Great selection. I love the variety. The creativity and the flavors are delish! Wow not super sweet. I love the coffe toffee crunch I could drink this all day! Place it in a backpack with a straw and I'd be in heaven. The owner and his staff are super friendly and caring. Great experience, I love the location good parking. The inside is nice and clean it's also a circuit training gym. The decorations and setup are very welcoming. Thanks yall

Butter pecan smoothie... hands down one of the best protein shakes I've ever had. I was in town for a few days from San Diego. I'll definitely be back

Review #100! Thrive Nutrition & FITClub offers FREE Cardio Drumming and Strength Training classes Monday through Saturday. As of summer 2022, 1-hour weekday classes have been 6 pm, and Saturday classes are 8 AM Strength Training and 9:30 AM Cardio Drumming. Strength training classes are on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays. It is suggested you bring your own mat and hand weights, but there are some provided in class. This was my first experience with cardio drumming. Caroline is our beautiful, fit instructor. It's super fun and clever way to get in your steps and cardio effortlessly. Class is clearly popular and addictive with a loyal following. My favorite routines are the ones with salsa and arm movements. Cardio drumming classes are on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Cardio drumming involves using drumsticks to pound on an exercise ball on top of a laundry tub set to the music. You might stretch, squat, lunge, or dance in front your ball/tub set-up at times. You might lower yourself to pound on the laundry tub. You might be pounding the exercise ball to the left or right your own ball. Some people run around the ball as they drum. Here's a video clip: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WTnjelSLoBA If you want to pick the perfect spot to exercise for cardio drumming, arrive 30-45 minutes early. Beginners should start in the 2nd row or further back and be centered to have people in front, behind, left, and right of them to copy. The instructor and experienced cardio drummers stand in a line in the front of the classroom. Regular class attendees can often tell you are new and will greet you and help you get set up. There is no formal sign-in sheet, I don't think. Thrive is located in Sierra Meadows Plaza, where BarnBurner, Jing Jing, Kathrin's Biergarten, Wally's, and Sushi Kakogan are located. It isn't hard to find a parking space, but if you're bringing your own equipment, you might want to find a closer spot. Arrive at least 10-20 minutes early if you want to place an order for the shake service or mega tea. Shake service consists of 3 drinks: a pre-workout aloe shot, an energy & metabolism tea during workout, and a post-workout high protein, low calorie shake. Most shakes are 200-250 calories and 24 g protein! You can also place your order ahead of time: Call 916-259-1964 or text 916-835-2228. As of summer 2022, shake service costs $11.50. You can order a 2-drink service of the aloe shot and tea for $3.50. The energy and protein powders are Herbalife brand. Rhonda Hansen and Char Avila are co-owners with the Tsutakawas and skillfully handle the food and drink orders. Rhonda impressively memorizes your name over time as she takes your orders without any formal introduction! Aloe shots come in 3 flavors: Mango, Cranberry, and Mandarin. Mango is my favorite. The energy and metabolism teas come in these flavors: Original, Lemon, Peach, Raspberry, Pomegranate, Green, Chai, Cinnamon, and NRG. Raspberry is the customer favorite. Shakes comes in over 80 flavors!!! These are some customer favorites: #15 Butter Pecan #34 Coffee Toffee Crunch #39 Cinnamon Toast Crunch #19 Chocolicious #67 Chocolate Butter Pecan #23 Reese's Peanut Butter Cup I enjoyed #26 Cherry Garcia, my very first shake, and a sample of #50 Banana Split. Craig's favorite shakes include: #12 White Chocolate Caramel #39 Cinnamon Toast Crunch #48 Banana Nut Muffin #80 Lemon Pound Cake (+$1 for juice) #53 Raspberry Lemonade (+$1) There are seasonal and holiday flavors. Ask for the Secret Menu, or look for a specials menu. From Facebook, I gathered this information on special menu items: #80 Lemon Pound Cake #81 Candy Cane (winter) Pumpkin shake flavors are available in the fall, starting in September: #74 Pumpkin Cheesecake #77 Pumpkin Latte #85 Pumpkin Pie #86 Pumpkin Toffee Cheesecake #95 Pumpkin Toffee Popular Mega Tea flavors include Pink Lady, Watermelon Jolly Rancher, Summer Breeze, and Beauty and The Beast. Pink Lady and Summer Breeze are Caroline's favorite mega teas. On Sundays, you can order a Waffle Bowl Sundae, a breakfast shake made with 1/2 of a hot protein waffle. 31 grams of protein and 350 calories. Thrive also sells protein cookies in a variety of flavors. They also sell protein donuts on Tuesdays. Group photos or videos are taken every class. Most people are unmasked in this indoor class. Hand sanitizer, masks, and disinfectant spray and wipes are by the cash register. I'd recommend taking a fun trip to Guitar Center in Roseville to choose and purchase your own drumsticks from a huge selection. I got Size 5A drumsticks. 5B is thicker. Timbale sticks are similar to Cardiostix. However, Thrive has plenty of equipment if you don't buy want to buy your own. The free cardio drumming classes got me start exercising again after a torn calf muscle, so thank you very much to Caroline and Craig Tsutakawa for getting me into Thrive. What a wonderful, generous, and healthy contribution to our community!

