After seeing their new specialty drinks posted on Instagram we knew we had to make another trip in to Tea Street! My daughter ordered the Banana Matcha with boba. I got my favorite Chocolate Banana Shake. We ordered both drinks on the kiosk. Super easy as usual. Drinks were ready quickly! My daughter loved the Banana Matcha and wants to go back ASAP to try the Double Matcha.
I was surprised to see so many people here on a Thursday night. Outside there was a sign advertising a Milk Tea Float which was a choice of basic milk tea, house milk tea, or matcha latte with a scoop of ice cream. It was too cold for ice cream, but I will come back to try it when the weather is warmer. I ordered an unsweetened Jasmine Matcha that tasted like the tea was over seeped as it had a bitter aftertaste. The matcha flavor was strong and tasted like standard matcha powder. Rooftop Macarons are served here! Service was good as the workers were friendly.
Tucked between a sushi restaurant and a UPS store is one of the best boba shops I've been to in a while. We ordered a Peach Strawberry Tea and a Taro Milk Tea and both were spectacular. The tea was exactly what I needed on a scorching hot summer day, and I loved the bits of fresh strawberry mixed in. What really stood out was that you could actually taste the tea itself. It had that subtle, slightly bitter note that balanced the sweetness perfectly. The Taro Milk Tea was honestly amazing. Super creamy and it tasted like real taro. If you're a taro fan, this place is a must-try when you're in the area. The staff were kind and knowledgeable about all the different drinks they offer. Seating is very limited so it's more of a grab-and-go spot. Overall, highly recommend.
Went here to get a surprise bag from the Too Good To Go app, and everything in it was so yummy! They gave us three small drinks that were all random but had boba and were delicious. The employees were super nice and the location is easy to get into and there's some seating inside if you want to enjoy your drink there.
I stopped in today and ordered a Large Black Milk Tea with Crystal Boba. There was only one other group ahead of me, and two people working behind the counter, yet it still took about 20-30 minutes to get my drink -- a bit slow in my opinion. While waiting, I noticed on my receipt that my order was incorrect, so I had to flag down one of the staff to fix it. They corrected it, but it didn't leave the best impression. As for the drink itself, the tea flavor wasn't very strong, and the crystal boba wasn't perfectly round, though it tasted fine overall. Not the worst experience, but definitely room for improvement in both speed and accuracy.
Strawberry Matcha was pretty good after doing a Costco run (if you're running around doing holiday errands you deserve a little treat!) The service was fast and amicable. I asked for recommendations and they have a nice poster right next to the register with popular drinks. It's a bit small so there's no way to sit and study here but parking is convenient and easy to get to even during holiday season.
EDIT: i didn't realized it but their drinks are v sweet. So I would adjust the sweet level on these two drinks l got personally. Their drinks look mid but it's actually sooo good! I was pleasantly surprised. If you hesitated at first this is your sign- GOOOO! I got their Pineapple Cloud and it's sooo smooth and creamy. TASTE SUPER RICH AND CLEAN. Their Strawberry Cloud was really good as well! 10/10
Came in to try their new ceremonial grade matcha drinks that have been available since the beginning of the year. I love raspberry and blueberry paired with matcha so it was hard to decide but ultimately picked raspberry! It was just the perfect sweetness and tartness and the matcha was a beautiful color. I was also shocked that it was under $6, even for a large! I got the small but regretted not getting that large since I quickly finished my small size before getting all the way back to Elk Grove. I wish it was closer so I could support them and come more often!

He explained the drinks, the ingredients in the one I was going to order. I had never been to this location before and the one in Rancho is not my favorite. But after a long drive from up north I needed to stop and get a drink. I hoped that they were nothing like Rancho (lack of customer service skills, high price, baby cups). Thankfully, Brayden was there greeting customers as we came in. I ordered the Strawberry Matcha which was one of their featured drinks with a giant poster by the register. Brayden suggested to get it bc for the price u get the large size versus that baby cup that Teddy Boba uses. I also kept the sweetness as he mentioned that it wasn't a syrup but actual fruit pieces. I'm glad I did bc it tasted good. Prob one of the best fruit milk teas I've had- it just tasted fresh! The ambiance was bright and clean! Ample straws and napkins on the counter. I'll be back again when I'm in the area.
Super delicious and great customer service! I love to see businesses that have coffee boba, and little do that I've went to. I was thrilled to see that this store had it. They have a great interior and it's not to small or crowded like some shops can be. Id definently recommend coming here, their menu is gigantic and there's so many different things to pick from. I got the cookies and creme shake and I loved it. Super filling and I loved that it had ice cream in it. Definitely recommend!

