed it very much! (Thank goodness!) Golden "new" find for us this round? Thai green milk tea takes the gold!! Thai iced tea with a green tea bang along some mixed in boba perfection? Heavenly deliciousness! Was brilliantly surprised by this drink! One of those "mixtures" that are so good separately that you're worried about the outcome. Don't be. Try it and you won't regret it! (Hopefully) Can't wait to try the other flavors - kuro dirty fresh milk (I think this is their classic brown sugar version), Thai tea tornado, avocado hulk, & lastly, but certainly not the least, the O.G. Vietnam Coffee. Oh can't wait to try the O.G. They also have a few foody items - takoyaki, we'll see you next time buddy. Fantastic boba gem at Blue Oaks!! Whether you're passing by or shopping at Raley's, definitely worth a try for some good'ol satisfying boba drinks and a classy setup. We've seen Raley's shoppers sipping on Moon Tea House drinks before... yea, no wonder. When in Rome, right? Highly recommended and now we're new loyal customers!

My family likes their drinks here. I've only ever had their #1 which is the Magical Milk Tea with black tea, butterfly pea tea and creamer. Boba itself is fine. Decent flavor. I hate when boba has no flavor or just taste like water. That's how you know it ain't cooked right. Not too hard either so i appreciate that. I wish they had more non dairy options but so far this drink is the only one. Unfortunately I don't come here often because of that and opt for other boba places. So don't come here if you're looking for more nondairy options! They said they can't substitute anything for the creamer either. Bummer. Inside is clean. Seating is a little awkward with tables and chairs at awkward heights. Might be to deter people from hanging out in the lobby area? Because of the crazy kids in the area? Not sure. But the wood bench is way too high; hurts your back if you're trying to eat their snacks in house because you're leaning so far over to reach the table.

Very nice location. Inside were nice and modern. Some menu selections don't allow for sugar adjustment but the staff was super nice to guide me through which ones could and couldn't. I got their buckwheat drink and a friend got their most popular fruit tea. Buckwheat was good with the sugar adjusted. The fruit tea came in a bucket form with a carry handle, wasn't anything special.

A year later and we're back! My daughter saw the sample Surprise Cup on the counter and immediately had to have one! We ordered the Half Moon Strawberry Smoothie with Surprise Cup & Popping Boba. We were given a little buzzer and sat down. A few minutes later the buzzer went off and our drink was ready. My daughter had so much fun opening the Surprise Cup to see what she got! Out came the cutest keychain! We then slide the Surprise Cup off and ta-da!!!! The prettiest Half Moon Strawberry Smoothie!!!!

Moon tea is one of our favorite boba place here in Roseville. The quality of their drinks is very consistent. What I like the most about them is they use real fresh fruits! I do love their smoothies more than their milk tea series. Today we tried their new osmanthus and gyokuro milk tea. Osmanthus is a bit lacking, and gyokuro has a very strong jasmine tea flavor, which I like. They have a snack bar menu as well, but we haven't tried it yet. P.S. They have new drinks added to their menu.

    Partial menu.

I haven't been here in a while and it looks like this establishment changed hands. The menu is limited as far as milk tea goes, it's still a solid place for boba drinks. One of the owner that runs the front end is very patient and will explain any questions you have in regard to their menu. The prices are reasonable also, so we've started to frequent this establishment more often. There's a punch card for those that are regulars, so you can earn a free drink. The inside is really modern and clean. The drinks are made quickly even when it looks like it's super busy. The other owner makes the drinks while the front end guy takes your orders. Really efficient way to run a business. The business is located on Blue Oaks and Fiddyment Road in the Raley's O.N.E. shopping center. Worth the visit if you're in the area.

Such a cute boba shop! I love the ambiance of this place, it looks very elegant inside with the black walls and golden lighting. Service was quick and the employee helping us was nice. I got the magical milk tea. It didn't look much like the picture, but it was still pretty good!

I came in with my beautiful wife during their grand opening of Moon Tea House located off of Blue Oaks Blvd in Roseville, CA. I wanted the special drink in the bucket for my drink because 1) it looked amazing 2) it looked cool. When I got the drink, it tasted absolutely out of this world. The staff was kind and courteous, especially since we had the little one with us. We also got the food. The ambiance of the place was casual and relaxing. Tropical Fruit Tea: ***** (best drink ever) Service: ***** (speedy service with a smile) Fried fish balls: *** (enough said) Fried shrimp: ***** (tempura shrimp was yummy) Popcorn chicken: *** (could have been better) Fried wings: **** (it was crispy) 25 out of 30 stars, or 83%, earning 4 star review from me. We will come back whenever we are in the area.

As a Taiwanese person, I was very curious and intrigued by the Indo-Chinese dishes on the menu. The shop was quiet and clean, there was only one other family there during our lunch. So we got seated and placed our order right away. There were several large screen TVs in the dining area playing various shows. One was displaying beautiful sceanaries from the Himalayas and that captured my attention for the longest time. Soon our food came. We ordered the steamed Chicken Momos, the Chicken Tikka Masala and Butter Naan and they all looked very good. We liked the curry, and the momos were fun to eat. It's a bit different but also very similiar to a Chinese bao. The Momo has much thiner skin and the filling tasted slightly different from a plain meat bao. To me, it feels kinda like a larger version of a soup dumpling without the pool of the broth inside. Needless to say, I found myself studying the momos while stuffing them into my mouth as they were quite delicious and easy to eat. Oveall, we were very glad we gave Everest Chilli Pepper a try as we enjoy the food and would like to try more Indo-Chinese dishes on our next visit.