Thrive FitClub in Rocklin is a must if you are looking to be or wanting to stay Fit and In Shape . The Protein Shakes, Refreshers and the Protein Donuts, Muffins and Waffles (if you can get them before they sell out) are THE BEST YOU'LL EVER HAVE, TRUST ME! The Gluten Free, Protein loaded pastry's are AWESOME and they are only made in Tuesday's and Thursday's and must be pre reserved once they are released on the FB website, usually around 3pm. They've been selling out on average with in 3-5 minutes so you have to set your "Notifications" to ON or you will miss out on ordering these DELICIOUS TREATS by Caroline T

Let me be very clear…read more.. This is not a gym. This is a full-blown adult activity village. Lifetime Roseville is basically a city with barbells. At this point, I wouldn't be shocked if they added a mayor, zip code, and emergency services. You don't just "go work out" here--you enter a whole ecosystem. One minute you're lifting weights, next thing you know you're getting a smoothie, walking past pickleball, hearing children thriving in Kids Academy, someone's swimming laps like they're training for the Olympics, and somehow you're still there three hours later wondering if you technically live there now. And honestly? I love it. This is my home gym, and what makes this place special isn't just how big or nice it is... It's the people. Because let's be honest--fancy equipment is cool and all, but if the staff acts like you're bothering them for existing, the whole vibe dies immediately. That is NOT the case here. The people at Lifetime Roseville are what make this place hit. I was sitting in the cafe one day, just trying to enjoy my food and pretend I was going to make only healthy decisions for the rest of the day, when the general manager came up and asked how my meal was and how my day was going. And it wasn't one of those weird corporate "just checking in" drive-bys either. It was genuine. We ended up talking about the cafe food, and he even gave me some tips on how to increase my protein intake with some of the menu options. Now that right there? That's elite behavior. That's not management. That's gym dad energy. Like sir... thank you for looking out for my gains and my emotional well-being. Now let's talk about front desk royalty: Amber. Listen... if you know, you know. Amber doesn't just check you in. Amber welcomes you like you just got back from deployment, beat cancer, and won the Super Bowl all in the same week. The second you walk in, it's good vibes, smiles, energy, and that "hey where you been?!" kind of warmth that makes you feel like you're not just going to the gym--you're pulling up to see your people. Big hello. Big happiness. Big "let's go get this work" energy. Then when you leave, it's like saying goodbye to your gym bestie. You walk out feeling seen, supported, and slightly more important than when you walked in. And honestly, it's not just Amber. The whole staff here is solid. Cafe staff? Great. Kids Academy? Great. Trainers? Great. Everyone here seems like they actually enjoy being here, and that makes a huge difference. Lifetime Roseville somehow manages to be massive, luxurious, chaotic, productive, social, and weirdly comforting all at once. It's like if a country club, a fitness convention, and a healthy lifestyle fever dream had a baby. And somehow... it works. So if you're wondering if you should join? Yes. Join. Immediately.
