Another trip to our favorite local boba shop! They are the sweetest owners ever! They remember my daughter from when they first opened and it always makes her feel so special. We ordered the Pineapple Whip and the Mochi Oreo Circle They are both off the Specialty Drinks Menu. Yum! Double Yum! They have changed the games up a little but still tons to choose from! And plenty of seating as well to sit and enjoy your drinks.
We stopped here last night for a treat after a long day of volleyball. I had the avocado smoothie with sea salt cream, it was delicious. My daughter had the Tiger milk tea and she enjoyed it very much. The halo halo was also good. The inside was clean, the restroom was also clean. Service was very fast, our drinks came out very quickly.
In a nutshell; Neat spot, decent drinks, excellent service. A really charming and cozy place to enjoy your boba delights. No food served at the time of this review but their drinks definitely will satiate your boba cravings. Their halo-halo was also well-made, may be a bit difficult to mix and eat due to the limitations on the cup but if you get around it, it's a nice way to enjoy a sweet treat. Overall service was excellent, lady that took our order was nice and accomodating. Theres parking around so won't be much of an issue during peak hours.

Service here is outstanding!! This boba spot is Filipino owned. The owners are the ones running the place and both are there both times we have been. They are so sweet and welcoming and even let us bring our dog. They have yummy boba drinks, even have some available in hot if you want. And of course they have halo-halo. This is a fun hangout spot, they have lots of board games, a basketball and foosball table. The inside is extremely clean which I can appreciate. And they have lots of cute decor. Highly recommend checking this place out
Cute place. Located in same shopping center as Celestino's, Chang Bros and Edible Arrangements, behind SAFE Credit Union. Nice employees. Lots of fun games and activities for kids and teens including a basketball hoop thingie, board games, Pacman arcade game, etc. Lots of interesting menu items, especially the specialty drinks. Pricing was higher than usual, but it's Rocklin. Our 4 drinks were disappointing. Presentation was great but taste was meh. My brother's matcha drink was powdery and gritty. My tiger milk tea was just ok. Boba was mushy. The Four Seasons Square was interesting with orange, guava, pineapple and mango juice was decent. We decided it's a great place for teenagers and people who don't really care about tea and quality/taste of boba. But for those of us who like fresh brewed teas and good boba, this was not up to our taste. I'm sure they'll have tons of business from young crowds though. Glad we could check this place out but we'll stick with other boba places in the future.

You can choose your sweetness we got normal but I think I'll do less next time! We ordered *Crème brûlée with coffee jelly it was creamy, jelly was firm and yummy this drink was amazing!! Definitely ordering it again! *Halo Halo with Ube milk got leche flan and all the fixings plus ice cream scoops! *Oreo Mochi with boba creamy cookies n cream topped with mochi! They have a lot of drinks selections and size was pretty big! If you're around the area and craving for some yummy boba drinks try this spot!
Oh gosh this is a hard one to review because the service was great and they seemed very pleased to greet you and have you as a customer. However the drinks were not good. The Yelp ratings tricked us. I just felt like I donated to a nice place but I only took two sips from my drink. The place is cute for kids to hangout with their friends. Sad to say that the drinks are really not that great. Maybe it's what we ordered but for all three of us to be disappointed that says a lot.
Great service, Nicest workers [Rocklin CA] We were in the area so we stopped by for dessert. My first time visit over a year ago was great but my second time here was a better experience. The staff was so nice, they greet customers like how they greet incoming customers in the Philippines... friendly, polite and welcoming (from my experience in our recent trip to the motherland). I ordered their Special Halo-Halo and hubby chose Avocado Avenue. The halo-halo was yummy topped with two scoops of ice cream (Ube and mango), flan, pinipig and other sweet ingredients. The shop was full and majority of the table seating was occupied. They were busy which was good. Hubby loves avocado and he enjoyed his drink as well. Review #2833 updated

Needing a Vietnamese coffee, I Yelped what was in the area and saw that I had Boba Lane bookmarked. It's a little hidden behind the oil change biz, in an unassuming strip mall. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Nice and polite older Filipino staff/owners. The place was empty on a Sunday afternoon, with a couple customers coming in for to go orders. I first noticed the mini foosball table and saw another mini video arcade game, along with a few other table games. The place was clean and spotless (restroom also), with wooden tables and chairs. There was a cute photo background on the back wall. I took a few minutes to look over the menu and decided on the iced Vietnamese coffee for my husband and the "Caffeine Collision" (Thai tea and Viet coffee collab) for myself. Our drinks were ready quickly, and we decided to sit and sip for a few minutes before making our way back home. I loved my drink. I had done that same mix at a Thai restaurant Yelp event where they had set up a drink bar, so I knew it would be good. The balance of a strong Vietnamese coffee and the sweetness of the Thai tea blended perfectly. Next visit I will try their halo halo or avocado shake, both of which have good reviews. Pina colada boba dreams! The boba is soft and the menu has a diverse options: fruity, creamy, tea-focused, milky... you name it. Barista was nice and got the drink out quickly. It's a very clean and organized shop with plenty of seating. read more

I saw this place had a good amount of good reviews but don't be fooled, I walked into boba lane thinking I would get a authentic blended taro this tastes like straight sugar and has a very weird taste to it. I've had so much better and this drink WILL GET TOSSED. Not worth it for the price! read more