Cute boba shop. Quick service. We ordered quickly and got our drink quickly. Shaved ice took a few minutes as expected as they are made to order and they need to take time to make the shaved ice. I got lychee shaved ice with green apple jelly. It was delicious and such a great value! Thai ice tea was delicious as well. Solid place to grab a quick drink! Inside also has a few counter seats and a cute claw machine that's in the works, but its mostly a grab and go place in my opinion. read more

Cute little boba shop. Service was slow for a Thursday afternoon, but it seemed like someone was being trained and there were only two workers. The drinks we ordered were a lavender milk tea and boba that came with dried lavender in it- my daughter loved that. She said it tasted pretty good, not too strong of a lavender flavor. She enjoyed every sip. I got a crème brûlée milk tea with boba... it was fantastic! It even had the crunchy sugar on top. Good little spot if you don't mind the wait. read more
Stopped by Tea Street in Rocklin and had such a great experience. I came with my kids, and they absolutely loved the boba drinks. It was fun seeing them get so excited picking out their flavors and enjoying every sip. The drinks were really good, refreshing, and had a great variety to choose from. There's something for everyone, whether you like classic milk teas or something more fruity. The place itself had a nice, clean, and modern feel, and the staff was friendly and helpful when we were deciding what to order.Overall, it was such a fun little outing with the kids, and we'll definitely be coming back again for more boba! read more

Strawberry Matcha was pretty good after doing a Costco run (if you're running around doing holiday errands you deserve a little treat!) The service was fast and amicable. Not feeling this place. The staff were very nice and the service was quick. The drink however, both the "Matchata" and Taro Smoothie tasted extremely artificial. The were not what we were expecting and we're disappointed. Drinkable, yes, but not the greatest. I'm not familiar with the area but I'd skip this boba spot. read more

Service is great, and drinks are even better! Contemporary interior with classic, seasonal, and specialty drinks to choose from. Option for self service ordering is available-- a nice feature, especially on busy days. We got our usuals, Okinawa and Hokkaido milk tea and tried the specialty Creme Brûlée milk tea (dessert in a cup)! The macarons were also a nice, unexpected surprise. Definitely worth stopping by, we will be back again! read more
Not sure what's happened with this place, but the taste has gone down since last year. I usually get the basic house milk tea, but man it taste a lot more bitter. Even with full sweet level, still not the same. The boba itself is also mediocre. For roseville, but bad. But in grand scheme of things, not the go to boba place read more

Overall: 5 stars Price: on par w most boba places- 0.50 extra for boba. About 5.50ish for the milk tea. Customer service: as expected of a boba place. not much to comment on.. they weren't actively rude to us lol. Note: they don't actively offer customization, like sugar or ice level We had jasmine milk tea- delicious, a bit of the tea bitterness and a bit of sweetness. Felt it was just right for me. Hubby had hazelnut, which was sweeter, he loved it. Cousins had kale green smoothie + avocado which they said were really good for being healthier. I didn't get to try theirs so cant personally comment. I didn't see how they made it so can't say if it was real, fresh ingredients or powdered premade stuff. Overall everyone said they'd return. Decor was also super cute. read more

Some of the drink tastes good but most of them are so sweet , it's like ice cream taste and they do actually put ice cream in some of the drink. Never know that but after watching them making it just find out. Tried few different flavors before. Comes here so many times but this time got a drink that is so bland. Taste like an ice Blended only. May be new hired? May be got my order wrong? Anyways just make sure u try ur drink before you walk out of the door. Also the drink is kind of pricey. Went to do many Boba places, this one is okay. Boba itself tastes good. So far not a bad place. They still let you adjust some sweetness for the drink. Parking area is huge and pretty good location. The store itself has few chairs inside, it's very small area to wait for drink but not really big area with table to hang out with friends inside. read more

I've been here twice now and both times the drinks have been consistent and refreshing. Fruit teas are super solid here. Service is fast and the staff is very friendly. Definitely check out this boba place if you're in the area. read more

Great service and great boba! The owner Tim is super friendly and gave us different recommendations according to our preferences. The actual tapioca balls were Chewy, flavorful and perfect sweetness! Had a bunch of different types of drinks and options. Recommend the tiger milk tea. Love that you can adjust the sweetness level which you usually can't for this specific drink. House milk tea had a strong tea flavor which is great! If you're looking for boba or smoothies in the area. This is your place! Clean and cute ambiance with seating for like 8-12 ppl! read more

I visited this place in July 2022, it is a bit of a late review. I ordered the mango smoothie with the mango popping boba. It was very refreshing and helped beat the July heat. They also have a wide selection of other milk and fruit teas as well read more

Teddy Boba in Rocklin has a super cute name, delicious drinks, and reasonable prices. Personally, I think they are missing an opportunity to capitalize on their name by not having the cute teddy bear shaped drink bottles, but that's just presentation, and the drinks are really good quality even in regular cups. We tried the tiger milk frost with honey boba, and the mango iced tea. Both were great. 10/10. The price was about $6-$7 each, which seemed pretty reasonable. There aren't really any food options on the menu, so this is pretty much just a place for fun drinks. Drink quality: 10/10 Delicious Decor: 7/10 They had a couple cute murals, but not much seating, and overall came across as kind of on the plain side. Customer Service: 7/10. Adequate. Not rude, but not particularly friendly or welcoming either. Speed: 7/10. Drinks came out in about 5-10 minutes. Not bad, but not super fast, either. Overall, I would recommend this place for a cold drink on a hot day if you are in the area. I would not personally make a special trip out to this place, but would be happy to meet friends there or get a drink there if I was already close by. read more
