Our wedding cake was absolutely delicious. Everyone loved it. It was beautiful too. We had a little issue with timing and payment on the day of our wedding but not a big deal. I had bought a cake topper to go on the cake but I guess it was too heavy when she put it on and made the cake lean. Luckily she was able to fix it and just put flowers on top instead. I thought the pricing was really fair after checking out some other bakeries in the Sacramento area. I never knew how expensive wedding cakes were until I started planning my wedding! Holy cow! Jamie did such an amazing job on our complicated ideas for our cake. She went above and beyond and her talent is absolutely amazing. Every single person complimented the cake and as you can see in the pictures, it's flawless. We had her to half batman half bridal and a bunch of cupcakes, brownies, and cookies. The bottom layer was spice cake with cream cheese filling, the middle layer was chocolate, and the top layer was white cake with raspberry filling but the best part was..... I wanted a cake that looked like a great big sand castle complete with the towers. It was all that I imagined and so much more. The cake was truly the highlight of our party.....the outside of the cake looked like sand ! It was so beautiful ...complete with little white adirondack chairs on the top, a white picket fence, and seashells around the cake. I still have friends and family asking for her info because it tasted so good! She offered suggestions on cake flavors (as my husband and I had a hard time agreeing on flavors!). We ended up going with 4 layers of white cake and alternating between lemon buttercream and raspberry (YUM!!). It was a great suggestion! We kept it fairly simple, with some pretty frosting "ruffles" around the cake, and Jamie made a gorgeous flower for the top and added some ribbon that matched our original wedding colors. She is priced right for what you get without question. She even delivers and takes it upon herself to have a cake stand (when you forget to have the correct size)! We are still having cake five days later and it's just as good as the day of our wedding. We couldn't have been more pleased with Jaime.