Ordered Thai tea with boba and jasmine milk tea with boba totals $13.75 In a plaza so there's plenty of parking. Went in on. Saturday afternoon and they weren't busy at all. Greeted by a nice lady. Really quick service. They have a screen of their most popular drink items. They use whole milk for their drinks. Really enjoyed both drinks. Would recommend and can't wait to come back to try other items on the menu. read more
Boba Lane has the best Halo-Halo in town (Filipino shaved ice dessert; Tagalog word that means "Mix-Mix"). Try it with their ube milk! We also like their smoothies, my favorites are their avocado and mango smoothies. The place is clean and the titas are very nice and friendly! read more

Came by today with my boys after a soccer camp. We played the cool games they have and stayed and laughed. It really is a super cute place to hang with the kiddos. Boba drinks were fantastic. I had black tea and it was very good. Not too sweet at all. read more

Boba Lane is such a cute and inviting spot with incredibly friendly staff. Everyone was welcoming and made the experience even better. We ordered the Dirty Toro and the Hollow Hollow, and both were absolutely perfect. I wouldn't change or customize a single thing--they're amazing exactly as they come. The sweetness level was spot on, not overly sweet at all. Everything exceeded expectations, and I'll definitely be coming back more often. Highly recommend! read more

Stumbled upon this boba place when we visited our friends in Rocklin. It was supposed to be a quick stop to just get our drinks and leave. But the place is so nice and very inviting to stay. That is why we decided to enjoy our drinks there while catching up with our friends who we have not seen for many months. It is a family owned and run boba spot. The staff were very friendly and we did not feel rushed to place our order because all their specialty drinks look good and we just can't decide. We chose the mochi oreo circle, thai tea and special halo-halo with taro milk. Our drinks did not disappoint, their boba is soft and chewy that was perfect for our drinks. We will definitely be back to try the other specialty drinks the next time we are in the area. Love how they named their place BOBA LANE! read more

Video games, board games, and satisfying boba drinks? Sold! Service was very welcoming and my family easily felt at home at this boba spot. Ambiance is warm, family-oriented, and nice for friendly hangouts. The place was clean, has plenty of parking out front, and some tables to sit and enjoy your boba drinks. We'll definitely be coming back for more, although I do wish they consider having durian smoothie on their menu. Highly recommended! read more

Another new boba shop in rocklin to try out. They have some more specialty / fancy flavoring options. I think the prices are a bit high for the area and the drinks were just ok. The drinks were extremely sweet, so I would recommend less sugar if you're sensitive to that. They also tasted extremely sweet and milky, so it was hard to even really pick the flavors out. Generally, this is not the kind of boba I enjoy. The service was also a bit slow when we came. The ambience is really cute, but the seating and tables are pretty uncomfortable to sit at. Its not a place I'd really go hang out. They did have some games for costumers to grab, but again too uncomfortable to enjoy. Not terrible but not amazing either. So many boba places have cropped up lately. it's hard to compete. I'd give 3.5 stars if it was possible. Parking lot is free directly in front of the building. Wasn't terribly busy inside. read more

Stumbled upon this place after having dinner next door and later realized I had it bookmarked all along! We were greeted by the nicest workers when we came in. They were patient with our big group as we decided on our drinks. When our order was ready, they brought it out in the cute little carrier to hand deliver them to our table! The interior is very cute too with a photo op in the back with giant boba pillows. They have lots of games and some arcade video games too which kept the kids busy. I loved my wintermelon slush! I've never had it in slush form but it was perfect because it was just like an iced tea but no wasted space on ice cubes. The flavor was delicious too. The caffeine collision was a mix of Vietnamese coffee and Thai tea so we saved it for our morning caffeine and it was delicious! You could taste the Thai tea but also got the bitterness of the Vietnamese coffee. I wish they were closer to home so I could order that more often! We also had the halo halo with upgrade to taro milk which the guy suggested for us. It was very creamy and had plenty of toppings. Great little boba spot in Rocklin and amazing service! read more
Boba Lane doesn't disappoint. We got a boba drink and a smoothie. They were really tasty! We played some cards while waiting for our vehicle to get done across the way. The ladies were very pleasant and provided great service. This place is perfect for relaxing and enjoying your boba. Great little spot! read more

Updating my review to say that this place is still amazing! I started craving good boba smoothies again and I've been here multiple times since. The Avocado Avenue with almond milk is my favorite; it's very fresh and creamy! Ambiance: fun. They have games for the kids and family. I got to play foosball! So happy. Service: I have been coming here the last few years. Every time I come here, I am greeted by friendly employees and they make me feel welcomed. They offer different sweetness options and milk options also. So I was very appreciative to them being so helpful. Food: The bobas are GREAT. I've tried other places but always come back here. I've tried a few different bobas and never had a bad one here. They are full of flavor and great on a hot or cold day. Recommendations: Pineapple whip if you like pineapple. Horchata if you like cinnamon. read more

I really liked this place because there is a games area and you can pick a game while waiting on your drink or just sit and take your time while your little one plays. I got ube smoothie with passion fruit boba , and i am satisfied with my drink , exactly what I wanted, staff were friendly and helpful, cute cafe with great choice of drinks. read more

Was in the area and was craving a cold drink because of the summer heat. We decided to give this place a try since it's the nearest boba shop at the time. We liked how this place was cozy and had a lot of fun stuff you can do. Tried playing some games while waiting for our drinks and ended up staying longer to play more games. This place is such a nice place to hang out with friends while bonding and sipping drinks. I got the pineapple whip and was not disappointed. The owner was nice too! read more
