I love each cake I have ordered. All I've done is share flavor profiles of interest and an inspiration picture of what I am looking for, and when I get the cake, it is beyond my wildest dreams.. To book with here is easy. She has a website where you can input the dates and inspiration photos. She will contact you by email to confirm or answer any questions you have, and once everything is finalized, she will send you an invoice. Her price is generous for the amount of work she puts into her cakes. For the 3 cakes I've ordered, I've also gotten delivery with them. She will communicate and confirm everything before delivery. I am beyond thankful I found her because she truly is the best. For the last 2 delivered cakes, she also provided some leftover pastries she made. I got to sample her millionaire shortbread (absolutely delicious), her oatmeal cookies, brownies, and carrot cake loaf. For the 2 birthday cakes I ordered, they were white cake with cinnamon buttercream frosting. OMG, to die for. It's so moist and not too sweet. The cinnamon is not overbearing and adds a nice razzle dazzle to the cake. The wedding cake was a 2-tier cake, with one layer being red velvet with cream cheese frosting and the other being white cake with cinnamon frosting and vanilla buttercream frosting on the outside. It was a hit; there was some leftover cake after the wedding, and people immediately found a box to take it home. None of her frosting tastes artificial. You can tell she uses quality ingredients.
