I placed a mobile order and went in to pick it up. While waiting, I asked for a cup of water. The employee initially refused and told me I needed to order something first. I said I did, and he reworded it to say I needed to pay for something. I explained that I had already ordered and paid through the app, but he still insisted I had to "buy something." At that point, I even asked if I needed to cancel my mobile order and reorder just to get a cup of water. Only then did he say I could have one. The whole interaction was weird and completely unnecessary, especially since another person came in right after me and was given water with no questions asked. This is my friendly, neighborhood starbucks. I'm in the drive-thru weekly and often with one or more children in the back seat. Because I have kids I need coffee - really freaking bad. I've been inside this Starbucks a couple of times, but mostly, if I visit, I use the drive thru. The drive thru has always been super quick. They are very efficient here! There's another Starbucks inside a Target that's located on the other side of the shopping center. So, two Starbucks that are about 300 feet from each other! I think I'm the only one who find that unsettling. I don't enjoy Starbucks coffee because I drink my coffee black, and the black coffee is way too overly roasted. But I do visit for the occasional iced tea or baked good. They always have cake pops and cookies and things. read more

I have not actually been to the Starbucks at Target but I'm sure it is wonderful and the service is just as good as a regular Starbucks. I asked the barista to make me a hot version of the new oat milk drink, and boy did she do a great job. I will be getting this from on now, and save the iced version for the summer! I never realized there was a Starbucks here until I had a meeting scheduled here a few months ago. This is one of the Starbucks that is on the smaller side, and located around so many striip malls and stores, I somehow hadn't noticed it before. I went inside, ordered a cold pressed juice and sat outside. The outside - that's the best part. They have outdoor patio seating that made our meeting much more fun. This Starbucks had a Clover machine if you want to try it... Made to order coffees that are almost, but not quite, as good as a French press. Almost all of the seating is communal, at long tables or counters with tall stools that will bite into the backs of your thighs over time. A few leather chairs are hovering around a fireplace that runs constantly, regardless of the temperature outside. Overall a relaxing experience of you can get a seat that is minimally comfortable. read more

I go to Starbucks every day (sad to admit) but I find myself trying to make my way to this particular location. There are so many work stations available and the guests are generally quiet. The young gentleman operating the drive-thru orders during our visit and could have fooled me if he said he was an on-air radio talent. Wow. Have never been treated more rude trying to buy a drink than I was in my last visit. The associate working at the register went beyond rude to being aggressively hostile. Not only did she lie about a drink no longer being available, she proceeded to berate another customer about an order she entered wrong. It takes a lot for me to give a Starbucks a low score but this location is not my favorite. I ran into an issue where one of the drinks I ordered required "steamed lemonade" the barista was very rude when replying that "we don't steam lemonade" and when I asked why he simply asked the manager. The manager stated it was a "health code" violation and stated they couldn't make my drink. They didn't offer to sub the lemonade for anything or even to NOT steam the lemonade, they just moved on to the next customer. I contacted their customer service and they said there's no reason the lemonade couldn't be steam and apologized profusely for the situation. I stop in a few times a week on my way home from work, usually after a long day and Claire is always so patient and friendly. She suggests things when I don't even know what I want. She is a gem. I have seen quite a few different drive thru attendants, and I usually come thru around the same time. Yesterday I came through and as I was at the window, I could see and hear the manager say she was taking over to get the line down before she sends someone on break. For starters, I ordered my coffee and pulled to the window, however- I wish I wouldn't have. While waiting for my coffee, I was informed by a disrespectful confrontational employee, claiming that I could not get continue to get marshmallow in my coffee. Knowing this is a lie- due to I get this flavor in other locations literally across the country weekly- got pissed off. She informed me, that they would not be giving me this coffee again. Due to I'm paying 7$ for a frickin coffee I will be getting the flavor I want and that I have no problems with at any other locations, so this chick needs to learn her facts before telling us we can't have a flavor that you offer. read more
